Optamos pela estadia sem café da manhã, por que realmente para nós o café não valia a pena. O quarto estava limpo, o banheiro também. As toalhas eram trocadas todos os dias. Tivemos um problema no ralo da pia do banheiro, mas que rapidamente foi resolvido. Achei o local bastante silecioso, e isso também foi muito bom. O quarto não é muito grande, realmente o tamanho mínimo para uma ou no máximo duas pessoas.

• Montserrath (1/5): Bad service - Only the location. The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I was wrongly charged a $500 USD smoking fee for allegedly smoking inside the room, which is completely impossible because I do not smoke. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the alleged manager, whose attitude was unhelpful and dismissive from the beginning. Instead of offering any real solution or support, I was simply told to contact my bank, while the hotel completely avoided taking responsibility for the situation. It has now been three weeks since my stay, the charge has still not been resolved, and the hotel continues to refuse accountability. I am also attaching a photo of the manager due to the poor handling of the situation and lack of professionalism. Beyond this issue, the hotel itself was very underwhelming. The rooms are extremely small, the facilities are very basic, and the service overall was poor. For the same location and price range, there are many better hotel options with significantly better service and accommodations. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

• Claire (8/5): Great option within walking distance of Montparnasse station - The person at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. I chose this hotel for its proximity to Montparnasse station (5 minute walk) and it offered a great comfortable option for a short stay before moving on to the next part of my trip. It's also close to the metro for people staying and visiting the city. The room was small and very crowded with our luggage but totally expected in Paris in this price range and I would stay again for the same purpose.

Nem egy hetes tartózkodásra van tervezve. A szobában a szekrény kevés két embernek egy hétre. A reggelinél elég szűkös volt a választék. Főleg édes dolgokat lehetett választani.

• Antonio (5/5): agenor val bene una notte :) - bene la posizione, vicinissima al centro di Montparnasse e con un supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. bene il bagno in camera con doccia, di ottime dimensioni (era più grande il bagno che la camera). l'addetto alla reception parlava molto velocemente sia in inglese sia in francese e sembrava lo facesse apposta per non farsi capire. l'ascensore è piccolissimo, ci vanno stretti 2 adulti e un bambino; inoltre, l'ascensore ferma all'interpiano e quindi bisogna fare comunque una rampa di scale per arrivare in camera. le scale sono altrettanto scomode. la camera troppo piccola, si faceva fatica a passare tra il letto e la scrivania, l'armadio praticamente inesistente, l'insonorizzazione da rivedere.

• Anaïs (6/5): Un très bon accueil mais une propreté et des équipements à revoir ! - L’accueil du personnel de nuit, le monsieur était très à l’écoute, poli et très gentil! l’emplacement proche de la tour Montparnasse La propreté est à revoir (taches sur la moquette, sur les serviettes…),moisissures dans la douche, y compris sur le pommeau et joints manquants ce qui entraînait une grosse flaque à chaque douche, et le plus embêtant… la porte de la chambre 22 qui n’était pas bien renfermée par le personnel de ménage et ce malgré un mot laissé dans la chambre (3 fois). L’insonorisation est également à revoir. C’est Paris… donc un coût élevé pour une chambre mais tout de même certains détails pourraient être améliorés !

• Stephane Henry (7/5): Agréable malgré quelques fausses notes - L'emplacement, la décoration des espaces d'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté globale de notre chambre. La chambre était mal agencée (obligé d'enjamber une partie du lit pour accéder à l'armoire), les rideaux (voilages) se décrochent et n'etaisnpas tres propres, la peinture s'écaille à de nombreux endroits dans la salle de bain, le contrôle électrique des appliques de chevets est aléatoire.

It didn’t contain anything savoury at all, just sweet yogurts, nutella, jams, cookies, cereal (without milk) and some bread. The description said „tasty breakfast”, but I didn’t expect it to be just sweet.

Peu de bruits extérieurs. Chambre très bien climatisée (très bon chauffage) La literie est a revoir, l'insonnorisation innexistante.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para ir caminando a la mayoría de los sitios (si te gusta andar) y con mucha restauración cercana. La habitación está bien si buscas descansar y tener un buen baño, pero no es para pasar allí todo el día. No es un hotel accesible. El ascensor es pequeño y todas las habitaciones requieren subir escaleras. Nosotros con el bebé estuvimos bien, aunque es incómodo cargar el peso.

Per prima cosa la pulizia: un hotel, pur avendo 3 stelle, deve garantire un adeguato livello di pulizia - non moquette macchiata, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati e odore di stantio nella stanza. In più, in merito alla nostra esperienza, l'asciugacapelli della stanza non funzionava; lo staff, comunque, su nostra richiesta, è stato gentile a offrirci un'altra camera: però, ecco, prima di affidare le stanze ai clienti, occorre dare un'opportuna controllata a tutti i servizi!
