- Yoshiko (8/5): 悪くなかった。満足！ - ベンタイン市場まで歩いてすぐ、目的のヤンシン市場も徒歩圏内、繁華街から少し外れているから、周りは静かで良い。ご飯はおいしい。夜も別料金で食べたが美味しかった 朝食の作ってくれるメニューも沢山ある！ 日本語を話せる人がいない。

They refill your water and minibar every day. Aircon worked well There’s a primary school next door so there’s a lot of noice at 8am, if your room is located on that side of the hotel. I was already up by that time though so it didn’t worry me. They say the walls are sound proof but they’re definitely not.

Special thanks to Mr.Tri always helping us so happily with our luggage. The reception team and all staff we communicated with were fabulous. The only noise we noticed was from the restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and had all that we needed. The location was excellent and very convenient. The only less than fabulous thing we noticed was when you stay on level 9, at times in the morning you can hear the chairs moving above you in the level 10 restaurant in the morning. It’s not a big deal at all though. Our overall stay was excellent!

Lovely roof top restaurant and breakfast area. Breakfast was impressive, lots of options, fresh and tasty. Rooms are well equipped, clean and have comfortable beds and amazing pillows. I’ve never seen the pillow option before.. a very nice, personalised touch. The staff at this motel were outstanding, especially those at reception, attentive and respectful. The room was quite small but had everything we needed although it was a bit tired looking and the shower leaked all over the floor which resulted in me slipping over and hurting myself! The breakfast was ok, nothing special and the service was poor. We ate there and I had a steak which was lovely but once again some of the staff were slow and non attentive and constantly asking our room number. It was like they didn’t trust you! - Niccolò (8/5): Great central location, friendly staff and a lovely rooftop for breakfast - Excellent central location, very convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot. The service was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop area is beautiful and a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning, with a great atmosphere. Overall, the team made us feel very welcome and were always available to assist with any request. The shower design could be improved: the main shower pipe attached to the wall from the bathtub seemed like a good idea in principle, but the seal was leaking, which meant we had to use the handheld shower instead. Also, our room was on the first floor facing the street, so it could be slightly noisy at times due to traffic outside.

Unfortunately our room was directly beneath the restaurant/bar above so there was a lot of noise from the chair scraping etc. And other movement which could be heard quite clearly.

Breakfast was amazing; several options. Our dining experience @ BUP was excellent. If I can be a little petty, the size of the rooms are smaller than I expected but that's me not paying attention to the square meters indicated in the booking and I completely relied on the photos. We are visiting other cities in Vietnam and as we move from one area to another, we get to appreciate our experience at Odys Boutique Hotel all the more. Hotel staffs are very attentive, helpful and friendly. I'm very particular with cleanliness & pleased to say that this place is immaculate. They looked after us very well. The afternoon tea & welcome drinks is an added bonus. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights and rented 2 rooms. I wish the rooms were a bit more spacious but it really is not a major concern. Also, not much space on top of sink to put down our toiletries & make up. It looked a bit cramp for 2 people with 2-week luggage (our stay here was too short to unpack everything) so we have to step over them as we go to our side of beds. The next hotel we went to in another city is very spacious but dirty. I'd rather be in a smaller room but clean than, spacious room but dirty.

The best breakfast! And don’t miss teatime. Thanks especially to Sophie and Kevin but all staff were delightful. Would have loved a full length mirror and a bit more space for wash bags in bathrooms but otherwise all great!

Water pressure and Wi-Fi were both very good. There are so many thoughtful extras at The Odys — we genuinely and highly recommend this hotel. The only hiccup we experienced was unrelated to the hotel itself. After our initial stay, we booked a second week two weeks later but needed to modify the dates due to changes in our travel plans. Booking.com confirmed more than a week in advance that the modification was approved. Subsequently, someone claiming to be from the hotel contacted us via WhatsApp requesting credit card details and threatening cancellation. Booking.com specifically advised us not to provide credit card information over WhatsApp. We believe this message was a phishing scam from someone unrelated to The Odys. Overall, our experience at The Odys was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

Breakfast on the roof was quite nice. Room with no window was quite dark and not as nice as the rooms that had a window.
- 872imrem (10/5): First impression of Vietnam - We stayed 3 nights and it was very nice here. The hotel located close to the walking street and the metro station Ben Than. Staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop bar very much. Cocktails are very good. The room is extremely small and it is only good if you plan a one-night stay and don't want to take your things from your bag. The only negatív experience was that breakfast buffet was refilled very slowly and we had to wait a lot for one more croissant or bread.

Location is perfect. The room is extremely small and it is only useful if you stay one night and don't want to take your things out from your bag. Refill of the breakfast buffet is slow so you have to wait long to get bread again.

Great location for key central sites within easy walking distance ( once you master the art of crossing the roads!). Roof top restaurant was great and also breakfast was a good selection.
