• Lee (10/5): F.a.cup stopover - Called customer services night before staying at hotel as I’m a BLUE BADGE HOLDER. Representative was extremely helpful, checking with reception for me. Drove to London from Sheffield, actually arrived at 11.00 . Security staff at front door helped take my case to reception while I went to park my car in GOLD car park, 300 yards away ! Once parked I drove back to hotel on my mobility scooter and was ushered into reception. Was given access to my ACCESSIBLE ROOM immediately, so I could freshen up before attending f.a.cup final across at Wembley. Staff couldn’t help enough, NOTHING was too much for them . They brought my case up to my room, offered to get me water to take my medication. When I returned from the game I went in ICONS BAR for a drink and snacks . Again the security and service staff couldn’t help me enough. At breakfast I was assisted by a male waiter to pick my food and bring it to my table. Again the service was EXCELLENT !! Can’t praise the staff enough for their kindness and respect they showed to me as a wheelchair user . I can’t wait to return to the Wembley Hilton again !!! I had a shower in room 587 , After showering the floor was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY with water that hadn’t drained away. As a guest travelling alone this was stressful !

• YafApt (10/5): Nice stay - Got to London Wembley Hilton at noon on a Monday. The reception area was very busy. Catalina noticed me waiting and since I am a Diamond member she gave me entry to the Executive Lounge until the room was ready. Ebi at the Executive lounge welcomed me and took a photo of me with Wembley stadium in the background. Rooms were nice and clean. Salmon is the bar was a good choice for dinner. No noise issues during the stay. The breakfast as mentioned on trip advisor is outstanding. Ebi greeting me again in the lounge in the late morning. Ebi is a true ambassador for Hilton Wembley and thanks to Ebi Hilton Wembley will be my first choice for hotels in the area.

• Ellie (7/5): What you’d expect from a Hilton, but don’t book for the pool. - Lots of room, comfy beds, quiet despite being central. The swimming pool area was small and busy - with children’s swimming lessons and lots of members. Not relaxing.

• aaronsT8555KK (10/5): Outstanding from start to finish. A proper VIP Wembley stay! - I had an absolutely outstanding stay at Hilton London Wembley this week. From start to finish, the whole experience felt genuinely 5 star. Booking through the Hilton Honors app was effortless. The app is intuitive, easy to use and made managing the booking really simple. Getting to the hotel was also incredibly easy, especially coming down from Manchester and travelling across London by tube from Euston. The location is brilliant, right in the heart of Wembley and perfect for events, business or a special stay. From the moment I arrived, the team were fantastic. Big smiles, warm welcomes and nothing felt like too much trouble. A special mention has to go to David, the manager, who was absolutely brilliant. Full of energy, great conversation and a proper character. He took the time to come over and say hello despite the hotel being busy with the Table Tennis World Championships happening nearby. It was a lovely personal touch and really set the tone for the stay. What impressed me most was how calm and well organised everything felt. There were high profile athletes and teams around the hotel, which was really cool to see, but the whole place still felt relaxed, controlled and easy. They even had table tennis tables in reception, which was a great touch. I offered David a game, but I think he bottled it because he knew I had serious table tennis potential. Sadly, I absolutely do not! The suite was spectacular. It felt spacious, premium and genuinely VIP, with its own lounge area and plenty of room to relax. The management team also left a lovely welcome card and gift, which was a class touch and really appreciated. The 9th floor bar was another highlight. Spectacular views across London and the perfect place to grab a drink before heading out for the evening. Breakfast the next morning was excellent too. I went for an 8k run around Wembley and down by the River Brent, which was beautiful, then came back for a very well earned cheeky fry up while sat near some of the table tennis stars. I even managed to grab a selfie with some of the Chinese team, which made the morning even better. Check out was just as smooth as everything else. There was the option to check out through the app or use express check out by dropping the room cards off on the way out. Simple, quick and stress free. All in all, this was a brilliant stay from booking to check out. Great value for such a premium hotel, an amazing location, fantastic facilities, brilliant food and, most importantly, a world class team. Hilton London Wembley made the whole experience feel special and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended. A proper 5 star experience.

We parked using the next-door parking and using the discount from the venue - you must ask at reception. Easy to get to, great night's sleep and delicious breakfast.

Restaurant was very expensive, £70 for a burger, pizza and 2 drinks. Had to complain to the reception for a £68 mini bar bill which were picked up, but replaced unopened, had to provide photographic evidence showing unopened jars of peanuts ect.

Bed was comfy and room was clean but got charged for the mini bar that I didn’t touch! Resolved after chatting online with front desk but not cool that I was charged in the first place!

• MrandMrsSerrao (10/5): Another good stay prior an event - This is the 2nd time we stayed at this Hotel. Location is excellent near the underground, stadium, arena and shopping centre. The room is spacious and has all the amenities needed. We would just recommend for the shower curtains to be swapped for bath glass doors as the vast majority of the Hotels. Although we do understand they most likely wash between clients we think it is still unhygienic. The spa is really good with a heated pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice of hots and colds and the food was delicious. The Staff is very friendly and attentive.
