- giulia (10/5): tornerò sicuramente - Ho soggiornato al Kleos Hotel Milano per una riunione di lavoro e la scelta si è rivelata perfetta, soprattutto per la posizione strategica sulla linea blu della metropolitana, che rende gli spostamenti in città estremamente rapidi e comodi. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la possibilità di allenarmi al mattino: l’hotel dispone di una piccola palestra ben attrezzata, ideale per iniziare la giornata con energia anche durante un soggiorno business. La colazione continentale è davvero eccellente, ricca e varia, con un’ampia scelta sia dolce che salata, perfetta per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il personale si distingue per gentilezza e professionalità, sempre attento e disponibile in ogni momento. La pulizia è impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti e le camere sono incredibilmente confortevoli, curate nei dettagli e pensate per garantire il massimo relax. Un hotel che unisce praticità, qualità e comfort: assolutamente consigliato per chi viaggia per lavoro ma non vuole rinunciare a un soggiorno piacevole.
- marco (10/5): oltre le aspettative - Ho soggiornato al Kleos Hotel Milano in occasione del Salone del Mobile e devo dire che è stata una scelta davvero azzeccata. La posizione si è rivelata estremamente comoda: l’hotel è ben collegato e facilmente raggiungibile, sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici, permettendomi di spostarmi senza difficoltà verso la fiera e il centro città. Un grande plus, soprattutto in giornate così intense. Fin dal mio arrivo ho trovato uno staff estremamente cortese, disponibile e professionale. Sempre pronti a dare indicazioni, suggerimenti e a gestire ogni richiesta con gentilezza e rapidità, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La camera era molto confortevole, pulita e ben curata nei dettagli. Letto comodo, ambienti silenziosi e tutto il necessario per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro tra stand ed eventi. L’hotel si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos, senza però rinunciare alla comodità di raggiungere i punti principali della città. Nel complesso, un’ottima esperienza: consiglio sicuramente il Kleos Hotel Milano Ci tornerei senza esitazione.

- Katja (8/5): Mailand gerne immer wieder. Eine tolle geschmackvolle Stadt. - Es war für uns eine gute Zeit im Hotel. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich für einen guten Start in den Tag. Wir konnten unser Gepäck ohne Probleme am Abreisetag noch kostenfrei unterstellen. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Stadttrip nach Mailand. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel perfekt ( Metro und Busse in der Nähe ). War alles in Ordnung für uns.

The rooms were not clean, only clean on the eye surface. Breakfast was terrible! Did I mention, I am writing this now at this hour because my neighbour is snoring and I can hear them!!!!!!

On arrival, our passports were photographed on a personal device as part of the check-in process, which made us uncomfortable. Although we were told the images would be deleted and used only for check-in, it didn’t feel entirely appropriate. The communal areas also seemed a bit neglected and could be better maintained. On our last night, there was significant noise from the plumbing/fan which made it very difficult to sleep.
