• EVELYNE (1/5): - On a été accueillies en chanbre 105. Nous avons immédiatement signalé qu il n y avait qu un filet d eau dans la douche et pas d eau chaude. Aucune solution ni compensation ne nous a été proposée jusqu' au lendemain. Donc après notre 1ere journée à balader dans la ville, il ne nous a pas été possible de prendre une douche ! Inadmissible !!! Le lendemain changement de chambre et là, une odeur de cigarette insupportable ! Dès que la ventilation de la salle de bain fonctionnait, une odeur à vomir envahissait la chambre !!!

Gün icerisinde sürekli yürüdügümüz icin otel yuruyerek dönmek zor oldu. Taksi ile 10_12 euro ile ulasim saglanabiliyor. Onun disinda hersey guzeldi. Teşekkür ederiz Merkezi yerlere biraz uzak.

• Borys (4/5): Hopeless beginning, slightly better ending - The staff at the place was very friendly (opposite to the remote one). Location is fine. The biggest problem with this place arose after booking. We found out that the double bed would be 130cm wide, towels and soap weren't included, that room cleaning would take place after three days (whis would be ok with us), and that check-in was only possible between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If we didn't like this, we could pay extra for better conditions. This information wasn't clearly stated in the description of the place, which is marked as a hotel on Google Maps (a hotel must meet a certain standard). Remote contact with the service regarding this matter was very unpleasant. We reported this to booking.com and after that everything was available at no extra charge. Our subsequent stay was pleasant despite the unpleasant start. Our complaints are: - a stale smell in the bathroom (no window), - the courtyard is quite noisy in the evening when ypu open the window (probably the fans), - the carpet in the room has old stains (the ones that cant be cleaned easily), The staff was very friendly and helpful, but we don't plan on returning.

• Cléophée (5/5): - Le personnel était aimable et l'emplacement était bien aussi, c'était propre La douche prend énormément de temps a chauffer, le pommeau était vraiment petit et peu de pression... La télé ne marchait pas, il y avait une mauvaise dans la douche comme de remonter d’égoût, c'était assez étrange puisque ça ne ressemblait pas vraiment à un hôtel (c'était un appartement divisé en chambre d'hôtel) et il fallait forcément payer en cash la taxe de séjour.

However, we were messaged on WhatsApp and via booking.com constantly about this 'late' check in and even told if we arive after 8pm we would not have access to our room. This was very stressful. It was not a great start to our holiday. Only fault as room, staff and facilities were great 👍

Personel bardzo miły i dobrze mówiący po angielsku, zawsze pomocny i upewniający się czy niczego nie potrzeba, pokoje sprzątane codziennie i uzupełniany minibar. Okolica bezpieczna i spokojna. Zdecydowanie polecamy 🥰 Brak wad

But most important, the smile of our reception and the flexibility in accommodating us. Great! The building is not just for the B&B, but there are also private residences, so totally understandable the check-in hours. Pay attention to that. I wish it was a bit clearer from the reservation that I booked an economy class. I probably missed the information, but it's tricky without soap or towels, and I am usually attentive to detail. I don't remember seeing it on Booking.com. But they resolved it quickly and added the extras to the reservation at my request.

Booking allowed us to mention arrival time at nighttime, and we booked + day since we were arriving at night. However, on the arrival day I was informed that the property working hours are until 20:00 and we can't ask neither for refund nor for accommodation. In fact, we had additional expenses for taxi and other hotel for 1 night stay. Please consider working hours while booking.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. One of the highlights of this hotel is its prime location. Situated very close to the stunning Villa Borghese, I found it incredibly convenient to take leisurely strolls in the beautiful gardens. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent connections to the bus lines, making it easy to explore the city. I was able to reach iconic landmarks like the Fontana di Trevi in no time, which added to the overall enjoyment of my trip. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the charm of Rome while being close to major attractions. It truly made my visit unforgettable!

• Ricky (8/5): Allgemein OK - Wir haben ein kostenloses upgrade bekommen mit größerem Bett und vollausstattung. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das hotel war etwa 1km vom Trevi Brunnen entfernt. Der Duschkopf hatte nicht viel Druck, duschen war deswegen etwas mühsam. Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo und Seife) waren nicht ausreichend, wir hatten Glück dass wir unsere eigene Produkte dabei hatten.

The room simply didn’t m - the location is very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The best part of the experience was definitely how kind and welcoming the owners were. I recently stayed in this apartment and unfortunately, the experience was not very comfortable. The room had two single beds pushed together, which made it uncomfortable for two people to sleep well. The room itself was also quite dark, and towels were not changed during our stay. Another downside was that there was no kettle provided for making tea or coffee, and we were told that food was not allowed inside the room. As someone with diabetes, this was especially difficult since I need to have access to food when necessary and I’m sure others in a similar situation would find this a challenge too. However, for the price, I expected better comfort especially for couples. The room simply didn’t meet the value, especially with two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed.

Tem estação de metrô próximo, além de ser bem pertinho da estação Termini, o que ajuda a chegar ou ir para o aeroporto. Tem um degrau entre o Hall de entrada do quarto e o local onde está a cama e escrivaninha, sem qualquer destaque (carpete da mesma cor), e isso possibilita tropeção ou queda, como aconteceu comigo. É somente uma questão de chamar a atenção para o degrau, ajudaria a prevenir.
• Maria Celeste (7/5): Hotel confortável - Da limpeza, das toalhas de banho, do aquecimento (fomos no inverno) Não se pode fixar a ducha mais alta, ela vai caindo porque tem algo quebrado na peça e isso atrapalha o banho; Tem um degrau entre o Hall de entrada do quarto e o local onde está a cama e escrivaninha, sem qualquer destaque (carpete da mesma cor), e isso possibilita tropeção ou queda, como aconteceu comigo. O hotel não fica no centro histórico, como anunciado, mas é possível chegar até lá andando, pra quem gosta de caminhar muito. Não tem recepção 24h e isso dificulta um pouco. E também não tem identificação do hotel no lado de fora.

• Amanda (2/5): Save money on reception and introduce self check in to suit modern travellers - Location was satisfactory for Rome. I would give a higher score if there was a self check in procedure. Flight delays meant we did not arrive before reception closed. Host did try to contact us but we were in the air and did not receive message until we had landed and reception had closed. This meant we had to find alternate accommodation that night. Last minute at that time of night was $$. Self check in is easy! We have used it all over Europe and the UK. Domus RomAntica - this is 2025 - be better.
• Gunnar (9/5): Excellent! - Staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned daily during our stay. The size of the room was great, it had high ceilings and a large window. Towels were included. The location was great, very good restaurants and cafés close by. Short distance from Termini station. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be staying there again! There was nothing that I didn't like about our stay, other than the fact that I couldn't adjust the height of the showerhead. It really wasn't an issue, but should probably be fixed.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda anında destek oluyorlar. Güvenilir ve açıklayıcı şekilde hizmet aldık. Her gün oda düzenli şekilde temizlenip toparlandı. Tekrar Roma’ya gelsek tercih edeceğimiz bir oda olacaktır. Ufak tefek eksiklikler mevcuttu, duşa kabinin dipleri hafif paslıydı ve sararmıştı.

• Mark (10/5): Wonderful first time visit in Italy! - The guest house has exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. The location is quite central but at least 15 mins walk to sightseeings. It is located in one of the fancy areas in Rome close to all the embassies which makes the area unique and rich. Restaurants everywhere and café just down the guest house. Staff were absolutely amazing, professional and friendly. I would definitely highly recommend it! Air conditioning wasn’t working properly for my room and the windows are quite exposed by neighbors. But there are curtains which is already good.
