- Verified traveler (10/5): The Liwa is excellent value and very clean - The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you.

- Yvette (8/5): - The room is fairly large, comparable to a one-bedroom unit. Bathroom also spacious. TV in lounge and bedroom. Overall, fairly clean but shower drains slowly. Convenience store right next door, taxis easy to get from outside, Abu Dhabi mall about 5 minute walk. Walk to the corniche is about 25 minutes which was nice and just down one street. Would be good if kitchen had basics such as washing up items, oil, laundry powder etc. Would be great if staying long term.

- Robert (10/5): - This is an all-suite hotel that offers you a full kitchen, living room area, large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Very good staff. Located right near the Abu Dhabi Mall, lots of dining options around in the buildings surrounding the property. There is an airport bus right across the street if you don't want to pay for a cab. We will certainly return here.

Not bad place to stay, but it could benefit some bathroom renovation to make it looks cleaner. You might smell cooking from neighbors.

- Alina (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt echt sehr zentral; wenige Minuten zur Abu Dhabi Mall von dort aus kann man mit dem roten Big Bus die City Tour buchen Sehr empfehlenswert ist ein mehr Tagesticket, den hier sind alle top Highlights enthalten. Die Zimmer sind top, großes Bett angenehme Zimmergröße und ein tolles großes Badezimmer. Für ein paar Tage in Abu Dhabi kann ich jedem das Liwa empfehlen.

Service is extremely bad and they didn't clean the room. One day I found a cockroach in the room.

O quarto cheirava a cigarro e ainda tivemos problemas com o ralo do banheiro que entupiu e inundou todo o quarto. Por sorte eram apenas dois dias. Staff com poucas ou nenhuma informação. Não indico.

- Simon (4/5): Not ready for business travellers - The internet system was beyond poor. The connection was very slow and it simply dropped out every 5 minutes or so. I complained on multiple occasions over several days and simply got empty platitudes. There was no power options next to the desk for a laptop of other device. There was no work chair for the desk - simply a lounge chair in its place that was large, heavy and difficult to manoeuvre. Bathroom also did not have any power outlets. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The service was the worst part of all - unresponsive and empty.

- ONEILL (8/5): Comfortable and spacious - Stayed in quite a few Abu Dhabi hotels, and this one was just right. More than enough space to unpack and unwind, comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and amenities. Restaurant was a little limited in scope but hey, most people eat out anyway. I though the breakfast buffet was a little expensive so only used it a couple of times, and occasional there was a smelly drain in bathroom (albeit a frequent occurrence in hot, dry climates). Location was fine; virtually opposite Abu Dhabi Mall.
- Richard (8/5): surprisingly good - I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. The rooms are excellent with dark curtains so you sleep well. Peaceful and quiet and perfect for a short stay in Abu Dhabi. The check in was fine but on check out a very vulgar Russian lady was very unfriendly and didn't understand what I was saying. Very poor customer service skills. Quite frankly not sure how she got that job but otherwise I'd stay here again. Very well priced and exceeded my expectations.
