Osobiście bym dodał stolik i dwa krzesła na balkonie. Tego brakuje. Wygodne łóżka i poduszki!!! Klimatyzacja - super! Nawet wyłączałem kiedy wracałem do pokoju. Śniadanie - OK. Brakowało tylko łyżeczek do kawy i widelczyków do ciast i deserów. Ale chleb z pieca i jajecznica lub omlet robione na bieżaco to wielki atut hotelu. Można by było urozmaicić ciasta do kawy. Ja bym dodał pachlawy, dają orientalnego smaku. Restauracia - bardzo dobra. Jedzenie smaczne i mięso z grila, co się da poczuc po smaku!!! Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i się stara.

- Amor (9/5): - Such a memorable short stay but with big and nice souvenirs. I was impressed by the high level of professionalism and hospitality of the staff and particularly Shery. She was welcoming and in no time my booking form was already on the desk. Extremely simple and efficient check-in process with all necessary information. Hôtel facilities were clean and high level. Breakfast excellent, restaurant and room service availability. Very nice café restaurant on side with giant screen and nice artistic animation. Bref you can feel at home and all staff was hospitable . I will consider seriously other stay in this lovely hôtel.

- Aya (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything was bad I never explain it when I came the room was not clean and I had to change the rooms more than 3 times because they have an internet problem and they also have a problem with the services and also the room services do not answer the phones and are very late in the orders and my stomach hurt because of the salad I ordered when I arrived and they don't care about anything and I also wanted to deliver the room to them because it was my exit time I didn't find anyone at the reception and I had to have someone I regret that I went there

The support from Shereen was commendable. She did help us to order food from Indian restaurants and also kept our luggage for 1 night in the hotel during our desert safari.
