- Hans (7/5): Aanbevelenswaardig, ondanks de minpuntjes. Karakter en locatie van de accommodatie maken veel goed. - De locatie is top, het balkon is nice, het uitzicht leuk, het bed goed, met een fijn klein koelkastje. In het shared (met 1 andere kamer) heb je de beschikking over een Dolce Gusto koffieapparaat (met cups!) en magnetron. En met de deuren dicht is het geluid van de straat (claxonnerende Italianen) uitstekend uitgebannen. De lift leek niet te werken, maar heb ik ook niet goed bestudeerd. 4-hoog maar prima te doen als je goed ter been bent en weinig bagage meezeult. Wat echt tegenviel? De douche! Echt ellendig ondiep en smal. Je ontkomt er niet aan om steeds tegen de kraan te stoten (en dus de temperatuur te ontregelen) en tegen de muur/deur. Wasbakje ook piepklein en een stop voor de afvoer en aflegruimte voor toiletspullen ontbreekt. Daar heb ik het bidet (keurig!) maar voor gebruikt. En de kamerdeur klemt, tenzij je hem optilt bij het dichtdoen.

- Michael (3/5): Disappointed - The location and view were excellent. There was a general lack of cleanliness. All of the curtains were stained. The window shutters were broken and would swing closed with a breeze. They also had missing slats. We were told there’s an elevator, but not that it starts only after walking up one flight of stairs. There was one piece of artwork on the wall, but it had slid down to the bottom of the frame. The hallway light in our room worked only sometimes. The light switches had a layer of dirt on them and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were racks against the walls to hang clothes and our bags, but they were so flimsy they felt like they’d fall over if we put anything of weight on them.

- Becky (10/5): 10/10 location, and really cute view from the master room - Location is amazing, you walk out the main entrance and you have coffee shops, resteraunts and only a 2 minute walk up the road to the Spanish steps, and near to Trevi. Really couldn't have asked for a better location. There is no front desk, or area to buy extra water / tea coffee etc. but we didn't mind as we knew this when booking.

Локация топ! В трех минутах от испанской лестницы. Сама комната была чистой и свежей, каждый день уборка. Очень милая и уютная. Лифт на 4й этаж исправно работает. Душевая и туалет были личные, очень чисто. В номере был утюг, холодильник, сейф, кондиционер. Не хватало тапочек, пол холодный.

- María Lucía (6/5): Mala habitacion y mal olor a precio de oro - La ubicación No vimos a nadie del personal en ningun momento, me mandaron mensajes por privado para que dejara el dinero de las tasas en efectivo alli. El baño olia fatal, y hacia que toda la habitación oliera a tuveria y era muy molesto. El anscensor no funcionaba y las indicaciones para llegar al piso y apartamento fueron erroneas. Ademas, en la habitacion se escuchaba todo lo de los vecinos, sus conversaciones, cuando abrian el agua de la ducha. Y tambien habia un aparato que no conseguimos identificar que se encendia y se apagaba cada X tiempo, y nos despertaba por la noche. Para lo que cuesta el apartamento y lo que pagamos, calidad muy mala.

- Olga (8/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu ☺️ - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 7min od Fontanny di trevi, niedaleko stacja metra, ale i tak byliśmy w stanie zwiedzać miasto głównie na piechotę. Super kontakt z obsługą, codzienna wymiana ręczników i ścielanie łóżka. Dobre wyciszenie przez okna. Łóżko jest bardzo miękkie, jak miękka gąbka, osobiście wolimy twardsze, ale na 4-dniowy pobyt było ok.

- spinelli (10/5): Ottimo - Posizione ottima, a due passi da piazza di Spagna e dalla fontana di Trevi, facili da raggiungere anche i mezzi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar e ristoranti. Noi abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio convenzionato, che era a 2 min a piedi. Camera accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Lo staff gentilissimo e chiaro con le istruzioni per il self check-in. Consiglio vivamente. Era tutto perfetto, l’unica cosa quando siamo entrati c’era cattivo odore che proveniva dal bagno, ma quello dipende dalle tubature e il lavandino era un po’ troppo piccolo, ma comunque ha tutto l’indispensabile.

- Silvana (10/5): Vill man bara ha en säng att sova på och ett badrum då är det ok. Max två stjärnor. - Väldigt missvisande bilder på booking. Fönsterna i vårt rum(Lyx) gick inte att stänga ordentligt så det var väldigt lyhört. Ett rum där kontakterna var halvtrasiga . Teven placerad mittemot en vägg vid ingången så man inte kan se teveskärmen från sängen . Nu gick vi iväg tidigt på morgonen och kom hem sent så det gjorde inget. Badrummet stinker avlopp. Värmeelementerna var på för fullt och gick ej att stänga av. Det finns inte en maskin för att köpa vatten ens i gången för rummena finns och minikylen var heltom. Inget att dricka. Den lilla vattenkokaren på rummet är av billigaste kvalité. Två koppar med en tepåse i varje kopp som skulle täcka k 4 dagar. Lägenhet 309 ligger på tredje våningen med bottenvåning som start. Hissen är skrämmande så vi vågade inte ta den. Den lät förfärligt. Vi gick upp och ner för alla trapporna. Huset känns helt öde, lite fallfärdigt. Gången på tredje våningen där rummen finns är renoverad och det finns en låst dörr. Samt en lås port vid entrén. Jag skulle ge denna två stjärnor som Max. Städningen var sådär. Vi bara hoppades inte ta hem ohyra. Inte någon levande människa man har kontakt med. Bara någon som bäddade, skrev instruktionerna till mig via sms med alla koderna och att jag skulle lägga turistskatten på 600€ på bordet och gå utan att låsa. Läget var bra. Men deg finns en uppsjö av hotel och rum som den hör att hyra i området. Vi kunde ha fått något bättre boende för bara 100€ mer och med frukost. För fyra nätter för två vuxna. Jag missade de inte erbjöd frukost. Det finns inte en människa i hela det stora huset.

- Carolyn (6/5): Great location, clean, hot water kettle provided, reasonably priced and a bit funky! - Location is excellent but on a Friday evening, quite a lot from the street below (during the weekdays evenings not a problem). Room (Silver) is small and shower very small. There is a small balcony with table and chair, sweet. This hotel is a small apartment consisting of two bed rooms and a common area. There is a night light left on in the common area most of the night and this light comes into the bedroom via the glass transom.

- Rinella (10/5): Un vero gioiello nel cuore di Roma, tutto impeccabile!🥰 - Soggiorno perfetto! Io e il mio fidanzato siamo rimasti entusiasti. Posizione imbattibile tra Piazza di Spagna e Trevi. La camera era pulitissima e, cosa fondamentale per me che ho il sonno leggero, perfettamente insonorizzata. Abbiamo goduto di un bel balcone e di un servizio eccellente (la ragazza delle pulizie è di una gentilezza rara). Non fatevi influenzare dai commenti negativi, per noi è stato tutto perfetto! Come piccolo suggerimento per il futuro, sarebbe carino aggiungere magari delle cialdine di caffè in camera oltre alle bustine di tè, giusto per completare l'offerta.

- Vasiliki (1/5): Would not recommend a horrible place to stay at! - For starters the whole building was like an abandoned house. Elevator that took our to our room was half of the time not working or doing some weird noises. The room that we booked was a completely deferent room to the one we stayed at. The toilet seat was broken to doors didn't close and the shower head was leaking water at like 2 in the morning by itself and it was waking us up every day. The sheets were smelling like vinegar but the bed was at least comfortable.

- Pauline (6/5): Emplacement idéal mais équipement limite - L’emplacement idéal ! Passage tous les jours pour faire le lit. Hôte réactif qui a changé rapidement le frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas ainsi qu’ajouter une deuxième chaise sur le balcon. La literie confortable. Balcon communiquant avec l’espace commun et une autre chambre, on ne peux donc pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Pas d’eau fraîche dans le frigo à notre arrivée (pourtant précisé dans l’annonce). Insonorisation bonne de l’extérieur mais très mauvaise entre les chambres (on entends les voisins parler et leur télé). La porte de la salle de bain grince ainsi que le lit à chaque mouvement. La chasse d’eau faisait du bruit. Pas de machine à café comme le montrait la photo de la chambre.

Soprattutto suggerisco ai proprietari/gestori di cambiare i materassi perchè sono eccessivamente morbidi/cedevoli e quindi non si dorme bene,

- Alfonso (2/5): Semplicemente fatiscente visto il prezzo elevato e non rispondente all'offerta - nulla L'offerta pubblicizza un appartamento ma in realtà si tratta solo di una stanza singola in un locale ubicato in un palazzo dotato di un elevatore raggiungibile da una stretta scala a chiocciola e con evidenti carenze di manutenzione. Entrando si notano subito i cavi elettrici in prossimità del contatore privi di protezione e aperti alla vista di chiunque. La stanza è priva di qualsiasi servizio, salvo un piccolo frigorifero completamente vuoto (neppure una bottiglia di acqua nè un kit di benvenuto); non è prevista alcuna colazione (dunque non si tratta di un B&B). L'arredo è di scarsissima qualità; non è dotata neppure di un armadio; il televisore è inutilizzabile per mancanza di segnale. I servizi completamente inesistenti. Il prezzo pagato era corrispondente a quello di un hotel 4 stelle. Da evitare

- Filomena (10/5): Ottima esperienza - La posizione della struttura è ottimale, a pochi passi dal centro. Pulito e molto accogliente e dotato di tutti i confortevoli ed i gestori cordiali e disponibili nel risolvere le problematiche.
- William (10/5): Great hotel in a great location. - Great location near the Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti (Spanish Steps). The steps winding around the lift inside the hotel building were also kind’a cool. All was good.

Ho viaggiato per lavoro ma questa posizione mi ha fatto sentire in vacanza la sera! Attenzione per chi ha problemi di deambulazione: ci sono scale per raggiungere l'ascensore

- Romina (4/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. El televisor no funcionaba. Las escaleras y la entrada al edificio estaban sucias. En el baño faltaba espacio para apoyar. Las cortinas no eran suficientemente oscuras para el sol. Nos cobraron un impuesto de 7 euros por dia por persona, nos avisaron de este luego de la reserva y pago de la misma y no nos hicieron recibo ni factura oficial del importe.

- Marie Godske (7/5): - Skøn beliggenhed. Rent. Dejligt med elkedel, lille køleskab og altan. Selvom det ikke var et bemandet hotel, svarede ejeren forholdsvist hurtigt, når man skrev til ham. Lejlighederne trænger til en renovering, hvilket jo også fornemmede, var påbegyndt i opgangen. døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes. Ingen dør ud til badeværelset - kun et rullegardin. Ingen udsugning på badeværelset, men naturlig udluftning, da vinduet ikke kunne lukkes helt. Dårlig isolering og meget lydt fra både gaden og de andre værelser. Koden til gadedøren virkede kun sjældent, så man skulle huske at have nøglen med til yderdøren også.

Photos à votre disposition - Rien Établissement à la limite du taudis Porte d’entrée sur la rue mal entretenue Couloir vétuste, sale, amenant à un ascenseur antédiluvien ne pouvant être pris qu’au 1 er étage . Étage à gravir dans des débris de vitre cassée. Porte de la chambre branlante. Lit au matelas défoncé Vraiment très inconfortable Un vieux frigos de bar rouillé posé par terre, vide et ne fonctionnant pas Dans une sorte de placard, un wc sale à l’abattant ébréché. Dans un recoin un lavabos qui n’est qui n’est qu’un petit lave main de toilette Une cabine de douche mal éclairée au fond de ce recoin. Vitres de fenêtre opaques Balcon avec de pauvres plantes envahies de mauvaises herbes Parquet de la chambres qui n’a pas vu la cire depuis très longtemps Peintures des murs sales. Aucun accueil bien sur. Nous sommes arrivés tard et avons été obligé de passer notre 1 ère nuit dans ça taudis Le lendemain au plus tôt nous avons déménagé, ne pouvant téter dans ce bouge. Et on peut pas soupçonner un hébergement aussi nul pour le prix pratiqué À fuir C’est une honte de se moquer ainsi des touristes Cela me fait douter de la fiabilité et du sérieux de BOOKING !
