• Denise (7/5): Our first visit to Barcelona, a wonderful city. - Good location No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, which is usually included with this standard of accommodation. The self service check in, I like things more personal with a reception desk. The location of the bar area isn’t very inviting, and therefore I can’t see this being used much.

• Salvalox Puccix (9/5): Brevity - Posizione veramente ottimale, a piedi e facilmente si possono raggiungere i luoghi di maggiore attrazione, nonchè le stazioni metropolitane da cui spostarsi per le ulteriori attrattive della città. Di buon gusto le cortesie per gli ospiti negli accessori del bagno. L'insonorizzazione potrebbe essere ulteriormente migliorata: le camere con l'affaccio su strada risentono dei rumori e clamori dell'ambiente attorno alla struttura

• CLAIRE (10/5): Enjoy clean, comfortable rooms and a warm, inviting hotel set in a fantastic city-centre location - The Hotel is located in an excellent central location, my room was very clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was in a nice space with a good choice of food. Staff on front desk, avaialble and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and will definately stay again on my next visit to Barcelona.

Fue muy atenta e intentó ser lo más resolutiva posible aunque la compañera de limpieza sin duda no la acompañara con la misma intención Rara vez dejo una mala puntuación pero esta vez es necesario… Cuando llegamos nada más entrar nos conseguimos todo el lavabo lleno de orine viejo y seco de un huésped anterior!! Algo q me decepciono muchísimo, no esperas llegar y encontrarte eso. La chica de recepción muy amable llamó a la q se encargada de la limpieza, la cual se demoró en llegar y cuando apareció me dijo con bastante desprecio q todo estaba bien y q eso eran manías mías. tuve q mostrarle con detenimiento todo el orine seco y pegado del lavabo para q lo limpiara. Por otra parte la alfombra q rodea la cama estaba toda sucia y manchada, q mal rollo levantarte de la cama y pensar en poner un pie allí. Lo siento pero para mí la limpieza es crucial y esto es algo q sinceramente no dejo pasar!

Kişisel bakım ürünleri olması da güzel. Double odada iki ayrı yatak var ve birleştirsen bile arası boşluk. Şişe suyu hergün verebilirlerdi. Kettle çay kahve olmalıydı. Odada pencere olmaması kötü. F/P açısından biraz pahalı. Standart 100 euroluk avrupa otellerinden fazlası yok bakınca. Maalesef barça halkı turist istemiyor. Doymuşlar. Kaba davranıyorlar. Şehir sadece tursit odaklı. Çok büyük bir hediyelik eşya dükkanına benziyor. Katedrallerin bile tamamı ücretli neredeyse. Gastronomik açıdan güzel ve lezzetli :)

• Francy Rose (10/5): - Mi experiencia fue un 10/10. El checking rápido, aunque la habitación no estaba lista me disponilizaron un locker, baño con ducha y un espacio de descanso y cowork. Habían cuadros por todo el hotel con dichos de la Biblia que me llenaron el corazón de paz. Pasé cuatro noches allí, entre trabajo, estudios y descanso, pude contar con excelente espacio, incluso para hacer estiramientos en la habitación. Seguro repetiré la experiencia.

The room was clean and very big . You had every thing you need in the room and everything was very organised. The staff were very nice and helpful.

• Phoebe (9/5): A great base to explore Barcelona and attend Primavera Sound - Location was perfect for us - the room was very clean and spacious and the staff were lovely. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room temperature was good too in June. You can leave your bags in a secure area in the lobby on your last day. There was a bit of traffic noise but I had ear plugs so it wasn't too noticeable. The price was a bit expensive but this is the same for most hotels during the Primavera Sound week.
• Excursion23584786632 (8/5): Central location an advantage - Some positives - good central location and close to the metro and main city attractions. The hotel is reasonably modern and clean and the bedrooms have all the expected facilities (though the shower is poorly designed and tends to splash the bathroom floor). Hard to say if it's good value for money, since Barcelona hotels have become incredibly expensive in recent years, and the room was quite small. Price wise, it's probably in the mid-range of Barcelona hotels. Everything is relative.

• Constantin (5/5): Only if there's no other option in the area. - - Ideal location - Hard bed matresses good for the back. - Personnel - the only 2 persons I've seen in 3 days have been very kind to me. - The bathroom door is made of glass and it's free moving, cannot be closed, with enough space around it to stick your fingers. Sounds, smells, and silhouettes are sensed directly from the room. Zero intimacy. - There's a check-in machine that's annoying, no humans involved. And why should I do the formalities myself at this price per room?! It's a rip off! - No minibar. - The beds were twin, not a double bed. They'll say it's about availability, but it still sucks and it's their responsibility. - A crazy amount of pillows on the beds that you need to deposit somewhere and there aren't many options. - Low pressure water in the shower, also hard to set the temperature. - Didn't have breakfast but it's served in the basement, which can't be a belssing. - Basically the location is the only reason you could choose this hotel.

• Beverley (7/5): Barcelona is a beautiful city - Location for exploring is fantastic, with a supermarket and restaurants extremely close. Room has a fridge & there are complimentary toiletries. Negative, no facility for hot drink in the room. Be careful with lift, shut on me as soon as it had opened and almost knocked me off me off my feet, bruising my entire arm.

• Meander26941061440 (2/5): DISAPPOINTMENT - Just one word: disappointment! The hotel is advertised as a 4-star, but reality is far from it! Here’s a non-exhaustive list of issues we faced during our stay: Starting with the elevators, which feel incredibly shaky. You get the sense that if you sneezed, the entire elevator shaft might collapse. In the Room: The soundproofing is catastrophic. In the room, you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING going on in the hallways. Imagine the chaos in the morning when people get up for breakfast—it’s impossible to sleep in with all the noise in the corridors. The same goes for the cleaning staff, who create a racket in the hallway, especially with what sounds like glass bottles. And when you’re in the hallways, you can hear EVERYTHING happening inside the rooms. There’s a gap between the door and the floor, allowing both sound and light to come through. As for the bathroom, it’s beyond words. No toilet brush, and the shower gel and shampoo dispensers are empty. What’s the point of installing dispensers if they’re never refilled, not even once over an entire week? Additionally, a terrible sewer smell fills the bathroom and drifts into the room because the bathroom door doesn’t close. The smell is unbearable, and despite using the tub plug, closing the toilet lid, and covering the bidet with a towel, nothing helps. And why bother with a ventilation system in the bathroom if there’s no way to activate it? Back in the room, for a 4-star hotel, there’s nothing provided for guests—no coffee, not even tea. Just emptiness. As for the bedding, it’s a disaster. The mattresses are so hard that we had back pain the entire week (we’re 26 and 28, in good health, with no back problems) to the point of having back spasms. Still in the room, every other hotel we’ve been to has a small sign to hang on the door indicating privacy. Here, that doesn’t exist. You’re in your room, but the cleaning staff will still come in and ask you to leave so they can clean. You end up being kicked out of the room that YOU PAID FOR. It’s absurd; I’ve never seen anything like it. As a result, every time you’re in your room and hear noise in the hallway, you feel like they’re about to throw you out, so you can never truly relax. And speaking of cleaning, what are they even cleaning? There’s hair all over the floor (and no, it wasn’t mine!), and if you look under the beds, it’s disgusting! The hotel supposedly has a bar—false! There are just vending machines where you can buy cans or chips (and the cans are disgusting, probably sitting there for who knows how long). Let’s not forget the internet connection, which is dismal, practically nonexistent. The network is so unstable that we ended up using our mobile data almost the entire time. It’s pathetic for a so-called 4-star hotel. Additionally, we specifically paid for a double bed and got two singles pushed together! What’s the point of offering this option and charging people if you can’t meet your guests’ requests?!

Water was able to be gloriously hot . Huge bath towels . Very comfy bed . Friendly . Allowed us an early 1:30 check in . Doors always locked from the street so very secure . We did not do breakfast here so can’t comment on that . Highly recommend!

There was no service with the luggage, they did not accommodate to give us a room a bit earlier and had to wait until 3pm sharp. The rooms have horrible hygiene and is not cleaned properly. They don’t have a phone to call the reception and the only way to order room service is through a QR code which takes minimum 1 hour to deliver a small tasteless salad. I don’t recommend this hotel at all and will never visit it again

This made it extremely inconvenient when I needed assistance. Service: The attitude of the staff was notably poor. The receptionist was disrespectful and unhelpful, which significantly impacted my overall experience. Overall Impact: The combination of inadequate facilities and poor service made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Suggestions: I recommend the hotel improve its facilities and staff training to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

• Alex (9/5): Very good - Very clean and cosy hotel. Staff absolutely amazing, for any question they had an answer. Close to the city centre. Just 15 minutes walk to catch hop on hop of bus which was very convenient for us. We are enjoyed every single moment. There is no kettle, cups, tea or coffee in the room, which was a bit unusual. Shower head needs to be replaced. Slow lift, but for us it wasn’t a problem.
