• Achim (4/5): Auch nach drei Beschwerden noch keine korrekte Rechnung - Zentrale Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Großes, sauberes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Alles Wesentliche vorhanden. Eine defekte Leuchte am Waschbecken wurden nach Hinweis an die Rezeption noch am selben Tag repariert. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster (Zimmer in Richtung der auch nachts viel befahrenen Kreuzung Alexanderstr./Karl-Marx-Allee) empfand ich als recht mäßig. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern bekommt man jede Ampelphase deutlich mit. Besonders ärgerlich ist aber das Billing: Trotz vorzeitiger, frühmorgendlicher Abreise nach 3 Tagen (Flex-Buchung) wurden mir vier Tage in Rechnung gestellt. Auch im dritten Versuch scheiterte Premier Inn vorgestern erneut daran, mir eine korrekte Rechnung bereitzustellen. Dabei wechselten sie zudem mittendrin Ansprechpartner und Kommunikationweg (von booking.com-Chat zu E-Mail). Habe jetzt eine Frist gesetzt und rechliche Mittel angekündigt.

• Ioannis Glykos (8/5): Very good - Location and breakfast superb. All the staff was there to help and solve any issues. I really appreciate it that they recognized some issues that needed to be resolved and they did all they could to help. That during the booking I had no idea that there are two levels of rooms. This should be clarified in a better way so I, as the traveler to have the choice available easily.

Otelde kaldığımız günlerde hava yağmurlu ve epey soğuktu. Odanın sıcaklığı yeterli değildi. 2 gün odada biraz üşüdük. Daha sıcak olabilirdi. Ayrıca terlik yoktu.

• OZAN (1/5): - Only location Very dirty, even though I told them to clean, they just tidied the room not cleaned. Blood stains on the sheets, AC is not working, the room was disgusting even the walls was very dirty. the room was beyond terrible.
• Ed (7/5): Great Breakfast, Bar and Location. Room uncomfortable due to ineffective a/c and small for 3 - Breakfast was very nice - loverly selection of food and nice atmosphere. The bar area was really good and Happy Hour between 5-7pm was a fun start to the evening before heading out into town. Location was really convenient near to Alexanderplatz too. We stayed with our daughter and with the third bed made up it made the room very cramped. The air conditioning not being turned on for the building it made the room very warm and because of the proximity of the 24/7 tram you couldn’t reasonably open the window. Combined, this made the room uncomfortable.

Wenn in 10 Stunden die Bitte um das nachfüllen von WC-Papier damit endet, dass am Ende weniger da ist wie vorher und mann erst auf telefonische Beschwerde dazu in der Lage ist .... spricht diese Kleinigkeit für sich. Das, angeblich nur aus Umweltschutzgründen, eingestellte tägliche Zimmer reinigen nur auf Nachfrage erfolgt, ebenso.
• Laura (9/5): Buen alojamiento con medios de transportes cercanos - La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda y aunque habíamos leído en otras reseñas que se escuchaba mucho ruido exterior, nos alojaron en una habitación interior que daba a un patio y había mucho silencio. La ubicación es buena por proximidad a la plaza de alexanderplatz donde tienes muchas opciones de transporte pero en los alrededores no hay mucha variedad de cafeterías o restaurantes. Ademas se nota que es una zona de tránsito. La vida berlinesa está en otros barrios.

• Hansjürg (6/5): Alles in allem OK, nicht mehr. - Geografisch Ort gut, zentral. Frühstück lecker und vielseitig. Zimmer 235 seitlich - viel Strassenbahnlärm. Unangenehmer Geruch in Zimmer und Toilette.

• Nadine (10/5): - Super Lage. Supermarkt, Restaurant und Shoppingmöglichkeiten unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon gegen Mittag da und konnten direkt einchecken. Zimmer lag im 9. Stock, trotzdem hat man die Straßenbahn und den Verkehrslärm gehört. Aber man konnte trotzdem gut schlafen. In einer Großstadt gehört Lärm nunmal dazu. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Klare Weiterempfehlung 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Was etwas gefehlt hat, ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Safe.
• Paola (5/5): Posizione ottima ma dotazione della stanza da migliorare - Posizione eccellente. La mobilia della stanza è un po' troppo essenziale. Manca un box di sicurezza. Mancano dei cassetti. Armadio ridotto al minimo. Per avere bustine di the e caffè, e una volta anche la carta igienica, abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla reception, jn quanto la pulizia della stanza è su richiesta. Capisco il risparmio, ma fino a un certo punto. Una maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli non guasterebbe. Per fortuna lo staff è molto gentile.

• Alican (7/5): In my opinion, it could have been better for the price paid. Even though it is affordable, it is still not a very small - The hotel’s location and transportation to nearby areas are very good. Additionally, I can say that both the rooms and the hotel are quiet. Overall, I can say that the cleanliness was not very good. The towel provided in the room was torn and should have been checked beforehand. Additionally, there were spider webs in the area where the curtain met the ceiling, and even though we informed the reception, we noticed that they were not cleaned. I also think that the absence of disposable slippers in the rooms is a drawback.
• Büşra (1/5): Konumu hariç, hiç memnun kalmadık - Konumu iyiydi Mayıs ayında otelde konaklamamı gerçekleştirdim. Berlin’de soğuk ve yağmurlu hava (8-13 derece gibi) vardı. Odalar çok soğuktu. Resepsiyona bunu söylediğimde otel olarak yaz moduna geçtiklerini, merkezi sistemleri olduğunu odadaki klimayı açarsam sıcak değil soğuk hava geleceğini, tüm kapı ve pencereler kapalı ise odanın 20 derecede kalacağını söylediler. Ancak oda ısım 18derecenin üstüne çıkmadı. Odaya personel yollayıp kontrolün sağlanacağı söylendi ancak bu da bir çözüm olmadı. 3 kişi gelmiştik ve hepimiz farklı odalarda kalıyorduk hepimizin odasında aynı problem vardı. Rezervasyonumuzun iptalini ve para iadesini talep ettik ancak böyle bir şeyin de mümkün olmadığını söylediler. Isıtıcı istedik, ellerinde ısıtıcının olmadığını ancak bir battaniye daha verebileceklerini söylediler. Gece buz gibi odada yattık, sabah buz gibi odada uyandık. Duş almak bile zor oldu. Döndüğümde hasta oldum. Kısacası konaklamamızdan hiç memnun kalmadık. Personel hiçbir şekilde hiçbir şeye yardımcı olmadı. Aynı fiyata çok daha iyi bir yerde kalabilirdik.

Было очень-очень холодно, принять душ в такой холод - сплошное испытание. На ресепшен по этому вопросу ответили, что отопление отключено, кондиционер включать не надо, так как он работает только на холод.
