- Maylinn Olsen (9/5): - Utrolig god beliggenhet, hjelpsomt personale, rent og fint rom. Kul innredning på hotellet. Veldig god frokost Fant en billett fra andre liggende igjen på rommet. Vinduene fra rommet var ut mot gangen, det var litt bråkete.

- Estelle (8/5): - Bel établissement , très bien placé au cœur de Prague. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel ! Etablissement un peu vieillot, avec des travaux de rénovation bruyants dès le matin. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits simples, mais nous avons du faire avec un lit double.
- Ivana (10/5): Výjimečný pobyt - Nádherná lokalita, velmi příjemný pan recepční, bohatá snídaně. Krásný pokoj, který odpovídal počtu hvězd. S hlukem z ulice jsme počítali, jsme v centru. Určitě doporučujeme.
- Araida (8/5): Localização e pequeno almoço. - Pequena refeição e espaço no quarto. Funcionários da recepção são preconceituosos, impacientes e grosseiros, ao ponto de ser mal educados. Tive que solicitar limpeza das cortinas do quarto, muito sujo.
- Hans-Werner (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle gut zu erreichen. Die Stadt bietet sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Im Hotel waren leider , Vereinzelte Stemarbeiten. Wir würden darüber nicht informiert. Das Büfett war ausreichend und überschaubar. Deshalb stimmte das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis nicht so richtig.

- Marta (10/5): Para repetir sin dudar - La ubicación es inmejorable junto al puente Carlos. Personal muy atento y agradable, tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Estuvo todo perfecto. Por poner alguna pega el secador de pelo es mejorable.

- Dinara (8/5): - Добрый день! Остановились в вашем отеле семьей , сняв 2 номера... удобно было, что номера нам предоставили рядом! Отличный 2-этажный люкс и рядом 2-местный номер! Расположение отеля супер! Завтраки достаточно хорошие - не хватало видов каш! Однако хотелось бы рассказать, что в первый вечер и всю ночь в обоих номерах не работало отопление совсем! ночью супруг спускался на ресепшн, где ему дали один обогреватель, который мы поставили младшим детям в спальню, а мы со старшим спали в холодных комнатах! На следующее утро нам сообщили, что, оказывается, весь наш 4 этаж остался без отопления на сутки! и не было мастеров! Но зачем тогда выдали нам такие номера? прекрасно видели и знали, что мы с детьми приехали и заселились... Сказали просто ИЗВИНИТЕ! и все на этом!!! Мы остались недовольны такой ситуацией!

- Rakel Therese Skårslette (8/5): Mye for pengene, midt i sentrum. - Store rom og gode senger. Vi fikk et rom som lå inn mot bakgården, her var det veldig stille og godt. Meget serviceinnstilt personale som oppbevarte bagasjen vår på utsjekksdag på ekstra trygt rom. Ikke noe å utsette, men rommet fremstår som veldig hvitt, kunne gjerne vært malt i en farge og kanskje hatt tapet.
