Aleksandra (10/5): Wspaniały wyjazd do pięknej Pragi - Bardzo uprzejmy personel, jak na recepcji, tak i na śniadaniu. Pokój czysty, duże łóżko, wygodny materac. W łazience są kosmetyki. Lokalizacja świetna. Blisko przystanek tramwajowy, sklepy, piękny i duży park, różne restauracje. Do centrum nie jest daleko ( szybko chodzę :) ) Na śniadaniu nic nie brakuje, smacznie, ciągle bufet był uzupełniany. Wszystko było super! Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnność :)

Buona la pulizia delle stanze e la cortesia del personale. La camera era un po' piccola per essere un 4 stelle, la colazione è forse migliorabile (più nella qualità che nella quantità).

Ottima posizione per tranquillità, vicinanza al centro e ai mezzi pubblici. Poca scelta di cibi dolci nella colazione. Cuscino troppo molle e nessuna possibilità di scelta negli armadi. Cena servita con un solo bicchiere di acqua e senza pane. Possibilità di scelta del menù cena scarso.

Roland (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nicht weit vom Stadtkern entfernt. Die Karlsbrücke ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen und ein wirklich schöner Hingucker. Gleich in der Nähe, ca. 70-100 Meter entfernt fanden wir ein traditionelles Restaurant mit den leckersten Speisen. Rustikale Möbel und rustikales Essen. Frühstück im Hotel ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Damen an der Rezeption immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch sprachen sie nur Englisch was für uns etwas schwierig war, dank Google Übersetzer aber immer zum Ziel führte. Das Parkhaus war Fußläufig in einer Minute zu erreichen, es liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Da wir einen Parkplatz gebucht hatten war es kein Problem für uns. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt's auch reichlich Parkplätze wenn sie denn dann frei sind. Zum Be- und Entladen hatten wir zum Glück einen frei. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert und für den Preis unschlagbar. Es gab Probleme mit dem Fernseher, dieser war nicht angeschlossen, bzw. es fehlte das Antennenkabel, aber das Personal hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit um ein neues Gerät bemüht welches wir dann selbst eingerichtet haben. Es gibt 4 deutsche Sender, was auch reicht, denn im Urlaub ist man eh unterwegs. Im Badezimmer war eine Steckdose lohse und diese fiel bei Benutzung aus der Halterung, aber auch hier reagierte das Personal umgehend und wir bekamen sofort ein anderes Zimmer.

Im Frühstücksbereich war das Personal unter großem Stress, da jeweils nur eine Person anwesend war. Es hat dadurch immer an etwas gefehlt.

Markus und Manuela (6/5): Erfüllt den durchschnittlichen, tschechischen Standart - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir durften unser fensterloses Zimmer ohne Aufpreis tauschen. Von dort aus sind die Altstadt, die Burg und die Karlsbrücke gut fußläufig erreichbar, wenn man nicht eingeschränkt ist. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, die Duschbrause hat nicht richtig gehalten und auf den Fotos der Zimmer sehen die Räume größer aus, als sie sind. Zudem sieht man zwar auf manchen Fotos, dass einige Zimmer im 4.OG Fenster in der horizontalen Decke haben (Dachfenster/Oberlicht) aber wir rechneten nicht damit, dass es keine Fenster im Bad und/oder in der Wand gab, weshalb der Geruch auch nicht angenehm war (konnte nicht richtig gelüftet werden)

Wenn dieses Zimmer als Bild in der Galerie vorhanden gewesen wäre, hätte ich anders gebucht. Wir hatten das Hotel mit Halbpension gebucht, das Essen war ok, aber die Gaststätte für das Abendessen war nicht auf Gäste eingestellt die Wein statt Bier trinken möchten. Weißwein war schon am 3 Abend schwierig zu bekommen.

Poprvé jsem vyzkoušela check-in po 20 hodině, kdy není přítomna služba na recepci, a vyzvedávala jsem klíčovou kartu ze schránky. Vše fungovalo, jak má. Do tohoto hotelu jsem se vždy ráda vracela, ale mám pocit, že trochu polevili. Postel vrzala, i když nevím, zda je to úplně správné slovo. Prostě to dřevěné obložení okolo postele vydávalo mě nesympatické zvuky. Na snídani nebyl takový výběr jako dříve. Ráno v přízemí na chodbě strašně smrděla dezinfekce.
Jozef (4/5): Dobrý hotel s problémami - Raňajky a personál v poriadku ako aj vybavenie izby okrem postele. Na to že sa jedná o celkom normálny hotel so štandardným vybavením, sme mali tú smolu, že v izbe bol na posteli absolútne nevyhovujúci matrac, preležaný, ktorý sa prepadával o 20cm. Následkom je bolesť krku doteraz. Izbu nám vymenili ďalší deň bez problémov, s vyhovujúcim matracom v novej izbe. Pre zmenu ráno netiekla teplá voda na sprchovanie (nedeľa).

Ronny (4/5): Insgesamt war es ok - Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Sauberkeit im Bad hat enttäuscht. Schimmelige Fugen in der Duschkabine, Silberfische am Fußboden... Das Frühstück hat enttäuscht im Gegensatz zu den Fotos auf der Seite. 2 Sorten Brötchen, beide trocken und bröselig, Fresh-Cut-Salat der überhaupt nicht frisch aussah, wie aus der Tüte im Supermarkt, eingeschränkte Wurst- und Aufstrichauswahl, Butter für alle aus einem großen Trog,...hatte mich eigentlich auf das Frühstück gefreut, sind dann aber nach 3Tagen auswärtig Frühstücken gegangen

Rene (7/5): Kein Luxushotel,aber mit Sicherheit die Überlegung wert wiederzukommen. - Frühstücksbuffet hat wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten,wird auch permanent aufgefüllt und hat meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen.Auch das Abendessen mit jeweils Suppe und vier Hauptgerichten zur Auswahl war in Ordnung.Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen,zu Fuß ne halbe Stunde bis in die Altstadt.Wer mit Auto anreist sollte sich den Platz in der Garage mieten,kostet zwar extra aber in Prag einen Parkplatz zu bekommen ist praktisch ausgeschlossen.So blieb das Auto sicher verschlossen die ganze Woche da stehen. Einrichtung des Zimmer und des Bades sind natürlich schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen,funktioniert hat trotzdem alles und war akzeptabel.Für den Preis mit Halbpension sowieso.Geht man außer Haus frühstücken und Abendessen wirds deutlich teurer.

Inken (8/5): Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. - Sehr gute Lage: Tram-Haltestelle ca. 100 m entfernt und fußläufig zur Karlsbrücke ca. 25 Minuten, zu den Dancing Towers 10 Minuten. Unser Auto war im zum Hotel gehörenden Parkhaus in der Nähe gut untergebracht und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gebraucht. Eine kleine erforderliche Reparatur der Dusche wurde unmittelbar vorgenommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

jia ying (4/5): 伤心的捷克之旅 - 地理位置还可以，离公交车站比较近家庭房非常不行！！！一定要避雷，首先它虽然在0层，但是它在楼梯的转角处，没办法直接把行李拖进去，需要把行李抬进去！！其次也是最糟糕的一点就是，浴室完全不能使用，下水道完全堵塞，一个人洗澡房间就水漫金山了。只好用毛巾堵水，很糟糕的一次体验。

Alenka (10/5): Priporočam kot izhodišče za raziskovanje Prage - od hotela peš do mesta, od tam tramvaji v vse smeri - Zajtrk odličen, prav tako lokacija. Peš dostopen mestni center, soba prostorna, urejena, simpatična. Tudi možnost parkiranja več kot odlična. Minusov ni.

Tomasz (10/5): - Hotel położony w super miejscu, bliskość komunikacji miejskiej -tramwaje linii 9,12,15,20 . Szybki dojazd do starego Miasta jak i na lotnisko.Spokojna okolica, blisko sklep Tesco .Na pierwszym piętrze można spokojnie wypić sobię kawę po śniadaniu. Śniadania było dobre. Hotel może wymaga trochę odświeżenia ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Na pewno jak będziemy jeszcze raz w Pradze wrócimy do tego Hotelu. Nadmieniam fakt że w hotelu byliśmy koło godziny 10 i pokój był już dla Nas dostępny co było dla nas komfortowe. W dniu wylotu również mogliśmy zostawić bagaż w recepcji na kilkanaście godzin przed wylotem. Dziękujemy 🥰

A szobában irtózatos bűz áradt a fürdőszobai lefolyóból!Folyamatosan nyitva kellett tartani az ablakokat!A padlószőnyeg az ágyak előtt nagyon koszos,és a székek kávéfoltosak.De ami a legtaszítóbb volt,hogy az előző vendégek hajszálai mindenhol ott voltak!
