• Sophia (1/5): Infesté de punaise de lit et d insecticides très nocif - L établissement était infesté de punaise de lits et d insecticides les draps était infesté d insecticides j’ai fait une crise d asthme et une allergie sévère aux produits toxique et je me suis faite piquer j’ai du annuler le reste de mon séjour je suis rester moins de 24h

• Jorge (1/5): NO SE HOSPEDEN AHI NUNCA. - Que el proceso de check inn fue rápido, fue lo único bueno. Uff por donde empezar, es más quiero aplicar un reembolso. Para llegar al hotel, que esta en plaza las americas de cancun, desde que llegas es un laberinto el estacionamiento, no hay luz ni indicaciones claras de como llegar al estacionamiento del hotel. Despúes entras a la plaza y tuvimos que ubicar donde entrabas al hotel. Desde ahi ya estabamos molestos. Despúes , me queria bañar y no teniamos jabón, tuvimos que usar uno que afortunadamente llevabamos. Despúes habia mucho ruido alado, no se si eran otros húespedes. Y lo peor: la cama super dura, las almohadas igual, lo unico rescatable es que el aire acondicionado trabaja bien. Despúes MUY temprano nos marcaron para preguntar si todo bién y justo fuimos a descansar. Me parece una falta de respeto que te marquen super temprano. No regreso nunca y me gustaria pedir un reembolso. Además para salir, de todos modos te cobran estacionamiento, y para encontrar el lugar para pagarlo es complicado. Tardamos mas de 20 minutos en salir del estacionamiento.

Location was perfect for Hyrox Cancún 2026, literally just across the street. Shout-out to Andrea from the front desk, she was super friendly, kind, and helpful. No isolated bed light; to turn in the bedside lamps you need to turn on the light at the entrance. Flimsy toilet seat, and poor toilet discharge capacity. The bed is firmer than medium. No smart TV, but they have great selection of channels (they were in Spanish, but I didn't try to change the language).

Que el precio es un poco elevado a lo que se ofrece, supe de otros lugares en los que ofrecieron all inclusive a pie de playa, en menor precio, y acá en fiesta inn solo fue el costo por las 2 noches sin nada incluído. Pero fuera de eso, todo excelente, gracias por todo.

Приходилось самому после горничной мыть полы. Моющие средства, которые используют горничные, очень сильно воняют. В номере, что я жил, кондиционер дул прямо на кровать из-за чего я заболел. При этом без кондиционера спать очень жарко. Постельное белье все в пятнах. Очень теплые одеяла, непонятно зачем, ведь на улице 20 градусов ночью. Я просто мечтал когда уже уеду их этого места. Фото номеров значительно лучше, чем на самом деле!!!

Wall mount lamps functional but broken, the bottom of the mattress ripped and foam coming out of it. Most needed in room a small refrigerator did not exist. I had the magical view of the roof with a working crew out of my window. Will never stay there again.
