• Meander30165911006 (10/5): Honeymoon 2026 - Location excellent to visit Istanbul as a tourist. Atmosphere inside hotel was really comfortable and we felt as we special guest. Thanks to guest relation Lale, she helped with our booking and always were near to ask if we need smth. Big thanks to Zarina and all kitchen team on breakfast, also to Gokhan Tan for always positive mood and polite and ready to give advice about locations in Istanbul and other. Our room was clean and comfortable, we had all that we need. We also used gym and we like it! Already miss all the lean and hotel and want to come back!!!

This was annoying as is, however, it’s the way they handled it which frustrated me most. Completely unbothered, no offer of a welcome tea or offer to discuss alternatives etc just straight up “nothing I can do” Also breakfast is very expensive for what is just a buffet, wouldn’t bother paying for it as there are loads of independent bakeries nearby. The street that hotel is on has 4-5 other hotels which are more contemporary and cheaper.

Obsługa jest bardzo uprzejma, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pokoje są świetne – czyste, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Dużym atutem jest również dobra lokalizacja, która ułatwia zwiedzanie i dostęp do najważniejszych miejsc. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje także smaczne śniadanie – świeże produkty i duży wybór sprawiają, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!

• Adalyat (9/5): Отличный персонал и локация - Вежливый и отзывчивый, внимательный персонал, вкусные завтраки, Лола и Толконай нам очень помогли и подсказали, что где найти. локация вообще-топчик-мин3 и ты на Истикляль, при этом не шумно возле отеля .Все необходимое есть, тапочки, зубные принадлежности и тп. Чуть подустал отель, мебель чуть под царапала, но это никак не мешало, полотенце не такие белые и воздушные.

Общее пространство тоже в целом радовало. 3. Не требовали оплатить заранее картой, мы спокойно заплатили при заселении наличными. 1. Напор в душе недостаточен чтобы с комфортом помыть голову. Это реально важный момент. 2. Удивительно было видеть платный капсульный кофе в хорошем отеле. 3. Завтраки не соответствуют своей стоимости. Мы посещали в округе как минимум 2 популярных кафе для завтраков, где было вкуснее и стоило в 2 раза дешевле.

Entree is mooi en de welness center ook. Maar de rest van het gebouw ontzettend vies. Kamers vies, gaten in het gordijn, hoofdbord van het bed vol met vlekken. Heb er uitslag over gehouden Het ontbijt is redelijk maar absoluut niet Rixos waardig, ik heb in meerdere Rixos’en overnacht maar dit was geen 5 sterren waard. Hooguit 2/3 ster

Спасибо сотруднику Толганай за гостеприимство, и отличный русский язык. Будем выбирать данный отель в следующий раз при прилете! 💕

We had spacious room with huge comfortable bed and nicely decorated bathroom. We also enjoyed breakfasts on the top floor with city panoramic views. Staff is very welcoming and helping, - they helped us to get a table in one of the restraurants in the city. The hotel itself is very well located to the main streets (Istiklal, Galata tower, etc.), and it takes around 30-40 min to walk to the old part of the city. Room misses standalone mirror , bathroom light is a bit weak

При регистрации заезда, Мария, очень любезная и приятная девушка, повысила нам категорию номера, очень ей благодарны, номер был с великолепным видом на Босфор. Чистота выше всяких похвал, номер красивый и просторный. Завтрак на террасе с панорамным видом также очень хорош. Приятным сюрпризом каждый вечер была шоколадка бренда Godiva на подушке, очень мило! У отеля есть уютный дворик с кафешкой и красивой часовней прямо в нем. Все было просто замечательно, надеемся вернуться снова в этот полюбившийся нам отель. Такого нет

• Hristo (1/5): Disappointed - The hotel itself including the staff was very good We had a situation with our car that made us give this negative feedback. We chose and option to valet our car, that cost it us 30 eur per day. When we checked out last day car was parked infront of the hotel. 3 min after we left we found out our tire is flat. We stopped and called the hotel to ask for help considering the car was in their hands until a few minutes ago. They said that they will not take responsibility and that the problem is ours. Promissed to call someone to come and fix it, but on our expence. Nobody called us for 2 hours and we finally found somebody else on our own. 250 euro and 5 hours later we were on our way. This is how fantastic vacation and a great expirience with this hotel was ruined for us. Very disappointed from the managment. We have been in many places aroumd the world and this would be handled a different way. Just because of this we will never return to this hotel.

Персонал очень странно себя ведет для 5-звездочного отеля: в первый день клининг менеджер со своим руководителем остановил нас в коридоре и потребовали написать отзыв на картах, на завтраке просто забыли о нас и свой омлет мы выспрашивали более 30 минут, вечером нам просто постучали и ждали, пока мы откроем двери, чтобы дать шоколадки (шоколадки приятно, но беспокоить гостя из-за этого странно), каждую уборку забирали халаты и приходилось звонить и просить вернуть.
