• 福嶋 (4/5): 値段で我慢。 - あまりに他のホテルが高すぎてこのホテルを選択。 値段相応といえばそうなのかもしれないがインバウンドによる都内ホテルが高すぎ！　円安の影響もその一端。 もうインバウンド重視の政策を改めて欲しい。 清潔感に欠ける。

• mohammed abdou (7/5): - The room was nice, small but cant complain, you get what you pay, the hotel and the room we're clean and the service was amazing they guide on everything you need to know. What i didn't like is just the smell, you gotta get used to it, other than that everything was good.

• Alberto» (8/5): Good place to stay in Tokyo - The hotel is in a quiet part of Tokyo, close to Minami-Senju station. The room was small, but it was perfectly fine for me. Sensoji Temple is approximately a 30-minute walk from the hotel.

• DAEHO (7/5): 가격 생각하면 나쁘지않아욤 - 1. 직원 부족하지도, 넘치지도 않는 비즈니스적인 친절함. (욕 아님) 2. 저렴한 가격의 개인실 3. 시설자체는 관리가 잘 되고있는듯함 시설 : 캐리어 맡아줌, 건조기4, 세탁기4, 층별 공용 샤워공간, 층별 공용 목욕탕(사용은 1명씩), 층별 공용 해우소, 1층 공용공간에 맥주자판기 및 음료 자판기 다수 1. 침구류가 누렇다. 안빨아서라기보단 오래되서 누래진것같음.. 냄새나 이런 이슈는 없었는데 너무나 누렇다.. 2. 설명하기 애매한데 무섭다. 2인 이상이면 괜찮을거같긴한데... 이 느낌은 묵어보면 알듯..? 뭔가 복도에 나오면 오싹한 기분이 든달까?... 3. 주변에 암것도 없음. 만약 주변에서 뭔가를 하고싶다면, 호텔 주변이 아닌, 미나미센주역 기준 북쪽으로 가면 그래도 좀 갈만한 음식점 같은거 있어요

• ZHIHAO ZHANG (10/5): - 飯店附近有超市、7-11、Lawson買東西很方便， 因為我住2天之後要去其他地方旅遊之後還會回來住， 所以把行李箱寄放在飯店， 一天只要200日圓超便宜的

• Leizel (5/5): - Very tight room but clean, organized and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Location on the other hand is far from the closest train station. About 1.5 km walk to train station if you’re going to major tourist spots ie Shibuya, Disneyland, skytree, Asakusa, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Ginza Divercity etc. I wouldn’t recommend for a family travelling with toddler though. I tried to used the map locator prior to booking but seems misleading. Sinks in all shared washroom is clogged during our stay. Also, hallways, washroom is not heated. Hotel is outdated and needs work to be done.

• Jessica Andrea (10/5): Nuovo punto di appoggio a Tokyo - Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione comoda, vicino a mini market, fermate bus e metro. Offrono anche una zona di lavanderia e piccolo cucinino in comune dove trovare sempre acqua calda, c’è anche un distributore di snack e bevande. La stanza aveva odore di “chiuso”. Io sono stata poco, quindi non è stato un grosso problema.

• Aaron (4/5): Horrendous beds make this an impossible reccomendation - Location was overall convenient as nearest station was a 10 minute walk and had convenient transfers to main locations from there. Hotel does clean common areas on a daily basis, and rooms were clean, so no issues there. The beds provided are horrible. They are the absolute thinnest futons I saw in my entire 4 week stay in Japan. To make it worse, this futon was in a wooden frame instead of a tatami mat, meaning that it provided even less body support than it should. We asked hotel staff if they had additional layers or some cushion to add to the futons, to which they said "Sorry, that's how it is". We had to waste part of our vacation time to get mattress toppers so that the beds were usable, the one night we did not use them we did not feel rested at all even after sleeping 8 hours. If you ever have an insufferably tough bed, do yourself a favor and go to a MUGI store to buy a mattress topper, they saved our stay in Tokyo. Also, the beds have very tiny pillows that are not regular pillows as they have to use a cover that provides more head support. Meaning, the hotel cannot even be bothered to provide a default comfortable pillow. Additionally, the laundry room has the most inconvenient usage hours: 8am to 11pm. Anyone who is traveling normally wants to use the washing machines outside of those times because that is when you are actually in the hotel, adhering to the schedule given makes you waste prime vacation time. The room being super small was expected, but not even having proper beds is insulting, I understand that the pricing is lower than other places because it does not offer nicer amenities, but not even having a proper bed is a joke, sleeping on a random couch would have been a lot more comfortable. I stayed in hostels with a similar footprint and price range in Kyoto, and even in Tokyo for the first night we arrive at, and they were many times more comfortable and convenient.

• Kohei (10/5): 自分が探していたホテルをやっと見つけた感じ。 - 安いので少し不安だったが、隅々まで手入れが行き届いていて気持ちよかった。無駄なものがなく必要なものは全てあるのでシステム・管理体制が洗練されていると感じた。結局旅行や出張で泊まるのなら寝るスペースさえあればいいのでこれがベストだと思った。トイレ、バスルームは共用だが、こまめに手入れされていて１部屋に無理やりねじ込んでいない分、普通のホテルよりも広くて使いやすい。今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番気に入った。

• Keita (9/5): コスパも快適さもあり。 - フロント、清掃員、全員がとても親切。 バスルームやトイレの共用部も含めて、綺麗に維持されている。 帰りに気づいて使っていないけど、Wi-Fiもあり。 南千住駅と駅から近い。 個人的にはなかった。 ただ部屋によってだと思うけど、壁紙の剥がれとか気になる人は気にするかもしれない。あと広々と使いたい人とか。

• Wang (10/5): 距離南千住地鐵跟JR站步行約5分鐘，對面也有超市，生活機能完善，周遭屬於住宅區因此夜間很安靜，公共空間也維持的很乾淨，整體而言CP值很高 - 公共空間維持的很乾淨
• k (8/5): 良かった - コスパも良く、スタッフさんの感じが良かったです。安いホテルはタオルがゴワゴワしてることが多いけれど、バスタオルがとてもフワフワだったので驚きました。風呂トイレ共用でしたが女性専用フロアだったので安心して使用できました。 特になし。このお値段で宿泊できるなら十分だと思います。

• 柔彤 (9/5): - 價格來說CP 值真的高，其實距離車站也不至於太遠，也不需要走進小巷子，他的位置就在大馬路旁，對面甚至有超市，周遭也有Lawson 、小7，除非要拉著行李箱才會比較累。 櫃檯人員很詳細地介紹入住，可以寄放行李，語言上日英都可以通，一樓有廚房空間可使用，而且有電梯非常加分，住了幾天每天早上都會遇到阿姨在打掃公共空間，甚至地板也會吸，在清潔的部分真的很令人放心；雖然是共用衛浴，但也有乾濕分離，在公共空間上蠻滿意的。 房間可以攤開行李箱，也有自己的小冰箱、衣櫃，很基本的該有的都有。 床真的還蠻硬的，枕頭小小的很像阿媽家的枕頭
