- Adrian (9/5): - Good facilities, nice big room (mini suite) bed, sofa and table. Vincenzo met us on arrival and we very friendly and helpful. Nothing about the property! Knowing what we do now it is location vs budget but still only about 10- 15 mins from the colleseum.

- Muhammed Enes (9/5): Sehr gastfreundlicher Aufenthalt mit top Kundenservice! Grazie mille Vincenzo! - Vincenzo ist sehr gastfreundlich und bietet einen tollen Service. Jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer sauber gemacht. Als ein größeres Zimmer frei wurde hat er uns diesen angeboten. Er hat unsere Koffer bei Anreise hochtransportiert und bei Abreise wieder runtertransportiert. Sowohl bei der Anreise als auch bei der Abreise wurden uns zwei kleine Wasser angeboten. /

- Jakub (7/5): - Komunikácia a ústretovosť nášho hostiteľa Vincenza bola perfektná. Ubytovanie ma perfektnú lokalitu, v blízkosti je hneď hlavná stanica Termini, metro zastávka, kopec kaviarni či reštaurácii. Do Colossea je to taktiež pár minút cesty pešo. Vybavenie izby bolo taktiež dobre, nechýbalo nám nič, dokonca nám boli menené uteráky počas tych troch dni čo sme boli ubytovaný. Izba bola trochu staršia a špinavá. Hodilo by sa vymeniť pár veci a nejaký nábytok, taktiež poriadne poupratovať.

Din păcate curățenia in apartament nu a fost foarte bună, în baie, unul din pereții dusului era plin cu pete mici de mucegai. Pozele din descrierea locatiei sunt puțin înșelătoare pentru ca îți creează impresia ca e un apartament mai mare, spațios, când defapt sunt 3 camere separate, fiecare cu baia proprie, și toate având un hol comun, unde din păcate gălăgia se auzea câteodată destul de tare de la celelalte persoane cazate acolo.

Dodatkowo gospodarz był niezwykle miły, pomocny i zadbał o to, abyśmy czuli się jak najlepiej. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie!

- Kevin (9/5): 房東人很好，入住時親自來門口等我們，退房還讓我們寄放行李。 - 最晚可以23:30入住，可以寄放行李，離火車站近，從客運站下車，拖行李到民宿約5分鐘路程。 離羅馬生乳包老店Regoli Pasticceria很近，每天早上都走去Regoli Pasticceria吃早餐。 離地鐵Vittorio Emanuele站也不遠。 住宿期間，一人臉部過敏。

Ние останахме много доволни също и от отношението на Винценцо, изчака да ни настани ,въпреки че беше късно вечерта. Стаята беше уютна и много приятна. Препоръчвам!!

- Klaudia (10/5): Miejsce godne polecenia! - Nocleg jest bardzo blisko dworca, więc łatwo dostać się z lotniska. Raptem kilka minut pieszo z przystanku autobusowego. Shahin jest bardzo pomocny, przygotował dla nas drugie łóżko (podróżowałam z przyjaciółką). Był z nim łatwy i szybki kontakt, miło jest móc zapytać miejscowego o wskazówki. Pokój bardzo ładny, spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Pieszo można dojść do wszystkich atrakcji w Rzymie. Niedaleko sklep i dobre restauracje. Polecam :) Jeśli ktoś z mieszkańców nie zamknie dobrze drzwi windy to się zatnie i trzeba wejść po schodach.

- Marc (9/5): Great place to stay in Rome! - Shahin was an extremely kind host. The location is fantastic, close to the station and in 15 min walking distance from colosseum. There are also many reasonably priced / quality restaurants around the corner who stay open till late or offer breakfast. And supermarket is nearby. The room is good for a few nights with just decent space/storage. A small refrigerator, and a/c - heating ensures right temperature. It's really quiet in the room. Lastly, we actually enjoyed the old elevator, added to the charm. The floor of the bathroom got a bit wet from shower. Nothing dramatic though

- Dale (9/5): Great room near the train station - It was a great location. It was a short walk from the train station and sights. Shanin was incredible. He met me when I arrived early and allowed me to store my bags. It gets a shout out for the bidget too. It had a lot of air fresheners and I have allergies.

The owner was really nice, explained us everything we needed to know, even showed us what to find where on a map, and gave suggestions for shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious enough for a couple of nights. The bed was not too comfortable, and it might warrant a change. The toilet seat was not fitting to the toilet, and some parts of the porcelain were showing and touching with the skin.

Santa Maria Maggiore à 5 minutes à pieds et avec un resto top presqu' en face. La chambre est fonctionnelle et sécurisée. Changement du linge de bain tous les deux jours. Rapport qualité-prix excellent. La décoration de la chambre pourrait être un peu plus joyeuse éventuellement. Mais c'est fonctionnel.

No noise at night and slept well. Kettle and fridge in room. Very close to many attractions and train station. Able to leave luggage for a few hours on day we left. Water in shower warm but not as hot as we would like.

Шахін дуже ввічливий і уважний — допомог під час поселення та відповів на всі запитання. Усе повністю відповідає опису, сервіс на високому рівні. Окремо хочу відзначити зручне розташування — район дуже безпечний, буквально за п’ять хвилин від вокзалу Терміни, можна спокійно гуляти навіть уночі. Поруч гарна транспортна розв’язка — усе необхідне в межах двох кілометрів пішої доступності. Чудове місце, із задоволенням зупинюся тут ще раз! Рекомендую.

- Liliane (7/5): vriendelijke ontvangst en de behulpzaamheid maar het gebouw (inkom) was oud en verwaarloosd, - de vriendelijkheid van de host en de behulpzaamheid, ook de rust De voorstelling is mooier dan de werkelijkheid, het is geen 4 sterrenkamer en heel het gedoe om binnen te geraken, die zeer oude lift te nemen bezorgde ons stress, het is geen locatie voor oudere mensen zoals wij. een vieze bruine rand onderaan de douche was voor een locatie van 2 sterren....de vloer had ook een stevige beurt nodig.....
