Linge de lit propre. Loin du centre si vous comptez vous balader à pied.

El nuestro era pequeñito pero muy ordenado, y por la velux se ve el campanario de Santa María dell’Orto. Está al lado de una parada de vaporetto, y a 30 minutos paseando de San Marcos, El único defecto que puedo poner es que las camas son blandas para mi gusto. Todo lo demás es bien.

• Mathilde (9/5): - Le logement est moderne, spacieux, équipé de 2 salle de bains. Il est situé a proximité directe du vaporetto et de la navette pour l'aéroport ce qui est un vrai plus. Le quartier était calme sans l'agitation de la ville mais en restant à proximité des lieux d'intérêts. Le logement propose un service de bagagerie ce qui est vraiment pratique pour visiter la ville sans s'encombrer des bagages. C'est une bonne adresse que nous garderons pour d'autres séjours sur Venise ! -L'isolation légère surtout s'il y a une famille avec enfants à côté - Il faudrait mettre du liquide vaisselle et du sopalin ou un autre chiffon dans la cuisine (surtout pour des séjours de plus de 2 jours).

• Christian (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft in einem tollen Stadtteil - gerne wieder. - Wirklich tolle Lage und sehr ruhig. Gute Klimaanlage, Fenster konnten geschlossen bleiben, somit blieben die Mücken draussen. Gute Anleitung zum Finden der Unterkunft. Küche für Frühstück ok - mehr braucht man in Venedig nicht. Auch Tipps für Einkaufen und Gastronomie - danke dafür. Eines der Betten ist ein Schlafsofa, darauf zu schlafen ist fast nicht möglich und geht nur mit dem Kopf zum Fußende und maximal mit einer erwachsenen Person.

• Ana Maria (9/5): - La ubicación está muy bien, en un barrio tranquilo. Las instalaciones están muy bien, y está limpio. Menaje suficiente en la cocina. Bárbara, que nos estuvo atendiendo allí, es muy simpática. Todo estuvo perfecto. Eso sí, hay que tener en cuenta que es un alojamiento con varias alturas y techos/suelos de madera, con lo que pueden escucharse los ruidos de la planta superior si estás alojado en planta baja. Dicho sea que nosotros no tuvimos problemas de molestias de ruido pese a estar en planta baja.

• Patino (10/5): It was great - The property was easy to access as it was located 1 minute walk from the water taxi stop. It was a very clean apartment, nicely decorated. It offered everything for a comfortable stay. We were able to wash our clothes in the washing machine and dry them on the clothes drying rack. It had a coffee machine and offered the basic supplies as coffee, sugar, oil etc. Quiet and calm neighbourhood, close to restaurants.

It had a queen bed and a pullout couch. Also, the ac didn't work and it was boiling hot in the loft. Super uncomfortable and we had to sleep with frozen wet towels to fall asleep.

It is so easy to use the water taxi and coming and going is a breeze! The beautiful outdoor space is winsome and welcoming. The indoor space is more spacious than the pictures! Nothing about the pictures lies. The hosts are super communicative and helpful with anything you may need or face! The extra gift of being able to leave your bags is fantastic. It is a quiet quaint neighborhood with quick access to EVERYTHING you could want! We are a family of four and fit perfectly! The shower was amazing! And there is a bath! Oh and it is clean! Totally spotless for those moms out there who want to know!
• Teunis (9/5): Lovely hidden gem in a wonderful neighborhood - A wonderful hidden gem right behind the Madonna dell'Orte. Literally 50 feet from the vaporetto stop which makes it easy to reach every destination in and around Venice. Cannaregio is one of the quitest neighbourhoods in Venice with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host is very helpful and responds to questions quickly. The appartement itself (we stayed in Rosso) was light and spacious and had everything we wanted (airco, washing machine, dishwasher, two bathrooms etc.) If you are looking for a place somewhat outside the busiest areas of Venice, this is it! The bed was somewhat short, but that's something I (6'5") am used to. The mattress was very good though.

The location was also great and walkable to all of downtown Venice! We would stay here again. The location is great. It is a 20-25 minute walk to the main attractions. This felt like a win to us to have a slightly more affordable place to stay!

The accommodation was wonderful and spacious, had everything one might need. Some furniture were somewhat "used" but I assume Venice's high humidity is to blame.

• Lidia (10/5): Perfect location for families. - I don’t think it’s easy to find such a great location in Venice. We had 3 appartements, there was a nice garden, each appartement had a terrace and there was also a covered terrace which was perfect for our rainy evenings. The appartments were very well equipped with everything, comfortable beds. The location is very close to vaporetto station (maybe 50m) and it is located in a very calm area, close by there are many local restaurants, calm atmosphere so if you want to avoid the crowded restaurants/bars and streets, there you have what you want. Nothing we didn’t like. We really recommend it!!!!

• Dana (9/5): Loved it! - It was very charming and spacious. Perfect proximity to the transport. Like twenty steps. And Barbara was the best! Also coffee machine is a huge plus’s for me A little dark and bed was positioned in a weird way.
• Christine (9/5): Perfect apartment in Cannaregio with a garden - Proximity to the boat station Madonna dell Orto. Nice welcome. Dining space outside. Love the Cannaregio district. Spacious apartment, the garden is great. Nothing to complain about.
• Fabio (10/5): Calm, spacious and green oasis in busy Venice - Great hotel close to the Vaporetto station. Very nice garden with a lot of space, calm neighborhood with good restaurants at a canal near. Very nice owners, very uncomplicated. The garden is shared with all three apartments but we had it all to ourselfs during our stay. Some beds were not as comfortable (additonal beds). The condition of the apartment and all electronic devices is very good, only the shower has shown some leakage but it worked fine. The hotel is at the edge of venice and about 15 mins from Rialto and about 30 min. from San Marco Palace by foot (nothing negative here, just something to know as a guest).
• Alexander (9/5): Enjoyed our stay. Recommend this place. - Nice quiet location (about 25-30 min walk from main station). It’s all open space 2 floors apartment, no actual rooms; so if you need to have a room with the doors for some privacy (for work for example), the only place to go is the bathroom. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind.
