- Barbara (10/5): Excellent Stay - We enjoyed staying at this hotel while exploring the gorgeous surrounding area. The staff was helpful, breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again. Nothing
- Orvin (9/5): -
- Fiona (9/5): Good value for money in El Chalten. - The staff were super nice and helpful. The location was good. I think, for a hotel in El Chalten, it is of good standard as so many of the visitors are younger and more back packer types. A wee bit dated and tired but was clean and had all the basics required.
- Gustavo (8/5): -
- Neil (8/5): Great place to put your head down at night and explore during the day. - Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed place to stay. Nothing.
- Tony (10/5): excellent !! - lovely staff , great restaurant and perfect location
- mary (10/5): The staff had great suggestions what to do. So super nice and helpful. - Super friendly and helpful. Nothing

- Yana (10/5): Fantastic stay - Everything! Location, staff, facilities, cleanliness Nothing . Everything was great
- Moura (8/5): -
- Jon (7/5): Correcto, nada especial.
- Sophie (9/5): Great value for money and comfortable stay. - Great hotel with everything we needed including laundry service and a good breakfast. The bed was large and comfortable and shower had good pressure. The breakfast started at 6.30 which was great for early hikes. The staff were lovely and spoke great English. Florencia was especially helpful and gave us advice on hikes and the weather conditions. No fridge in the room. Lighting was harsh, softer lighting would have been nicer in the room.

- Andrew (7/5): - Great location. Staff were awesome. The walls are paper thin and we could literally hear normal conversation of our neighbours.
- Wunphen (8/5): Friendly and helpful staff - Friendly and very helpful staff, very good location near restaurants and grocery store. None
- Lourdes (10/5): Comodidad, buena ubicación y calidez - Excelente lugar.
Personale disponibile e simpatico

- Camilla (8/5): I love the breakfast and the morning coffee. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Beds were a bit firm and our room was ve - Staff was wonderful There were not enough places to hang your towel in the bathroom
- TRINNAKATE (10/5): Good location, helpful staff, good for trekking - The hotel is a very good location. You'll find many good restaurants that you can walk to around 5-10 minutes, supermarkets, clothing and trekking gear shops, and souvenir stores. The staff were very nice and helpful. You also can start trekking near the hotel. I think it was a wonderful and comfortable stay for trekking visitors.
- Derek (9/5): Super convenient location to all the hiking with great staff and environment. - Very good location and friendly staff.

- Quanhong (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Michal (7/5): Ok traveling hotel - This room are very basic, not even a TV. A bit shabby ,
The hotel’s dinner restaurant is the best in town, with reasonable prices. The shabbiness of the room
- Philippa (10/5): A memorable stay in an exceptionally friendly hotel. - The room was very comfortable for two friends traveling together. We each had our own nightstand and there were two luggage racks. Most hotels don’t offer that. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave great advice about which hikes to do when, which really made a difference to our short trip. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, so after the long Laguna Torre trek we were able to eat there which was very convenient … and the food was good. Loved everything!
- Ayache (9/5): Superb - People very kindly and positive The breakfast was ok
But no more
The view from the room...just a walll
- Patrick (7/5): Good - Location is good
friendly and very helpful staff Walls are too thin and could hear loud snoring from next room all night
- Katerina (7/5): Good - The hotel was in a perfect location, easy access to hiking trails. Staff was very kind. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The shower was quite dirty, with mildew on the tile. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated frequently, turning from scalding hot to cold in a matter of seconds. The room was very hot, no fan or air conditioning - just had to open the window overnight. Breakfast was lacking options. We also had to return our key to the desk every time we left the property, which we found odd.
The other odd thing was these pictures in the hallway of people wearing bunny masks. Reminiscent of a horror movie.
I think the cost of the hotel is too high for what is offered.
- 731bethn (10/5): Fantastic and thoughtful staff, comfy beds - The hotel has everything you need - great access to the trails, comfortable bed and warm shower. The staff are great, very friendly and have excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The staff were so nice that I mentioned it was my birthday when we checked in and so would like a reservation for a restaurant - they gave me recommendations and also brought me a birthday cake which was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend.
- Morag (7/5): Suited us well for one night - The location is ideal for the main walks and restaurants in el chalten A bit dated. Breakfast choice was limited.
- Florencia (4/5): Too expensive for what it was. We paid almost US$200 a night and the room had spiderwebs everywhere and it did not smell - The service was amazing, really helpful and nice. It was dirty. The room was full of spiderwebs, and there was an awful smell o sewage. Also the shower didn’t drain and the bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived.
The cover where matted and looked really old.
- Shuai (10/5): No complaints. Good as expected. -
- Aparna (9/5): Superb -
- Naiara (10/5): Nice family hotel - great room & breakfast
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Adelaide (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (10/5): - Restaurant food was excellent and staff service was superb!
- laurie (8/5): - Nice beds but hotel room not very clean. Staff was great and breakfast was ok.
- E.campbell (9/5): Amazing staff and great hotel - The staff were exceptional. Always willing to help and greet you with a smile. Good location and very neat little hotel.
- Afnan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frances (8/5): A good hotel with excellent staff. - Really friendly helpful staff. We had lots of laughs with them, practising our Spanish.
Comfortable bed; nice bar area. Breakfast was a little bit of a disappointment. Not particularly healthy cereals and little choice of cooked breakfast to set you up for a good hike.
- Juliette (10/5): - Conveniently located in town, can easily walk to restaurants & hiking trails. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a triple room, basic accommodation. Chill vibe in the lobby/bar area
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hans (7/5): Price- quality was not good - The staff The price comparing to the quality of the room was not good. The price of a small lunch box was also overpricedw
- Conerik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ted (8/5): - Very friendly staff. Amazing scenery in the area.
- MimiFan926 (8/5): Nice basic accommodations - Nice basic hotel in El Chalten. Huge common room that had a lot of seating. Wifi was okay. No fitness center. Breakfast was fine, the usual buffet spread. We did not try eating at the restaurant otherwise. Can definitely hear noise in the hallways.
- Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location and nice staff ! Nothing
- Jenni (9/5): Clean, comfortable, great staff! - Friendly staff, nice bar, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, good hot shower with water pressure! The only thing that was lacking was breakfast. It was disappointing. Especially considering many people are hiking early in the morning, a better breakfast would go a long way! The eggs were runny and the selection was just lacking.
- Clint (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (10/5): - Staff were very responsive and very very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for better staff. Breakfast was basic. Inexpensive bar in the lobby. They had a water refill. Room was good, bed a little hard for my taste. Even with the crazy winds, the place didn’t shake which is impressive!
- EveAS (10/5): Quaint, intimate and friendly - We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a few blocks from restaurants and shops, so quiet and peaceful. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk and during breakfast. Room clean and spacious. The staff was enthusiastic and available for assistance and recommendations. Highly recommended!
- Janice (5/5): Passable -
- Naama (10/5): Would come back and recommend to others. - The front desk staff was outstandingly helpful. They gave us a valuable advice for a short first-day hike (in the rain and fog), helped us with our next reservation, and in general were extremely nice and friendly. We came back after a challenging hike in the mountain to our spacious, warm and comfortable room, it was great. The restaurant was less than great.
- Jeff (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlotte (9/5): Recommend for a quick stay in El Chalten! - Well located in El Chalten! Staff speak well english and provided insightful recommendations on restaurants and trails. Good shower and breakfast was also decent. Breakfast started at 6:30am which was perfect for early hiking Room wasn't super clean and room was a bit old
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
- Alejandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vigorish93 (4/5): Would not recomment - The hotel is just off the main street
It is a basic/spartan hotel in need of upkeep and overhaul most : doors and walls are flimsy, so you can eavesdrop on the conversation in neighboring rooms, there is no elevator etc
Our room on the first floor had the window facing a wall 2 meters away and the electric plugs detached from the wall. Bathroom fixtures were mismatched and ill fitting, the tub had multiple dents that damaged the enamel , the door did not close etc
Food was ok at breakfast, not good in the evening (salad was ok, the trout was well past its prime and overcooked)
Drinks at the bar are not particularly commendable
Staff is nonetheless helpful
- Eleanor (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandre (10/5): El Chalten - famous touristic village, wonderful vicinity to the mountains! - Good opportunity to stay in this famous town but wonderful vicinity to the mountains! Great friendly staff! Sorry to stay so short time! Prices! all is expansive in this town in high season time!
- Gauthier (8/5): Very good - The breakfast buffet was good. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. There is no fan or air conditioning in the rooms as a result our room on the second floor (even with the window wide open) was extremely hot.
- Mxie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kamolwan (8/5): Very good - Lovastion Breakfast is bad.WiFi is very weak.
- Boon (8/5): Ideal for a short stay - Staff were friendly and helpful. They speak good English so I didn’t have any issue communication with them (I am a non-Spanish speaker). Location is decent. There’s a supermarket close to the hotel so it was easy for me to get some necessities. Breakfast choices were limited but generally acceptable. WiFi is almost non-existent but I think that’s more of an issue of El Chalten rather than hotel-specific.
- Chen (9/5): Superb -
- Madmam6 (10/5): Fantastic stay - I would recommend this hotel without reservation. Cleanliness, helpful and accommodating staff, and ideal location all describe our experience! Our rooms were tidied each day and the breakfast service was a pleasure. We enjoyed the box lunch for our hike as well! If we had the good fortune to return to this beautiful town we would certainly stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!
- Benedikt (7/5): Good -
- U4369BPsharonm (10/5): Great staff and location! - Great staff who explained the trails to you. Warm, friendly and helpful. Shout out to mateo and Camilla. Clean rooms, good location and great front lobby to sit and drink and share your trail stories. Warm and inviting! Good breakfast. Spent 3 nights.
- John (9/5): Great location in a cool little town. - Very convenient location in town. Excellent staff. We couldn’t say enough nice things about them. A special shout out to Mateo and Valeriya. Our room was very large and comfortable, although furnishings were basic. A very comfortable common area in the lobby. we would highly recommend to anyone traveling to El Chalten. Cleanliness was less than desirable. A deep clean is very necessary. The shower in particular had accumulated a layer of scum on the walls.
- Oi (10/5): Wonderful stay - Staff are friendly, nice. The hotel is near Main Street, you can find stores and restaurants easily. Room is clean, and good hot shower, it is so important when u finished the hiking. They provide breakfast, so you can have food before hiking. They also provide lunch box and laundry service, wonderful. None
