• Tunco (3/5): - - Das Zimmer war leider dreckig und teilweise schimmelig. Auch das Personal wirkte an diesem Tag unmotiviert und desinteressiert. Da ich Frühstück inklusive hatte, aber vor der Frühstückszeit abreisen musste, fragte ich nach einem Mitnahmepaket. Dieses bestand lediglich aus zwei Flaschen Wasser, einem trockenen Brötchen ohne Belag und einem Apfel. Insgesamt sehr schwach und enttäuschend.

Уборка номера...при заселении весь пол был усыпан волосами...подошли на ресепшен сказали об этом...результат "ноль"... В душевой кабине слив не работал должным образом...за 2 мин.вода была по щиколодку, что доставляло дискомфорт и уходила полностью только в течении 10 мин.

• Monika (7/5): Alright for a short stay - Very helpful staff! I could hear very loud music at night in my room and staff assisted me very quickly and found a different room. Clean sheets and towels, quite comfortable bed, daily cleaning Even if the superficial cleaning was okay (clean sheets and towels), the hotel could use a deep cleaning - it seems it hasn't been properly cleaned in years. Dirty elevator and doors, moldy shower, chairs with cigarette marks on them - there is definitely room improvement. Plus the AC did not really work after I changed the room

• Dostonjon (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is ready to help. You can call and ask if you need an iron or other stuff. Breakfast is really delicious. Chief Murat Yusel is really kind and helpful! Room is cleaned and ready every morning alongside refreshments. There is bus station from which you can go to Kadikoy or other destinations.

There was an afternoon receptionist who was wearing glasses, he was amazing and extremely helpful. The guy that worked late afternoon to evening behind the bar was very helpful too. The woman that cleaned the room every day was so sweet and so hardworking. The two older guys at breakfast were grumpy, a bit rude and not very accommodating. The seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Maybe a bigger choice of bfast items as it was quite limited.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpet was stained in several places and even though I request a non smoking room, the room smelled like someone smoke there previously. I know that in Turkey everybody smokes anywhere, and new rules of no smoking in restaurants or closed places sometimes are not enforced like in Europe or US. But it would be nice that they enforce that rule at least in the hotels.
