• Katalin (9/5): - A szoba és a hozza tartozó fürdő makulátlanul tiszta, a reggeli egyszerű de bőséges. A check-in nagyon egyszerűen ment, a személyzet segítőkész. A szoba felszerelése minimál, városnézéshez pont elég (vízforraló tea kávé tej). Alapvetően a hotel nagyon jó helyen van, busz metró es vonat is megy a közelben, a belváros könnyen elérhető. A közelben boltok és éttermek is találhatók. A Heathrowra leszálló gépek a hotel felett már egész alacsonyan mennek el, számomra picit zavaró volt. Erről a hotel nyilván nem tehet.

• Gisela (8/5): Férias a Londres - Eu gostei muito do fato de ser bem localizado com os ônibus (tem uma parada na porta do hotel), com o metrô (do outro lado da ponte, são 10 min caminhando) e de ter uma grande variedade de negócios alimentares ao redor. Hotel limpo pros parâmetros de Londres, café da manhã simples mas com tudo que precisamos. Staff gentil e me permitiram deixar as malas na recepção mesmo depois do check-out. Recomendo. P.s.: chuveiro muito bom e água quentíssima. Nada.

• Johnny (8/5): Pleasant, just no hot brekfast available. - Rooms were excellent Breakfast needs to be improved. No hot menu was available during our stay. We were went out fro breakfast on the last day as there was still no hot food available.
• Sarah (3/5): Badly staffed, wildly overpriced, wouldn't recommend. - The beds were comfortable an the room was clean. The Whatsapp app is a bot that does not respond based on reality, so despite having early check-in confirmed, and a payment link sent to me, there was no check-in available at arrival. Staff were helpful but very grumpy and disinterested in their guests. Furthermore as there are very little staff at the hotel, and no rules for quiet hours or conduct, there was a group screaming, fighting and slamming doors the entire night, so no sleep was had. Hotel has good bones, but is poorly managed and run which makes the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Would not recommend.

• Ferne (9/5): Great location, absolutely spotless room with comfy bed and everything I needed for an overnight stay. - Great location easy walking distance to shops and food outlets and place of work. Check in via my phone did not work as it would not let me select or search UK as country. Had to check in at the hotel via the on street screen which was super easy with big screen and large text but also felt this was a little unsafe as someone could watch you entering personal data.

• Eleen (10/5): Nice clean hotel at Putney. - The room was sparkling clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good even though it iwas same during my stays. Location is at Putney. If you want to go to Harrods, you will need approx 40 minutes by bus.

• Susan (8/5): The mk hotel is our home away from home in London. - This is our 4th time staying at the mk hotel London. It feels like coming home. Our son lives down the road and we love staying close to him. The mk hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and modern for London hotel rooms and the staff are always very accommodating. A good breakfast is included which makes the price reasonable. We look forward to our 5th stay sometime in the not too distant future.

But not a major problem.

Posizione comodissima, struttura pulita e accogliente, staff gentile e sempre disponibile - La stanza super accogliente, spaziosa, materasso molto comodo, e non scontato la presenza di uno specchio verticale in stanza e di un phone con la presa, non di quelli al muro che non buttano per niente l’aria! Nulla in particolare, forse staff non troppo cordiale e la colazione poca scelta

• JED (8/5): good value with a few points for the hotel to consider, will stay again. - room clean and plenty of space for a single business traveller. Bed was comfortable good mattress. plenty of pilows. plenty of towels available. Included breakfast was good. soundproofing against very busy road outside was ok The hotel is rather bland, plain everything, no character in common areas or bedrooms. I felt a bit like a resident in a care home. Fire doors were hard to push but are necessary, however on returning to my room after work one day the fire doors were wedged open which s a bit of a worry. The external check in screen affords no privacy. The hotel wants a lot of private info to be entered which is easily visible to anyone nearby when checking in. It would be quite intimidating for anyone, particularly a lone female traveller. The hotel should consider the risks this presents as it is technically a breach of GDPR. Staff hard to locate out of basic hours. I must be fair that it was good value and I would use again. these comments are offered in a constructive way.

A queen bed for a great night sleep and doesn’t break the bank at all! - I liked how you had everything you could need in a Hotel room that was, for London, incredibly well priced. A big stand out is just greeting a good night sleep in a clean room with great pillows for cheaper than budget hotels! It’s clearly a great hotel! I think I was just confused on the check in process, I should’ve checked my emails to check in online. As checking in on the side of a busy street putting in details feels a little unsafe with how the world is today. But on one hand that’s also my fault for not looking at my emails
