Noi siamo rientrati mezz'oretta attorno alle 13.00 mentre in corridoio c'era il personale delle pulizie che probabilmente stava finendo le adiacenti. Poi non sono ripassati. a sera siamo andati alla hall a chiedere almeno gli asciugamani che ci sono stati dati

• Jennie (6/5): Trevlig personal ok rum vi fick vad Vi betalade för vad gällde rummet. Vi skulle bara stanna en natt - Den färska ananasen var god och salamin men det var det. Det var för lite protein. Äggen var som att de var förbeställda väldigt hårda ägghalvor. Det fanns müsli mm men ingen ren yoghurt/fil. Det fanns bara små yoghurt med smak som var klumpiga. Ingen bra frukost.

Sehr altbackene Ausstattung. Handtücher waren zwar gereinigt aber fleckig. Sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Duschvorhang der unhygienisch.

Although we had a window, it had no view as it looked onto the internal courtyard. This didn’t bother us as we were only in the room to sleep.

Water splashes on the floor so much..! The bathroom towels weren't always changed daily, even though the bed was made.

• CHRISTEL (10/5): Weniger Masse - Gut dass es noch solche traditionellen konservativen Hotels gibt für besonders ältere Gäste. Kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. Dass Malaga so schrecklich überlaufen ist. Das mindert den Reisegenuss und den Spass am Flanieren und Entdecken. Masse ist nicht Klasse.

Vedendo 2 stelle ho pensato che i servizi potessero essere mediocri, invece personale efficiente e pulizia della stanza impeccabile inaspettatamente e per noi era la cosa più importante! La camera un pò piccola soprattutto il letto, ma altre stanze avevano un letto comodo, in effetti dopo la prenotazione era arrivato un messaggio che comunicava che la disponibilità dei letti matrimoniali era soggetta a conferma ma chiedendo info via mail non mi è stato mai risposto, questa unica nota dolente

• Maria-Andreea (10/5): A very good experience - The location was perfect, in the heart of everything, tourist attractions, shops, bus stations, parks. Even though the location is very central, it was suprisingly quiet at night, that certain area isn't that busy. The lady from the reception was also very nice and helpful, she gave me some recommandations about places to eat at, thing to visit etc. Just ask her anything and she'll answer. There'd also a fridge in the room, which is helpful and the space was adequate for a single person. The walls are quite thin, so I was able to hear the neighbours coughing and arguing, nothing too bad tho, it is quiet at night.

• Lisa (10/5): Dit hotel zorgt ervoor dat ik terug wil komen. - Het personeel was erg vriendelijk! De kamer was goed onderhouden en schoon, het bed sliep goed. Ik was het meest blij met de vriendelijke medewerker die me de tip gaf even beneden op adem te komen en de backpack veilig bij hem te bewaren, zodat ik lekker het centrum kon verkennen voordat ik de kamer in kon gaan. Het is misschien een klein gebaar, maar daardoor kwam ik enorm tot rust! Verder vond ik het overigens heerlijk dat je in je kamer echt niet kon horen dat je in een druk centrum zat. Al had ik de ramen wagenwijd open, dan was het er heerlijk rustig. Wat verder ook enorm fijn was, is de locatie: je zit naast het kasteel en de tuinen eromheen. Dit werd een favoriet plekje van mij. Iets minder mensen, veel natuur en zon. Ik kon hier maar tot woensdag blijven. Ik kwam zo enorm tot rust dat ik hier met liefde langer wilde zijn! Wellicht is het wel een idee om iets van een kluis in de kamers te doen.

The room felt quite dark and the furniture was rather tired looking . Breakfast was very basic.. The corridor lights were sometimes slow to come on.

• Victoria (6/5): Ottima posizione, ma pulizia deludente - L’hotel Carlos V si trova in una posizione perfetta, proprio nel cuore di Malaga. A pochi passi dal Museo di Málaga e dalla bellissima Cattedrale, è ideale per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi senza dover prendere mezzi di trasporto. La zona è piena di ristoranti, bar e negozi. La camera aveva tutto il necessario: letto comodo, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi funzionante e un bagno funzionale. Per un soggiorno di qualche notte in centro va più che bene. Purtroppo però ho avuto una bruttissima sorpresa con la pulizia. Ho trovato in bagno un asciugamano da doccia sporco e un lenzuolo con evidenti macchie. È una cosa inaccettabile, soprattutto per un hotel che si presenta come centrale e turistico. Una tale mancanza di igiene rovina completamente l’esperienza. In sintesi: posizione eccellente (9/10), ma la pulizia è stata davvero insufficiente. Mi aspettavo molto di più da un hotel in questa zona.
