- Lucas Manh (10/5): Un vrai cocon tropical à Hoi An ! - L'emplacement de l'établissement dans le old Hoi an avec la proximité des commerces et du marché de nuit et toutes les animations. Vincent, notre hôte, nous a réservé un chaleureux accueil malgré l'annulation malencontreuse de notre réservation et nous a conseillé d'excellentes adresses pour organiser notre séjour ! Tout était parfait !

- Christiane (8/5): Great location right in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi old quarter, close to everything - Location is good, all staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and all the power plugs international.Breakfast was OK Our TV upon arrival had several English and other languages channels but soon after none of the channels worked and couldn’t be fixed.

While I was on the plane, the hotel messaged to say there was a technical problem with the room and that I needed to cancel, but I only received this after landing. Since the booking was marked non-refundable, I didn’t cancel and removed my card details instead. Shortly after, I got a notification saying my booking was cancelled because my card was “invalid” and they couldn’t charge me. This left me having to find accommodation late at night. I reached the Old Quarter around 11pm and struggled to find availability, as most hotels were fully booked. I eventually found a place at 12:30am. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

L hotel sembra un po' scuro e vecchio dall' esterno, certo non è tra i più moderni, ma ci ha stupito per la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale. Anche la colazione semplice ma buona.

Certes ce n’est pas l’hôtel le plus clinquant de la ville, mais la chambre était correctement équipée, suffisamment confortable et le petit-déjeuner correct. - Stephen (8/5): Good friendly staff. In a great spot in Hanoi Old Quarters - I liked the old fashioned dark timber and location in Hanoi Old quarters. The laundry was done efficiently and cost effectively. The staff were friendly and helpful and organised a driver to the airport which was very nice. Only thing that could improve is the shower/bath could do with a renovation but otherwise a good hotel.

- Carioca do Kourou (9/5): Chambre vaste avec terrasse arborée. Quartier vivant, chambre calme. - Petit déjeuner variable selon les jours. Offre selon l'humeur. Mais cela reste correct. Chambre très agréable, vaste et calme. Personnel très serviable. Un havre de paix dans un quartier animé. Proche du vieux quartier et du lac . Je ne peux que conseiller. Le petit déjeuner, un peu plus soigné, oeuf trop cuit, soupe absente. Il en faut peu pour que ce soit parfait

D ailleurs le monsieur à la réception s est montré aussi très accueillant. Résultat: pour mon retour à Hanoï j ai repris une chambre dans cet hôtel. Et il est très très bien situé

- Mary Kate (5/5): Budget friendly clean place for a brief stay - Perfect for our purpose of just a nights sleep before a Halong Bay cruise! Good value for a budget price.The beds are rock hard, yet we slept well. Our rooms were essentially windowless, looking out to internal areas; yet very clean and quiet with everything required for those that want a resting place. Breakfast was simple yet perfectly adequate. I appreciated that staff contacted me to confirm my booking prior to arrival. I was surprised to be asked to pay cash - yet I do understand why this works for a small hotel.

Everything was within walking distance. The hotel was quite disappointing and not very clean. It was overpriced for what it offers. We did not have any housekeeping during the four days of our stay. However, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very basic but did the job.

- Lili (2/5): Rapport qualité prix médiocre - L’emplacement est top Très déçue par ce logement, qui ne correspond absolument pas à son prix ni aux attentes qu’il suscite. Nous avons réservé l’une des chambres les plus chères de tout notre voyage en Asie, pour un résultat franchement insignifiant : aucune fenêtre, une baignoire posée au milieu sans valeur ajoutée, une poussière omniprésente et une forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. Rien d’exceptionnel, bien au contraire. Le service client est particulièrement déplorable : accueil froid, échanges peu agréables, aucun sens de la relation client. Nous avons été réveillés chaque matin dès 8h par la sonnette des femmes de ménage demandant si elles pouvaient nettoyer, puis par les bruits constants dans les couloirs (cris, conversations très fortes, escaliers). L’isolation est inexistante, les murs sont d’une finesse inquiétante. Concernant la blanchisserie : pensant qu’elle était incluse au vu du tarif de la chambre, nous avons payé une première lessive à un prix excessif, facturée en double alors que notre linge avait été lavé ensemble. Après réclamation, on nous a promis une seconde lessive offerte… qui nous a finalement aussi été facturée. Enfin, une aide pour réserver un spectacle de marionnettes nous a été proposée à un tarif près de trois fois supérieur au prix réel. Nous avons annulé. Nous avions déjà payé notre séjour, sinon nous serions partis dès la première nuit. Établissement que je ne recommande absolument pas.

- Andrea (4/5): Scorrettezza nei confronti del cliente - Cordialità della ragazza alla reception. Non ho potuto soggiornare al Lucky 2 hotel visto che poco prima del nostro arrivo ci hanno avvisato tramite messaggio che per problemi che non ho ben capito la nostra stanza era inagibile quindi ci avrebbero trasferito al Lucky 3 a parità di stanza prenotata. Arrivati all’altro hotel ci hanno dato una stanza doppia con letti singoli ( avevamo prenotato la Suite). Il giorno dopo ci hanno spostato in una camera matrimoniale standard. Al check-out ci hanno addebitato il costo della suite prenotata. Inoltre insistentemente hanno chiesto di fare la recensione su Booking, mi hanno sottratto il telefono e l’hanno fatta loro ( ovviamente tutti 10). Dopo essere uscito ho eliminato la recensione non fatta da me. Comportamento scorretto.

- Yuki (4/5): - ロケーションが良い。 ６泊予定していたが、当日ホテルに着くと部屋の水設備不良で宿泊不可と言われ、後半の３泊は可能なので、前半３泊は他ホテルに宿泊してくれと言われた。仕方がなくこちらで他ホテルを探すこととなり週末だったので良いホテルが無く大変だった。水設備は口実でオーバーブッキングな感じで今後このホテル利用は無しです。
