• Simona (3/5): - Lokalita Extremne maly priestor, kde sa nedalo pohnut, najma v kupelni. Chybal aspon uterak na ruky. Izba sa neupratuje, ako v inych hoteloch. Fakturu za ubytovanie nedaju pri prichode ani odchode, co je dolezite, pokial niekto cestuje sluzobne. Check in si robite sami pri prichode na tablete, co sa po dlhsej ceste unavenemu cloveku nechce robit. Celkovo bieda za tie peniaze, no lokalita je dobra

• Enrique M. (8/5): Walking distance to everything. - I love the location because it's walking distance to store and to eye of London and Westminster castle and Big Ben, pretty much close to every thing. Quite and close to everything pretty much walking distance.
• Guillermo Agustin (8/5): Cómoda - Estábamos a 10 minutos caminando del big ben, la zona muy tranquila y el personal muy amable, dejamos nuestros bolsos para que los guarden hasta la hora del check in. La habitación podría ser más grande eso sí por el precio, pero igual era algo que maso menos ya sabíamos. Nos fuimos contentos de ahí, todo muy limpio y tranquilo Reservé una habitación que tenía vista afuera pero había una pared que no me dejaba ver bien, cubría la mitad de la ventana pero el resto todo bien.

• Leila (4/5): Great location but wouldn’t stay again - Good location and very friendly helpful staff We knew it would be small but it was absolutely tiny. Toilet is facing a wall with no space for your legs… the aircon doesn’t seem to work with the controller as it was only blowing cold air straight across the bed, was loud and clunky and fan mode changes(low to high) had no effect. Very high price for what you get. Wouldn’t return.

• Emily (5/5): Not worth the price - The location. There are modern finishings. The staff were on hand to assist with checking in and out to make it as easy as possible. It was very basic for the premium price. I was aware that I booked a windowless room but it has a single bed pushed against the wall which for the price I paid is crazy. It was clean but not very tidy - towels and toilet rolls not presented nicely in the bathroom. The toilet made loud noises all night long. There is not even tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I didn’t like putting all of my personal details in the big screen at the check in desk for the whole queue to see - I found this really odd. DOB, email, full address, etc.. all on a big screen with whoever was behind me to see. It’s unlikely I’d stay here again.

• Ingrid (8/5): comodo, pratico e facile 👍🏻 - Posizione della struttura fantastica e quartiere sicuro, eravamo due ragazze e ci siamo sempre sentite al sicuro anche nello spostarci a piedi dal Big Ben all’hotel perché comunque le strade era ben illuminate e trafficate. struttura buona, abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola e pulito camera 1 volta (giusto e comunque buono), noi ovviamente usavamo la camera solo per dormire e non avevamo quindi la finestra ma si stava comunque bene. bagno piccolo ma con tutto l’indispensabile. staff super cordiale e gentile sempre presente alla hall e a disposizione a qualsiasi ora.

Three comfortable pubs nearby. Adjacent tube station with a lift! Well planned small rooms. Very good value.

• Frayja (8/5): Really convenient and easy. - It was close enough to everything I had planned for my stay. The room had everything I needed. There’s not much room to move around. Everything was quite close together.

• Alan (8/5): Fine for a short stay - The room was very small but worked ok for a one night stay. The location was handy for the County Hall/Waterloo area. It was a 10 minute walk to County Hall. Staff were pleasant. No breakfast available, but some snacks could be bought.

• Rochette (8/5): - L'emplacement était très bien et la chambre propre et récente. La chambre est petite et les couettes un peu justes en taille, l'hôtel en lui-même n'offre pas de super prestations pour le prix mais c'était quand même une bonne expérience.

We knew the room would be small but having the bed right by the wall was tricky for nighttime loo visits but we managed! Could have had more variety of snacks to buy. Little space in the bin when buying drinks and snacks to have in the room it started to overflow.
