• Nigel (10/5): Very helpful hotel, lovely staff. - The evening staff, especially Alexandre, were very helpful, made coffees etc. The complimentary breakfast was great. A quiet location adjacent to a very nice supermarket, in easy reach of public transportation. The cycle hire doesn't have enough cycles.

• 中林 (7/5): 食事面、睡眠環境等全体的に快適だった。 - 食事が充実していた。また、静かで、トラムの駅も近く快適だった。 予約名を間違えていた。そのため、チェックインのとき困った。チェックインの時間が遅く、長期宿泊者は自分たちだけだったので、予約書類を見せて受け入れてもらえた。スタッフに何故間違っているのか聞くと、Booking.comから連絡があった通りに登録してあるとの回答。何故、間違いが起きたのか調べて、連絡が欲しい。

• Lautarević (9/5): - The hotel was okay overall and we had a positive experience. The room was clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the walls seemed quite thin, so we could hear people from the neighboring rooms and they woke us up one night. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast was also okay — it could have been a bit better and more varied with more choices, but overall it was still fine. The location was convenient as well. It was quite quick and easy to get from the hotel to the central station, and the tram stop is only about 2–3 minutes away on foot. There is also a grocery store right next to the hotel, which was very practical. All in all, it was a positive experience and we enjoyed our stay.

• Charlotte (3/5): Wir würden NICHT nochmal kommen….. - Gut gefallen haben uns die Matratzen, diese waren unglaublich bequem. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten und das Personal war stets freundlich. Leider ist das Frühstück für das Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr schlecht. Es ähnelt eher einem Gefängnisessen. Das Hotel war außerdem für eine Nacht sehr sehr teuer. Nachts kamen komische Geräusche aus der Wand, die so laut waren, dass man davon wach geworden ist….. außerdem war unsere Lüftung im Badezimmer kaputt, diese war ebenfalls so laut die ganze Zeit am Geräusche machen.

• Rowena Myla (9/5): We stayed at this property for 5 days. We were satisfied with the staff, location and breakfast that came with the pack - The staff was exceptional . They are always willing to help and go above and beyond . One even said we are here to help . Which is not common to hear from a hospitality staff. The front guest staff Rachelle, Alexandra, Victor and another lady whose name I forgot deserves a big kudos . For doing their job well. The property is so accessible to the tram and there’s 2 supermarkets near. The air conditioning, it’s centralized and turns off once it reaches the set temp. We reached out to the staff and they did all they can to fix it. But this is minimal , even with this problem will still stay again in this property.

• daniela (5/5): - Die Tram befindet sich 4 Gehminuten vom Hotel und direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt. WLAN ist kostenlos. Die Fenster kann man nur kippen. Es gibt keinen Klobürsten. In die Grachten braucht man mindestens 30 Minuten. Es ist wirklich weit außerhalb des Zentrums. Das Frühstück ist sehr schlicht. An der Kaffeemaschine steht man ewig an. Die Tische werden nicht vom Personal abgeräumt. Lässt ein Gast sein Geschirr stehen, muss es der nächste wegräumen, bevor er frühstücken kann. Abwischen mussten wir auch selbst. Die Wände sind dünn, schnarcht der Gast nebenan, ist es um den Schlaf geschehen. :(
• Joachim (3/5): Für viel Geld zu wenig Qualität beim Zimmerstandard, Frühstück und beim Personal. - Preis / Leistung stehen vollkommen außer Verhältnis. Für 280 € ein sehr einfach ausgestattetes Doppelzimmer mit spartanischem Frühstücksbuffet und unmotiviertem Personal. Unakzeptabel.

• Thomas (8/5): Levede helt op til mine forventninger i forhold til pris. - Their receptionist (Victor) was absolutely fantastic. Really good at his job. He made you feel very welcome, with his friendly nature and was very attentive to his guests' needs and if there was anything he could do to make it better. He was incredibly good at quickly explaining how their tram works and showed us how to get around the city center. He exuded someone who really enjoyed his job and was the perfect host. If you absolutely have to find something that wasn't good/missing, it would have to be that there was no bacon for breakfast. I have to say that the breakfast table was definitely not lacking in anything.

• Justin (7/5): Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt und eine sehr gute Lage, wenn man es in Amsterdam etwas ruhiger haben möchte und trotzde - Das Beistellbett war perfekt, da wir das Bett zu unserem stellen konnten. Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war, von der Auswahl, eher lasch und unterdurchschnittlich. Würde mir Wünschen etwas regionales einzubauen. Brot hat auf jedem Fall gefehlt.
