- Patricia (6/5): - Tiny room for the price they are asking for. No space to even open a suit case if not having to put it on the bed. They also don't seem to offer any cleaning service, just hang a bag of clean towels on your door knob daily. It is close to shopping areas and walking distance to a ton a restaurants.

- Bradley (8/5): - This is adjacent to the Dotonbori area, but just distant enough to be quiet. A very short walk to the Glico Man and lots of Confine and dining options nearby. Rooms are VERY small, especially for 2 people.

- Lorne (4/5): - I booked a single standard non-smoking room but was given a twin room -- I'm guessing they were overbooked and only had a few rooms available at the time of my check in. Unfortunately it reeked of cigarettes. I went back to reception and they said it was a free upgrade. I said I didn't need an upgrade and just want a room that didn't smell. After a few minutes I was shown another room. It still smelled of cigarettes but much less than the other. There were a lot of noticeable stains on the walls and even on the curtains, but I was tired and didn't want to wait for another room. Upon closer inspection, the stains were makeup and shoe scuffs. Difficult to remove off textured walls, but not impossible. The beds and bathroom were clean though, with new linens and towels. This is the 3rd APA Hotel I've stayed at. I've never had a bad experience with my stays until this one. Thankfully I only stayed one night. Would not recommend this particular location.

- Kaman (10/5): - The hotel is great especially the staff. They were very nice and helpful. The room are very small. If you have large or many luggage, this will feel tight. Just be aware that there is another APA that is exactly the same color and looks about a block away on the same street so that was confusing.

- Xishan (4/5): - Overall the hotel location and the environment was good. But be honest the staff who working there need to improve the customer service skill. I understand the language may cause a problem, but the service and attitude at the front desk is sucks. Especially during the check in time, the way of talking is not acceptable, and showing the negative attitude. Compare to other hotel’s customer service, this hotel make us disappointed.
- Shaina (10/5): Standard Apa Hotel - Close to Dotonbori but not so close that its noisy. A bit of a walk from the nearest station but its doable without large luggage. My luggage broke on the way and the staff allowed me to store it until Ginza Karen opened and I could go replace it

Beds were bigger than I expected based on room size. Very nice place with free toiletries and in the perfect location.

Vegetarian options??? Was my first time to stay with this company .. I am researching hotels to bring tour groups so I was considering your hotel but I feel it is not suitable. I have lived and been coming to japan for 30 years. I am so disappointed in my stay. Staff were ok. I didn’t feel as though I could sit and enjoy my stay as there is limited seating in the lobby and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean and I liked the under bed storage. It was convenient but probably won’t recommend to my clients. Overpriced.

- Joshua (10/5): Great hotel for the price and location - Room wasn’t too big but you don’t travel here to stay in the hotel room all day so it did its job. The best part was how close it is to Dotonbori and everything we wanted to see on our itinerary as it was center of it all. The trains were close by as well. The hotel looked very clean and decorative from the moment you walk in and there is a 7 eleven less than a 30 second walk away!

- Abbie (4/5): - The property is within walking distance to major tourist areas. The poor rating was due to an alarm that sounded for several hours in the middle of the night. It made the night very uncomfortable and staff had to be notified before it was eventually turned off.

- Daniel (10/5): - This is a great hotel for travelers looking to either get a feel for the night life of Dotonbori or go on a shopping spree at Shinsaibashi or Americamura. You are just minutes away from Dotonbori Bridge and Shinsaibashi. The hotel has a laundry room with a couple of washers and dryers you can use. If those are full, there is also a laundry mat just across the street to the right. A short walk away is Namba Station. You will be very familiar with this station. It has numerous entrances and can get you many places you want to go. It is also a super convenient station to be near if you are planning to go to Universal Studios Japan. The hotel bed is super big compared to other Japanese hotels I’ve been in. They even keep extra pillows under the bed if you need them. They also have storage under the beds for your luggage, which is a nice feature. The hotel staff if friendly. I didn’t interact with them much beyond getting help with luggage transportation, but they were always smiling and asked me if I needed help with anything. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It gets my recommendation.
- Megan (6/5): - This hotel is in a good location and has the basics but is nothing luxurious. Very uncomfortable bed. In your room you can hear the noise from the hall/other rooms. When we arrived, pillow cases were not on pillows, we only had one towel, and cleanliness questionable.

No spa/ sauna stuff like some other APAs, but since I’m heavily tattooed, I’m not allowed in there anyway. Much smaller and quieter than the last EPA I stayed and I like that. There’s no big long lines for luggage storage so that was cool.

Area is extremely walkable with tons to do whether that be drink, eat, or shop. It's also a 10 minute walk to a major subway station (and airport limousine bus). Overall, for < $70 this was a steal.

- Troy (8/5): Hotel close to all the action - Good location right off the river in Dotonburi. Very close to all the action. Hundreds of Restaurants and shopping in the Shotens close by. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We woke up one night to the A/C not working. It was a very hot July night. Staff brought up a portable AC which helped but the outage interrupted our sleep. They moved us to another room the next day which was on a lower floor and right across from the elevator. I appreciated the laundry on site and the super friendly staff.
