Mise à disposition de boissons chaudes et fraîches ainsi que des amuse bouche. Proximité de tous les points d'intérêts. Rien tout était parfait.

Позволи ни да се настаним по-рано и да оставим багажа си, както и при заминаването – да останем по-дълго и да оставим куфарите, докато чакаме полета си. Süremiz de bitmesine rağmen eşyalarımızı bırakmamıza izin verdi. Otelin konumu çok merkezi gidilecek her yere yürüyebilirsiniz. Tekrar gelirsem yine burada konaklarım. Kahvaltı için fiş veriyorlar. Bu fişlede cappuccino yada latte ile kruvasan alabiliyoruz. Normalde bunlar 5 Euro. İtalyan kültürü genel olarak böyle kahvaltıda çok bir şey beklemeyin.

Before our arrival, she even bought flowers and placed a sweet message in the room at our son’s request — such a thoughtful touch. She was always quick and helpful with anything we needed, from directions to food recommendations. The breakfast was fantastic, and Lucila’s hospitality made us feel at home. Highly recommended! Bori was very professional to deal with - prompt and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here - away from the crowds but lots of restaurants, bars close by. The only comment could be the shower. Water pressure is not great and not always hot when 2 people want to shower

Schönheit, Entspannung und Hektik, Ruhe und Lärm, Rom pur. - Im Domus Quiritum erlebt man 4 schöne Zimmer plus kleiner Gemeinschaftsküche, authentisch, familiär, ruhig. Auf Sauberkeit wurde geachtet. Alles auf einer Etage in einem klassisch, römischen Haus mit antikem Fahrstuhl in einem interessanten Stadtteil etwas abseits des Tourismus . Trotzdem nur 15 min Fußweg zum beginnenden Zentrum auf der andern Seite des Tibers. Ein gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück bekommt man nicht. Man erhält Frühstücksgutscheine für eine naheliegende Bäckerei. Das dortige Angebot ist zwar groß, der Gutschein beinhaltet aber nur ein kleines, süßes Frühstück.

C’est plus une critique pr s’améliorer mais sinon l’hôtel est très bien. La cabine de douche un peu petite pour des personnes de forte corpulence mais la salle de bain est grande. L’hôtel est bien situé mais la nuit c’est assez bruyant à l’extérieur

Lo amplio de la habitación, la buena ubicación de la residencia y las atenciones que les hacen a sus huéspedes. Si bien iba con un grado de desconfianza por la buena evaluación que tiene, esta es 100% real. No hubo puntos negativos en la estadía.
• ΜΑΙΡΗ (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία του ήταν αρκετά κοντά στο μετρό! Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολυ μικρά για μονό κρεβάτι και το ένα έτριζε.Δεν ηταν καν κρεβατι αλλα ξυλινο ράντζο. Τα μαξιλάρια πάρα πολυ σκληρά.Το πρωινό ήταν απαράδεκτο για την τιμή του δωματίου που δώσαμε και το παρείχε.Μόνο καφέ-χυμό και κρουασάν ή κάποιο κέικ....Μόνο ένα τεμάχιο το άτομο...Αρκετά ακριβό χωρίς ιδιαίτερο λόγο!

• VIRGINIA (10/5): Alojamiento 10 y muy bien situado - Viaje con dos niños de 8 y 11 años. La habitación era un mini apartamento ya que Boris nos hizo un upgrade! Con cocina-salón y sofá-cama muy cómodo, y también habitación doble. Todo muy limpio y los niños disfrutaron de unos juegos que tienen ahí. Mi hijo pequeño es celíaco y Boris se encargó de dejarle opciones para desayuno en el apartamento, adicional al ticket que dan para tomar en la cafetería/pastelería donde podía tomar zumo de naranja natural y leche con cacao. Boris muy atento en todo momento y nos hizo recomendaciones. Muy cerca del vaticano lo que hace que disfrutes de ese entorno varias veces a la que vuelves de otras excursiones andando. Un 10 la verdad

Before we even left, Ireland Bori had given us the best advice on travelling from airport to accommodation and recommendations on restaurants locally. There were lovely products in the bathroom, and the fridge was full of lovely yoghurts and fruits and a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen . The air-conditioning was much appreciated in the 38 degrees. I can not think of one critic.

• Leslie (8/5): Molto soddisfatta, grazie per rendere il mio soggiorno a Roma indimenticabile - La pulizia era tutto impecable, le persone erano a disposizione, molto carine , se dovrei tornare , mi piacerebbe tornare qui di sicuro Che forse dovrei avere un mini frigo nella stanza perché quando ho lasciato alcune bibite dentro i frigo nel soggiorno il giorno dopo che lo volevo non c’è n’erano più quindi non ho pensato a questa cosa comunque colpa mia per non mettere un nome o qualcosa jaja

The messages before we arrived to make sure we knew how to get here were so helpful and any questions were well answered Our room was excellent, very clean with everything we needed and the off sight breakfast was exactly right. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro and 10 to 15 minutes to Saint Peters and the Vatican

• Zoie (10/5): - This was a great location in a neighborhood outside the business of the city center. Only about a 4 minute walk to the subway or bus stops. It was nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable! The host as was also really nice and helpful.

• Heather (9/5): Great place - great location - The location was perfect! Close to the metro - we rode the trains every day, multiple times! The bed was very very comfortable! The staff was awesome! A few odd things, but overall a great place. We would go back!! The shower is very small. A larger or taller person would struggle in the shower. It was difficult to find. We had the address, but the name is lost in a sea of names and buttons to get in. A bigger sign would be great. A microwave would have been great. We brought some leftovers and then could not warm them up - no stove and no micro was a bummer. The apartment is right above a bar - during the week it closes around 10pm so we were lucky, but The Weeknd it is open late. We are heavy sleepers so it was ok for us, but might be difficult for a family or someone who cannot sleep with noise.

• Bruce Anderson (8/5): We loved the area, walking distance to terraces and restaurants. - We loved the breakfast which was at a nearby restaurant. There was a terrace directly beneath our room that seemed to offer happy hour throughout the evening, which unfortunately led to considerable noise during the night.

• Cynthia (10/5): Loved it but would prefer a sitting area in the bedroom. - The location was amazing. So close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and the Vatican. Loved the outlook from our room to a beautiful water fountain and statue. Close to eating places too. No English tv channels and no sitting area in bedroom. Felt a bit awkward sharing kitchen with people we don’t know.
• Michael (10/5): Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Lage sehr zentral (Nahe Vatikan) in einem belebten Stadtteil mit vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht und behilflich bei allen Fragen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war außergewöhnlich günstig! Das Apartment war sehr groß mit Schlafzimmer und großem Wohn-/Esszimmer mit kompletter Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Couch. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

• Lynne (8/5): - The BnB was very nice Only stayed 2 nights Close to restaurants and they gave you free breakfast card but we had to leave to early to use and one was a Sunday which opened even later😔 The only reason we didn’t give it a five Star was we would have liked instructions on AC control. However they did text instructions so we finally got it!

• Simon Mahony (10/5): - We had a great stay! The staff gave a warm and friendly welcome, and communication throughout was excellent. Highly recommend this place for its hospitality and service.

• Luke (10/5): A brilliant stay, I would definitely recommend. - A fantastic stay. Great location, about ten minutes walking to Vatican City, and not far from the other attractions in Rome. The room was clean and well furnished. There is a communal area where you can get tea and coffee, and meet other guests. Brilliant communication right from the booking even until after checkout. A little difficult to find, and google Maps didn’t help with this either - unfortunately, there is no signage other than just a small doorbell. Would have been nice to have had tea and coffee in the room as it was sometimes a little loud with guests making theirs in the early morning!

• Pete (9/5): Wonderful value, great experience, great location. Would highly recommend to anyone. - Lucilla was wonderful. She welcomed us in person, and personally showed us the dining area and our room. But more importantly she was always available for any questions. She even helped me order a new mobile hotspot via Amazon that I had left on the plane over. The morning breakfast was perfect and always stocked. the location was great for walking the city. The bed could be upgraded with a new mattress. Our introduction to the small showers in Rome was underwhelming, but that was not their fault- just a reality.
