• melanie (6/5): tres bien placé mais mal équipé - l'appartement est bien situé, très proche du pont du Rialto. Il donne sur un petit canal, c'est agréable. Il est peu bruyant. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. La literie est confortable, le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilettes sont propres. Il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle, ni de quoi cuisiner. Pas de sel, sucre, huile, vinaigre (le minimum), pas de torchon de cuisine, pas de dosettes lessive. Moisissure sous les fenêtres du salon. Les chaises de bar sont en fin de vie, bancales et grinçantes. La douche est très petite. Pour le prix, c'est décevant.

A székek és a kanapéágy is nagyon nyikorog.

• Iuliia (10/5): Невероятно прекрасные апартаменты в сердце Венеции. - В целом понравилось все. И местоположение, и наполнение квартиры-есть буквально все необходимое, мы ни в чем не нуждались. Пешком до вокзала, всех достопримечательностей, станций вапоретто, рынка, магазин буквально внизу в 20 секундах. В квартире все бытовые мелочи и важные приборы-посудомоечная машина с парой капсул, кофемашина, стиральная машина. Отопление работает идеально. Вид из окон-умопомрачителен. Один недостаток-нет электрического чайника, вспомнила, как это-кипятить воду в кастрюле)) но не критично вовсе.

• SAURABH (10/5): Good Location and family comfort - The location is good, 15 to 20 minutes from St. Lucia station and all other destinations. Location is very good, Coop supermarket is just few meters away, you can prepare your own meal. Realto Bridge is 5 to 7 mins walkable. Heating System was getting stop during the night and sometimes in the evening too. then informed us to turnoff and on the system, then it worked .. it happed 2 to 3 times in 2 days stay.

• Alessia (9/5): Top - In pieno centro e facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i punti d’interesse della città. Pulita e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Unica pecca l’ingresso che all’inizio ci ha destato preoccupazioni. Nonostante ciò la casa è molto carina e proprio come in foto. Tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti. La casa presenta vista sul canale da un lato e su una chiesa dall’altro. Stupendo. Consiglio l’alloggio. Unica cosa terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi da valutare se non si ha voglia di salire le scale. Per il resto tutto stupendo.

La tele estaba en el dormitorio pequeño y no funcionaba La ducha funcionaba bien pero el recinto muy pequeño, apenas podías moverte tras la mampara. La tapa del WC la tenías q mantener con tu cuerpo. Utensilios de cocinar, escasos, solo había una sartén pequeña y una cacerola grande. No había secamanos ni bayeta de cocina. Un horno o Air fryer no hubiera venido mal. Un par de pastillas de lavavajillas también nos hubieran venido bien. La tostadora no funcionaba bien. El aire acondicionado iba cuando quería. Las sillas superincómodas Pero de todas maneras, lo pasamos genial..

• Marija (7/5): Nice location and good accomodation, but sofa-bed is awful and some bugs present in the sheets. - The place was spacious and the view was nice. The location is good - not too far to visit different parts of the city. soap and shampoo was prepared for us, it was nice. Sofa-bed was awful - very loud and not comfortable as you can feel metal when sleeping. Kids were biiten by some kind of bugs. The instruction how to find the appartment is dated as for example doors are new now etc.

• Stuart (2/5): Avoid, quite uncomfortable if planning self catering. - Location, two separate bedrooms List of issues and now looking over the other reviews it seems we are not alone. Apartment 2: - Shower not working, has intermittent heat making showering quite uncomfortable as it’s hot and cold continually - ⁠black mould in the shower - ⁠air conditioning is leaking and noisy, so mid summer when it’s 35°c, forget about sleeping as it’s too hot with it off and it’s too noisy with it on. No fly screens so you can’t open windows unless you want half of the cast of Bugs Life to come in through them. - ⁠plates, cutlery and glasses still in dishwasher - clean, but I’m not on holiday to put away someone else’s crockery - ⁠hair on bedding - ⁠tv plugged in but no signal or channels - why have it? If you’re on holiday with kids and you want a siesta in the room, then take plenty of books. - ⁠no plugs in any sink for washing - ⁠no tea towel to dry up - ⁠dirty floor, hair all over floor - toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, so you have about 0.65seconds to pee before you soak the lid. If you sit down it touches your back, very nice, think of those lovely germs. These are just the things that annoyed us. The only positive: -Large apartment with Two separate bedrooms for us and kids - once we reported the water issue and someone came that day to have a look, they told us it couldn’t be fixed in time. Another chap came a few days later to apologise and tell us if the part arrives it’ll be fitted but we were leaving the following day. So they did send someone but we had a broken shower the whole visit. Both chaps who came were nice and polite. We appreciate it’s an old building but this is not an acceptable way to present the apartment to a family on a short break. We will be complaining to booking . com about this as it’s incredibly disappointing. I doubt there will be any come back as it seems that Venice is now geared up to simply rip off tourists. We didn’t let it ruin our holiday but it could have. We will pay for a hotel next time.

• nilifer (7/5): Es geht gut für 1-2Tage - Sehr gute lage, Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und einkauf Restaurants in der Nähe Zimmer mit Kanal sieht wunderbar. Reise Koffer vor check-in und Check out unter stiege legen möglich wie lang mann möchte. Alles wie im fotos sauber schön Betten sind bequem, Sofa alt sicher nicht für schlafen verwendet. Komminikation bei WhatsApp sehr schnell alle Fragen schon geantwortet nur ab 18:00 uhr nicht möglich. Apartments platz finden ist ganz schwerig liegt zwischen vielen Häuser bitte gut informieren lassen. Es gebe bau arbeiten Draußen im Haus, beginnt früh morgen ist Laut gewesen ich hatte manche bewertungen gelesen hab gedach es ist vieleicht fertig aber Mai 2025 war ich im Aufenthalt war immer schon Bau arbeiten. Ganz wichtiges kein Warm wasser ⚠️erste Tag hat funktioniert aber zweite und dritte Tag leider kein Warm wasser.

• Lisa (10/5): A great option - We stayed in this apartment with three children: 14, 11 and 8. We fit well. The air conditioner worked fine for us. The apartment is centrally located to sites, shops and restaurants. We were on the third floor, but given our heavy meals, the stairs seemed like a positive.

• Simon (1/5): Don’t. Just don’t - Nothing. It was not the property that we booked. I am sure that the owners will reply to this review and say that we did book this one - we did not. We booked a flat that had a lounge with pictures of wine glasses on the wall. We did not get that flat - we got one that did not have:- A lounge A balcony A kettle Any cleaning products - we had to go out and buy things like washing up liquid, scouring pads, kitchen towel etc. Also there is a TV, as per the ad, but it’s pointless as it doesn’t have any connection to any signal and has no channels in it - so it serves no purpose. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly, let alone lock. The second bedroom is so small that the bag containing the clothes for those staying in there has to stay in the hall All of which were in the advert. Contacted the owners - they said I chose this small one. I did not. There was no selection process and these owners are trying to con people by advertising several properties using photos of their ‘best’ one. We paid almost €700 (not including the city tax) for 3 nights in a tiny place. We only stayed one night and had to go and find another place to stay. I would’ve been disappointed if it cost half the price. I’ve been staying in various home/flat rentals around the world for several years now. This is, by quite a long way and for several reasons, the worst of the lot. I will be chasing a full or partial refund via my credit card company and contacting Booking.com to get this property removed so that no one else falls for this

• adam (4/5): Great Location (but not as described) - Location, it was in a very good location, close to a grocery store and many restaurants and shops and walking distance to attractions. The windows opened directly onto a canal, it was quite an interesting experience with interesting views. Their check-in process was surprisingly simple in a directionally confusing city. The host sent photos of landmarks ahead of check-in to be sure we found our way. It was very helpful. The washing machine did NOT work, showed an error code. We tried to wash a load of laundry as soon as we checked in and messaged straight away. We sent an image of the error code to the host and they just said to unplug it for a few minutes and try again (which did not work). A quick Google search of the brand and error code showed it may be a drainage issue. They then asked if we'd loaded the clothes in before starting it... Of course we did, we were trying to run a load of laundry when we realized it didn't work and tried again, hopeful an unplug would work - it didn't. Very disappointing since a washing machine affected how we packed for this trip. The dishwasher door was broken and smelled bad when opened. We just hand washed all the dishes to avoid it. Not a big deal. The windows were cracked open when we checked in. Listing claimed the unit had A/C but we had to leave the windows open for air flow and cooling. This unfortunately resulted in many mosquitoes coming in at night, buzzing and biting us in our sleep. Air conditioning with windows closed would have prevented bugs getting into the apartment.

We turned up on time and the cleaner was still cleaning so it wasn’t completed. Got in touch with the owner who sent someone round the following day and sorted out the issue. Great service and would stay here again.

Non lo sceglierei una seconda volt - La posizione piuttosto centrale La pulizia non sufficiente, non ci sono sedie ma solo sgabelli, nulla dove poter appoggiare anche uno zaino o una borsa, non un piano d’appoggio in bagno, doccia fatiscente, neppure un canovaccio in cucina per asciugare le stoviglie.

Peccato che quando l’ ho rifatto nel modo corretto mi sono accorta delle macchie sul lenzuolo. La rete del divano letto rumorosa . Ogni volta che uno si girava svegliava tutti. La Cucina sarebbe da rinnovare un po’

• Sarita DeVries (8/5): - The property was good and central to Rialto bridge. The apartment did not have a safe which most hotels have so we were surprised by this considering it is code entry into the building and a code into the unit. A neighbouring building around the area suffered from construction and throwing bricks to the ground so the morning was noisy. Someone took a massive dump outside the unit door and it seemed others were using the area to pee so it smells bad when you enter the unit. There was also barf around the corner so because it is a dead end and public WCs are limited in Venice, it was not great around the unit. Otherwise it was a suitable unit for families and larger groups that need up to 6 people. The kettle is broken so be careful not to burn yourself because when pouring, boiling water goes everywhere and could result in a terrible burn. The property managers are responsive and helpful. The directions/map with photos provided are good but there has since been a new front door installed so the map shows photos with a door having windows above but now there are no windows in the door which could be very confusing if you are looking for the exact door in the photos provided. Thus instructions/photos need updating.
