- Diego (4/5): - For 22€ the breakfast is not worth it. You can get way more food outside for way less money. The rooms are really small and you can hear all the noise from outside (which is a busy street with clubs next to it). Shower was really dirty too.

- Gagik (6/5): - Rooms are very small and not comfortable Can’t have bags around and move around the rooms. Kitchen breakfast area is ok nothing special. Ants on the counter by where the bread and the toaster is which is also near precooked food. Building has gone through renovation obviously but if you’re used to a normal sized room this is not the hotel for you. Staff is nice and friendly and the rooms were quiet. No view nothing special. But just something to get by with.

Location was excellent, walkable and lively, great shopping, close to stops where we could easily catch tour buses or the subway. Across the avenue is Rue Marbeuf where there are tons of excellent restaurants, so convenient.

The nights were very loud and we were woken several times due to the nearby clubs and construction work. Although there was AC it was not usable the room stayed very warm. For the cost of this room there are much better options.

There were a lot of restaurant options within walking distance to the hotel, and the metro was at the corner. Room was very clean and the hotel staff was friendly, and helpful. I would stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

- John (10/5): - This is a great hotel! The location cannot be beat -steps from the Metro and Champs. The area is very safe and has so many good restaurants in walking distance. Yes,the rooms are small but they make great use of the space and they are very quiet being on a side street. The room is very clean. The shower was great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff wery very friendly and accomodating. This is a much better choice than the American chain hotels. We will stay again on our next trip to Paris!

Breakfast is good althought some sliced fruit would be a plus. The room service needs to improve a bit as there were always towels missing. Overall I will return if coming back to Paris.
- Rahul (10/5): Wonderful stay - Mohamed, the night manager was outstanding. We arrived almost at midnight. He had room completely ready and told us he was waiting for us. He accompanied us to the room to ensure all was ok. Class act!

- Kirk (6/5): - A little dissapointed in this hotel. having stayed in a number of comparable properties for smae price and rating, I've like this least. Trendy decor is goign to need a refresh soon. The rooms are quite small and its all crammed in - though thats to be expected for central Paris. My bed wasnt comfortable and there was constant amchine noise from the plant room next door. Breakfast standard but pastires were a little dry. Good staff and conveniant location, but expected more.

- Lianne (10/5): - The hotel is right of the Champs Elysee, so it’s very convenient to explore the city. The staff were so warm and welcoming. We left our bags as we were there before check in opened, and when her arrived back they had already moved our bags to the room for us which I really loved. They put a little treat and handwritten note on the bed for my birthday which was a sweet gesture as well. The room itself was very cute, I loved the colours and the decor! We had a nice balcony and were very happy overall!

Very small room and small elevator typical of Paris I believe but room was clean and bathroom was clean. Great place if you are not going to spend much time in your room but need a convenient place to crash for the night.

- sashi (2/5): - The hotel is at a great location and very close to a metro station. The hotel was clean and the room was small but nice. However, even though we had paid in full to Expedia at the time of booking except city tax which the hotel charged us at the time of check in, the hotel also charged us 100 euro hold at the time of check in. We were told the hold will be released at the time of check out. It has been around 8 days since we checked out and the 100 euro charge to our credit card has not been reversed yet despite multiple attempts to resolve this through Expedia and emails sent to the hotel as well. Expedia asked we email hotel directly as they could not get this resolved either despite having contacted the hotel twice. Disappointed with assistance we got from Expedia and upset at hotel’s non responsiveness. Hope this review will get their attention.

My only suggestion to the property is that the rooms took a long time to cool. AC system took awhile to turn on and I could not tell if the fan was on.

- Mary (10/5): - This is really just the perfect hotel in Paris for a visitor. It is directly off the Champs-Élysée and the Franklin D Roosevelt Metro Station is a two-minute walk. The room was an adequate size for my family of four (two adults and two tweens). The room and entire property were extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great experience!

Location is perfect as we were walking distance from many stores, restaurants, and transportation options. We were able to just walk to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. The room was clean which of course is a must.

Staff was very friendly and got our room set up despite the late reservation. Only surprise we discovered was that the evening/night Concierge knocked and opened the door just when we were putting the kids down as the room seemingly wasn't marked booked in their system, though that was sorted out in 10 seconds.
