Palvelu sisäänkirjautumisen aikana oli erittäin ammattitaitoista ja saimme kaiken tarvittavan tiedon ja he myös päivitti meidän huoneen. Meillä oli pääsy lodgeen jossa oli ensiluokkaista palvelua. Eikä pidä unohtaa aamupalaa. Se oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Iso kiitos myös aamupalan henkilökunnalle. Kiitos kokille joka valitsi minulle grillatut lihat ja ehdotti myös maustekastikkeen. Kiitos ja iso kumarrus kaikille. Jos joskus pääsen tulemaan ja saan kerättyä rahat niin tulen uudestaan. Tämä hotelli oli meidän 2 viikon loman kohokohta. Ei ollut mitään pahaa sanottavaa. Jos löydät jotain huonoa niin vila voi olla myös itsessä😁

Extras such a laundry expensive if you need I know it's a Japanese chain but would have liked more Thai breakfast options

The room is very spacious, the design is nice, the bed is very comfortable , the breakfast is excellent (one of the best I had) and the staff very attentive and helpful. Ah, and they have Japanese toilets !

- Anja (9/5): Treat yourself to a comfortable, luxurious stay in the heart of Bangkok - The food was great - especially the Japanese food. The sushi rolls in the lounge were exceptional and made for a loverly afternoon snack. It's also rare in Asia to find such a good cheese selection. We saw the GM multiple times, he was interacting with staff and guests. He chatted to us twice about our stay. We even saw him clearing dishes - a sign of a good leader is leading from the back pf the pack and supporting his staff. The pool is stunning - amazing views, suspended over Bangkok, but still intimate so it never feels crowded. Our room was spacious and well designed - privacy in the bathroom area when you needed it, plenty of storage, nice touch to provide origami instructions with the turn down service. And a good location if you want to experience both the craziness of Sukhumvit and the elegance of Lumphini Park and Santhorn. Our room felt a bit damp when we could come back in the evening, the sheets a bit sticky.

- Alia (10/5): Wonderful Stay - I had a wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms are exceptionally clean and very well maintained, with great attention to detail. The staff, without exception—from the reception team to the restaurant staff—are highly professional, incredibly kind, and always willing to help. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded expectations. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

- Dirk (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit sensationellem Inifinity-Pool - Wir waren schon in einigen Luxushotels aber das Okura hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Das Frühstück sucht seinesgleichen in Qualität und Auswahl. Der Service und das Personal waren enorm professionell und aufmerksam. Wir haben zwei Nächte mit Lounge-Zugang gebucht. In der Lounge erwartete uns eine tolle Aussicht über Bangkok. Zudem wurden sehr köstliche sowie hochwertige Snacks und hervorragende Cocktails serviert. Herausragend ist der Infinity-Pool an der Fassade der 25. Etage mit einem überragendem Ausblick über die Stadt. Wir haben ins sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zustellbett war zwar bequem aber für meinen Sohn ein wenig zu kurz.

- georgefS4166CQ (10/5): Excellent stay - I had a really wonderful stay at The Okura Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt easy and welcoming. The room was fantastic, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the attention to detail, and it made it a great place to relax after a long day. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a real highlight. There was such a great variety, and everything was fresh and high quality, definitely something I looked forward to each morning. What truly made the stay special, though, was the people. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to the General Manager as well, it was refreshing to see his presence around the hotel, and his approachable, personable manner really stood out. Overall, it felt like a place that genuinely cares about its guests. I would happily stay again.
- Detlef (9/5): Top Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit Aussicht - Großzügige Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, extrem aufmerksames Personal bis hin zur Geschäftsleitung. Wir hatten eine Clubzimmer mit Zugang zur Lounge und konnten so ganz in Ruhe ein schönes Glas Wein trinken. Frühstück mehr als reichlich eine Riesenbuffet der Pool. Schön sonnig und lang Handtücher sind vorhanden. Klasse Hotel Eigentlich alles perfekt. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen sehr klassisch eingerichtet.
- 969christofferj (10/5): Our most amazing hotel excperience yet - I booked our stay as a suprise birthday gift to my partner for her 30:th birthday. That being the case, I was very excited and a bit nervous on arrival. But my nervousness was in vain, because as soon as we set foot in our room, the look on my partner’s face confirmed all that I had hoped for. This hotel is brilliant. The design, the staff, the room service and last but not least: the breathtaking view from the room and the pool! We booked a Prestige Club Room on the very topp floor and the view from the panoramic window was to die for. The pool was c:a 9 floors below, but left nothing to desire due to the excellent design. The staff was incredibly attentive. We felt so well taken care of, especially during my partner’s birthday that we will remember it for the rest of our lives. We had to buy some keepsakes from the reception shop on our last day just to have something to cling onto once we come back home. So, from the bottom of both our hearts: thank you Okura Prestige Bangkok. You delivered an experience that far exceeded our already high expectations!

In the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel was a wonderful retreat to come back to and de-stress. It’s conveniently connected to a mall, and the BTS station is less than a minute’s walk away. The location is very central, making it easy to get around Bangkok — just a quick 2–10 minute trip to nearby malls, markets, and other attractions. We loved that every time we returned from the BTS entrance to the hotel, it smelled lovely. The hotel is also very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable - not a single dirt in sight. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a sweet handwritten card and a delicious matcha cake - it was such a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the small gestures, like fresh fruits delivered to our room daily, the surprised origami, and thoughtful facilities throughout the hotel, such as halving a water filter station at the gym and complimentary mini water bottles for the pool/sauna/gym. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with the best spread we’ve seen compared to other hotels. We loved the mix of Western and Asian cuisine - Japanese curry soufflé, grilled chicken skewers, miso soup, dim sum, pad Thai, and more. Everything was tasty and high quality. We were also grateful to be able to check in early after our 5 a.m. flight arrival. And we loved that we could use the sauna/ spa facilities to shower before our rooms were ready. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.
