- Thaina Alves (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Sehr gut gelegen mitten im Geschehen aber nicht zu laut. Großes Zimmer, mit bequemen Betten. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber noch im Rahmen. Es gab keinen Aufzug und die Treppen sind nicht für große Koffer geeignet. Die Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen!

- Eloise (10/5): - Great location right in the middle of Old Quarter but couldn’t hear a single thing from outside. My room was massive and even had a bath tub! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Only downside is the 6 flights of stairs we had to carry our suitcases up. - The bed had a proper duvet and plenty of pillows Both times we stayed here we were allocated the room on the 6th floor. This is 6 sets of narrow spiral staircases to carry our suitcases up.

The staff were very friendly and there were cleaners who came to the room each day with fresh towels. The bed was comfy. The shower head holder was positioned so the water would leak over the bath and flood the bathroom floor which wasn’t ideal. We also spent 2 nights with the air con dripping water consistently.
- Laura Barrero (6/5): - Pues no sabría qué decir. Me hospedé dos veces, la primera 3 noches, la segunda 2 noches. La primera un sexto piso sin ascensor, bueno no pasa nada y ejercitamos culo. Todo limpio y bastante bien. La segunda nos quedamos en el primer piso y mal. Había humedad, las camas viejas y colchones incómodos, habia una tapa del techo del baño abierta en la que se veían las tuberías y se escuchaban cada vez que los de arriba tiraban de la cisterna o se duchaban. La bañera viena. Esa habitación deberían reformarla y no deberían permitir dejar dormir ahí por ese precio. Nos dió la sensación que para ellos somos dolares andantes, y esto es algo que nos molestó ya que en los otros muchos lugares donde dormimos de Vietnam, no nos hizo sentir así. Lo mencionado arriba

- James (9/5): - They originally had me booked on the third floor but seeing my limited mobility and no lift they moved me to the first floor. A larger room for a few more euros. Initial impressions when first arriving seeing the hotel squashed into an alley way entrance gives bad vibes. But I changed my mind after staying first night. Only disadvantage was length of the bed doesn't allow for average European heights. But I had a wide enough bed to sleep diagonally.

- joonho (10/5): 숙박후기 - Even though the hotel is located on Beer Street, it's not noisy and there are many things to see around...marts, local restaurants, massage shops, and it's also great for going to Hoan Kiem Lake, so the location is great! It's a bit disappointing that there's no elevator. Lower floors are fine, but higher floors might be difficult for some people!

Chambre très spacieuse et joliment décorée et aménagée(meubles et portes en bois) Linge de toilettes changé tous les jours. Ménage fait tous les jours. Gestion des visites et réservations si souhaitée. Excellents conseils pour restaurants et éventuellement pour suite du voyage dans le nord.. Ce sera notre choix pour un éventuel second séjour. Il est d'ailleurs classé en tête dans le Guide du Routard.

- Romain (8/5): Très bon emplacement mais déçu des prestations - Excellent emplacement en pleins centre du quartier des 36 rues, chambre très propre et bonne literie. Deux fenêtres dans les chambres avec possibilité de les ouvrir. J'ai envoyé un message à l'établissement avant mon arrivée s'il avait un service de pressing, et ils m'ont répondu que oui, or quand je suis arrivé et donné mes vêtements à laver avec mes critères (pas de sèche linge) ils m'ont dit que ça serait mieux des les donner à une boutique dans l'arrière rue de l'hôtel. Boutique ou plutôt un salon chez quelqu'un avec un panneau écrit "Laundry" visible depuis la rue centrale ou j'ai déposé mes vêtements avec mes critères lavage à 30*C max et pas de sèche-linge, j'ai récupéré en fin de journée mes vêtements taché, rétréci, et un sac neuf complètement défoncé..... Vraiment déçu car j'avais demandé à l'hôtel avant s'il avait un service de pressing mais en fait ils n'en ont pas....

It was clean and enough space and furniture that you need. The host was very helpful and nice. No elevator and our room was on a fifth floor. No view from the windows facing another building.
