• Marc (9/5): Hier komen we terug! - Zeer vriendelijke, zelfs enthousiaste, medewerkers. Zeer goed restaurant, toffe, ontspannen sfeer. Ook leuke brasserie om tussendoor iets te drinken. Het ontbijt beantwoordde aan de verwachtingen en de kamers en badkamers waren zeer net.

We absolutely loved Le Robinet and we’ll be going back as soon as we can - big thanks - We loved everything about Le Robinet - all the staff, exceptional! Great brasserie on the ground floor, very clean and well appointed bedrooms and excellent bathrooms with L’Occitane toiletries. It’s one block away from the Canal St Martin and also within very easy walking distance of Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, and it’s a flat walk of c45 mins to the Seine and Notre Dame! Nothing!

• Danielle (10/5): Onvergetelijk verblijf in Parijs. - We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit stijlvolle hotel. Het ligt op een super locatie in een vrij rustig straatje. De inrichting is bij binnenkomst al direct opvallend stijlvol en gezellig. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en betrokken. Ze gaven mijn ouders die slecht ter been zijn een passende kamer. We kregen een gratis upgrade, hebben genoten van de prachtige kamers en het heerlijke eten. We voelden ons zeer verwend tijdens ons verblijf en raden het zeker aan!

The restaurant was also fantastic and they offered me two free complimentary drinks for my birthday. The studio is a little tight for two people - barely enough floor space to have our suitcases open. Also would’ve liked to have some conditioner included in free toiletries.
• Cristopher Gabriel (10/5): A perfect hotel for a perfect 2 weeks in Paris! - This hotel was quite the find for our stay in Paris. The staff was genuinely nice, they were super welcoming and warm, helping us to make sure our stay in Paris was near perfect. The location is awesome! Being so close to Canal Saint Martin and also to so many train stations gave us so many possibilities of traveling across town with very little difficulty. The breakfast was very good, awesome croissants, pain au chocolat, eggs, bread, coffee, fruits, yogurts, and pancakes. I'm already missing breakfast. If I ever get a chance to go back to Paris, I hope this hotel is still there, and I hope to stay there many, many times! Also, we always had coffee pods in the room and bottled water. Loved that! The bedroom TV was not a smart TV, it's such a minor complaint that is embarrassing to say but would love if would work the same way as the living room TV.

• Michaela (8/5): So nah am Ostbahnhof, aber kein bisschen „Bahnhofsflair“! Äußerst empfehlenswert - Dieses Boutique Hotel hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Es ist renoviert, aber nicht ÜBERrenoviert. Im Zimmer haben wir uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es war allerdings im Mai - wie es sich im Sommer im 3. Stock aushalten lässt, können wir nicht bewerten. Das Restaurant lädt zum Verweilen ein - leider sind wir nicht dazu gekommen uns dort niederzulassen - ein Tag war natürlich viel zu kurz! Am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen.

Walking distance to Gare du Nord and L’est. note it’s only 10 minutes walk between the 2 stations. We made a mistake by catching a train between them via the underground, and it took longer than walking! It’s 40 minutes walk to the Bastille. Very good position. We requested a quiet room and got an excellent one facing the courtyard. Close to restaurants. It wasn’t a problem for us, but there is only a spiral staircase for room access.

• Nancy (9/5): Great location and very comfortable. - An excellent location for both Gare du Nord and Gard d'Est. Situated in a remarkably quiet street which was a bonus - as you would expect from a city hotel the room is fairly small (quite big enough) and hence it was good to be able to sleep with the window open. The hotel has a good brasserie attached where we ate. The revitalised canal area is within a few minutes walk with bars and restaurants.

• Horst (9/5): Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im Osten von Paris - Die Einrichtung ist sehr indivuduell und geschmackvoll mit den alten Möbeln. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und appetitlich angerichtet, vde Brotsorten, frisches Obst, Eier, Blinis, Lachs, Käse vom Stück, vde Schinken, Rohwurst, Yoghurt, Marmeladen, Nutella. Es wurde immer nachgelegt. Die Lage war 1a, Nah an der Metro und dem Gare de l'Est. Wir waren 4 Nächte und haben nur 1mal die Metro für den Rückweg vom Pantheon benutzt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße gegenüber einer Schule, es ist also ruhig. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist gut, in der Nähe gibt es auch zahlreiche andere Restaurants. Und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, man merkt dass das Hotel ein Familienbetrieb ist. Positiv ist auch. dass Wasser immer an der Rezeption kostenlos zu haben ist. Auszusetzen haben wir nur die Heizung. Wir schlafen gerne bei geöffnetem Fenster, aber leider springt dann das Thermostat der Heizung an und es wird dann noch wärmer im Zimmer.

Gerade wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, ist die Lage unschlagbar und man ist gleich mittendrin. Und das Hotel hat einen besonderen französischen Charme. Sehr empfehlenswert Nur für Menschen mit einer Gehbeeinträchtigung aufgrund Treppen eher ungeeignet.
• Robert (9/5): Nice room a short distance from Gare de l'Est - Very nice hotel above a nice restaurant/brasserie. The room was a nice size, larger than what I have had being closer to the river. The hotel is a short, easy walk from Gare de L'Est. The restaurant served a very nice breakfast and was an excellent option for dinner. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags, however, the staff was very helpful in that regard.

The restaurant was excellent and a great mix of hotel guests and locals . The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood and it is very easy to get to other parts of Paris. I highly recommend this hotel. Some people may not like that there is no elevator, but one of the staff will help you with your luggage.
