• Renz (5/5): Wir würden es nicht wieder buchen. - Lage und das Personal sind ausgezeichnet, obwohl wir zur Hauptsaision reisten und wussten, dass es teuerer sein wird, war im Vergleich für das was wir bezahlt (165 euro pro Nacht DZ ohne Frühstück) haben das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis keineswegs stimmig. Die erste Nacht waren wir in Zimmer 5 untergebracht, welches direkt unter der Wasserpumpe liegt, die in 5 Minutentakt Tagvund Nacht arbeitet und dabei laute Brumm-Geräusche verursacht. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, wurden wir daraufhin in Zimmer 3 untergebracht. Jenes liegt zur Strasse hingelegt, direkt über einer Bar war somit auch laut und zudem eigwntlich ein Einzelzimmer. Es gibt nur ein Lichtschalter auf einer Bettseite und an beiden Seiten des Bettes ca 30 cm Abstand zur Wand. Sprich es ist ein sportlicher Akt ins Bett zu steigen und es wieder zu verlassen.

Stanza anche se non molto grande è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Pulizia impeccabile sia in camera che in bagno, con continuo refil di set di benvenuto. La camera, che affaccia su un bar abbastanza rumoroso, è dotata di una finestra con cancellazione del rumore, perfetta per la situazione. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Consigliato, torneremo sicuramente! Nulla.

Lo staff è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile, e molto professionale. La posizione è perfetta per recarsi a piedi in tutte le zone di Firenze. Se si viene in auto è necessario provvedere a trovare un parcheggio in una delle strutture vicine alla residenza. Tutto è stato perfetto.

• Silvestro (10/5): Firenze museo a cielo aperto - La camera era nel complesso abbastanza pulita e ordinata, si vede che c’è attenzione nella gestione degli spazi. Il letto era comodo e l’ambiente accogliente, ideale per un soggiorno breve. Piccola pecca il bagno, un po’ stretto negli spazi e con alcune mattonelle che andrebbero sistemate, dettaglio che migliorerebbe sicuramente l’impressione generale della struttura. Molto apprezzata invece la presenza di caffè e acqua a disposizione nel corridoio: un’ottima soluzione, pratica e gradita, che aggiunge un tocco di attenzione verso gli ospiti. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva con margini di miglioramento soprattutto per il bagno. Nn
• Bianca (2/5): - A localização é ótima. O quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro muito forte. Certamente fumaram dentro do quarto. Chamei a funcionária da recepção e que concordou ter um cheiro muito forte, mas disse que não era cigarro (que ela sabia, pois era fumante). Pedimos para trocar de quarto e ela nos cobrou 35 euros a mais. Sendo que o problema não era o quarto em si, mas sim o cheiro. Tenho rinite alérgica, tive que tomar medicação devido ao cheiro ser tão forte. Pedimos para falar com o responsável e ela disse que não adiantava. Entrei em contato com o funcionário que me recebeu, expliquei a situação e pedi se poderiam colocar um perfume. Não adiantou. Só ficamos no hotel porque só tínhamos 1 noite, visto que a experiência de tratamento foi péssima. Não se preocuparam em nenhum momento conosco.

Гостиница находится на четвертом этаже,на который также можно добраться на миниатюрном лифте,что уже +,номер для троих маловат,особенно разочаровала третья кровать по типу откидной полки,но в остальном все отлично-шустрый интернет,хороший матрас и постельное,очень удачное месторасположение и конечно кофе машина в коридоре,позволяющая начать утро с чашечки эспрессо или чая. Все хорошо! Спасибо!!
