Perfectly fine if spending most of the day outside as we did The room was situated on the ground floor and the view wasn't that great. There was dust under the beds (happened to drop something and noticed). Not dramatic but still. Finally, the room was really small. Again, perfectly ok if you spend most of your day outside. And despite the above, I would book again.

- Astrid (8/5): Kurzurlaub in Berlin - Wir waren für 1 Nacht im aletto Hotel und fanden besonders die Lage perfekt für einen Musicalbesuch am Abend. Außerdem hatten wir das Glück einen der zum Hotel gehörenden Parkplätze zu bekommen. Der Garten ist für einen entspannten Nachmittag oder zum Frühstück gut geeignet. Das Zimmer war schon sehr klein, aber für 1 Nacht ausreichend.

- Luc (7/5): - Les chambres sont de bonne qualité, très propres et entretenues avec soins. Elles sont fonctionnelles et répondaient à nos attentes. Le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, est simple mais bon. L'accueil à la réception est aimable et avenant. Rien de particulier et cela résulte de ce que nous avons aimé.

No se podía estar afuera tomando una Coca Cola o una copa de vino si la traías de fuera. En general el personal no fue amable. Salvo algunas personas que sí lo fueron.

- Maria (8/5): Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Die Lage ist auf jeden Fall etwas abseits von dem ganzen Trubel des Ku´dams. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und ruhig, obwohl es halt wirklich in der Nähe abgeht. Ein Teil der Spindfächer waren kaputt und man musste auf gut Glück seine Sachen zurücklassen. Aber fairerweise war der Raum an sich schon nur durch eine Karte erreichbar.

- Anke (8/5): - Direkt am Bahnhof Zoo, ist grundsätzlich eine super Lage. Zoo, Aquarium und Tiergarten sind fussläufig zu erreichen und ein schöner Biergarten an der Schleuse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Hotel hat uns besonders das Angebot für die Kinder gefallen. Kleiner Garten, Basketball und Kleinfussball, sowie eine große Auswahl an Spielen, sorgen für Beschäftigung. Die Umgebung, in direkter Nähe zum Bahnhof Zoo, ist mit Elend, Armut und großer Not gezeichnet. Besonders mit kleinen Kindern eine große Herausforderung !
- Yevhenii (10/5): Все было супер - Место расположение просто супер, доступность к любому виду транспорта, персонал дружелюбный и готов всегда помочь, парковка за ночь 18 евро, в любом случае дешевле чем даже многоэтажный паркинг который рядом, там 25 евро. В номере чисто и хорошо убрано Единственная мелочь, это пульт управления светом и кондиционером, ночью он очень ярко светится

- Fulya (10/5): Çok memnun kaldım, yeniden tercih ederim. - Konum olarak cok iyi bir bölgede, hemen yürüyerek alışveriş, market ve metro hattına ulaşılıyor. Otelin temizliğinden memnun kaldım. Avrupa'daki pek çok otel, talep olmadan oda temizliği yapmıyor, ancak burada her gün yataklarımız toplandı, havlularımız değiştirildi. Personelden kettle talep ettik , hemen getirdiler. Otelin iç mekanları da vakit geçirmek için cok uygun. Kahvaltı almadığım için ona yorum yapamadım.

- Andre (8/5): Perfektes Hotel für verlängerte Wochenenden in Berlin! - Das Hotelzimmer ist alles gut und sauber. Leider gibt es immer Beschädigungen, mal der Türschließer im Flur, mal sind die Herrentoiletten im Untergeschoss nicht abschließbar und im Zimmer waren die Jackenhaken an der Wand komplett lose. Aber da es noch die Hängestange mit Bügeln gab, war das egal. Sehr gut ist der verbaute Minisafe. Das Frühstück war mir zu sehr "ausgepackte Billigwurstauflage". Daher nur einmal gewählt. Da Geschmäcker verschieden sind und der Preis mit 14 Eu passend dafür, nichts, worüber ich meckern würde. Sehr gut war die Cocktailauswahl an der Bar und die absolute Freundlichkeit des Personals, vom check-in über die Bar, bis hin zum Frühstücksservice und zur Zimmerreinigung! Die Lage ist top! Die Zwischenlagerung vom Gepäck vor check-in und nach check-out in abschließbaren Einzelboxen perfekt. Dass ich nicht herausgefunden habe, wie ich die Heizung im Bad runterdrehe. :D

Buzdolabı yok. Klima çalışmıyor. Su ısıtıcı bile yok. Ve çıkış saati 11 olmasına rağmen. 10:30 direkt kapı çalmadan odamıza girdiler.

- Uarda (7/5): The hotel had a great location close to the city center, the room was clean, the towels were changed daily, and the bath - I really liked the location because it was very close to the city center and made it easy to do all kinds of activities. The room was clean, the towels were changed every day, and the bathroom was warm and comfortable. That’s what made me enjoy my stay there so much What I didn’t like was the breakfast staff. There was a dark skinned guy who approached me in the morning when I was only looking around to see how the breakfast area was and what kind of variety they offered. He told me that recording videos was not allowed and kept making word games and jokes with me, which felt very unprofessional. I also didn’t like that the floors had so many rooms, and it took almost 5 minutes to walk through the corridor just to reach the elevator. Another thing I didn’t enjoy was that my room had a view of the parking area, and during the night the parking lights stayed on, which disturbed my sleep
