• Timothy (5/5): Not up to standard and not value for money - Location was OK. Few on site parking spaces. One taken up by waste bin. Room did not appear to have been serviced. For three persons there was only one soap tablet, one drinking glass and two cups. Not enough milks and tea bags for three people. There were no towels or toilet paper, but these were supplied by reception after we asked. One of the window blinds was broken, With only these blinds and no curtains the room can not be made dark. The room had a door opening out onto a sort of patio which appeared to be a dumping ground for broken items from the hotel and an old garden pond. This was used as a smoking area by staff so fumes did come into the room. The sinks are extremely small and can only be used for hand washing not for face washing or shaving. The kettle could not be filled from them without spilling water all over the floor. In the shower there was a tray which was filled with old and random used bars of soaps and wrappers.

• Stacey (9/5): Second time staying & both times we’ve had no complaints at all, friendly staff & very clean - The staff are friendly & helpful, they carried our luggage up to the room & also brang it back down after check out, the beds are so comfortable you don’t even want to get up The only thing I could say is the rooms with separate bathrooms could do with a mirror but this is not a deal breaker as there is a small mirror in the bathroom.

• Chris (6/5): Its a good job we are good mates! - The 2 members of staff we met were friendly and hospitable, Hasan especially. Its having money spent on it, all furniture etc is new although the odd cable hanging out the wall. Bed itself was comfy. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Booked a triple room for me and my mate, got put in a 'twin' which was 2 singles pushed together in a tiny room. The bathroom, which was opposite the room off the landing, didnt lock as the obviously new door hadnt been aligned correctly. It was exclusively for our use, but you still panic a bit when in the shower and you hear footsteps approaching.

• Courtney (9/5): If you want a great value hotel, close to public transport for Tottenham Hotspur stadium which is ran by friendly staff - The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we pulled up. There is on site parking. The rooms look lovely after the renovations. Plenty of sockets. Comfy beds with fresh white sheets. There is only 1 mirror which is in the bathroom. Could possibly add another near the dressing tables to help people to get ready. Also needs a bin in the room.

• Ferid (8/5): - Turkish breakfast was brilliant. Friendly owners and staff. My fault I should have checked in advance. What I thought was en-suite it wasn't. Bathroom was separate from my bedroom.
