- Maureen (8/5): Clean, comfortable room in a great location for one night in Chinatown - We stayed at the Travelodge Kuala Lumpur City Center for one night in May before catching a flight home after a month traveling around Malaysia. The location was ideal for us, in Chinatown, quick walk to Petaling street, and with many restaurants and shops in every direction. Check in was easy. The room was clean and soundproof. Comfortable mattress, clean bedding, and bedside tables. * The Superior Twin Room was fine for one night, but it’d feel pretty small for 2 people for much longer. * There wasn't enough leg room for a tall person to sit on the toilet comfortably. * Breakfast was uninspired; if you enjoy a good breakfast, have it somewhere else.

Achei a limpeza do banho mal feita, muito sujo dentro da ducha,nos azulejos. Não vale a pena pagar pelo o café da manhã, muito mau. Vale a pena tomar em outro lugar.

- Chan (3/5): Hotel ini tidak pantas menyandang predikat bintang 4, karena kualitas pelayanannya hanya bintang 1 - Lolasi hotel ini sangat bagus, dekat dengan central market dan petaling street Staf customer service orangnya baik hati dan membantu ( mbak pakai jilbab yang bahasa melayunya ada logat indonesia ), namun staf lain sangat perlu diupgrade pelayanannya, saya tiba di hotel jam 12.00 tanggal 01 mei 2026 , saya hanya mau tanyain apakah sudah bisa check in jika ada kamar yg kosong , sebab saat itu saya bawa orang tua yg sakit, staf yg pria, dengan sangat tidak ramah, menjawab saya, mau check in tunggu jam 15.00 tanpa pengecekan dulu, sangat cuek. Lalu setelah jam 15.00 saya mau check in, saya baru tahu kalau booking saya dibatalkan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, saya terlantar di kota KL sambil membawa orang tua, hari itu adalah tanggal 01 mei kebetulan tanggal merah, memang hotel padat semuanya. Sebelumnya memang saya mengajukan batal utk menginap di hotel Travelodge itu, sebab kondisi orang tau saya tidak baik pindah2, sementara hotel yg saya inap pertama lagi penuh, saya gak bisa extend, dan saya bahkan telp ke akomodasi , namun dibilangin gak bisa batal karena kamar sudah diprepare, saya telp pada tanggal 29 april, bukan sebelum 24 jam. Karena dibilangin tidak bisa batal, maka saya bawa orang tua yg sakit datangin penginapan ini, agar gak rugi biaya hotel yg udha sya abayar sebelumnya. Saya gak menyangka mendapat perlakuan buruk yg begini di negeri orang. Mbak staf CS yg baik hati, kasihan melihat saya, lalu dia tunjuk ada penginapan semacam wisma di depan hotel mereka, namanya Riwana hotel, dia bantu saya cek masih ada kamar kosong, lalu saya bawa mama saya menyeberang ke depan dan menginap di hotel Riwana. Jadi sebenarnya saya tidak pernah menginap di hotel Travelodge ini sama sekali. Saya sangat kecewa akan sikap management hotel Travelodge yanag sangat BURUK ini. Selama saya berada 13 hari di malaysia membawa ibu saya melakukan operasi mata di sini, semua org yg saya temui di sini baik dan ramah, helpful , baik suku Malay, chinese maupun india. Hanya di Travelodge saya melihat sisi buruknya manusia yg egois.

- karin (5/5): - Die Lage. Fruehstuecksangebot war ok. Im Zimmer hat es sehr stark nach Rauch gerochen. Unbedingte Info beim Buchen, ob es ein Raucherzimmer ist bzw. Option fuer Nichtraucherzimmer. Die Duschkabine war an den Silikonfugen stark verschlimmert. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass es ist nicht richtig sauber war. Sehr beengt mit der Toilette und Waschbecken. Zimmer war sehr klein und beengt. Air condition sehr laut. Insgesamter Eindruck: eher in die Jahre gekommen, vernachlässigt.

The hotel is located right in the centre of activities. Room is truly budget hotel, mineral waters and electric kettle, in-room safe and fridge available. Sufficient wall sockets and usb charging point. The toilet bowl is situated in a tight corner, not enough leg room for tall person. The balcony has only one chair and one table. Room door hinges was squeaky and noisy. DND light not working for my room.

- Joe (4/5): Lacking some basic amenities - Great location, near to Chinatown and MRT station. The whole property upstairs felt like it was in need of decorating/ was being left to neglect. There was no hot water in our room, and basic amenities were missing (no soap in the bathroom). The pillows were also very thick and really hard, I woke up with neck pain and slept without one the rest of the night.

- YAP (7/5): The stay is good . Location is good. - The location is good as it just right at the MRT and LRT interchange. Also is Pasar Seni centre which easy to get good food. The room is good is clean. Overall is a good stay. The price is good also. The pillows is a bit hard. Since is ECO-saving , we need to wait for room service for drinking water and toiletries instead of sending to the rooms. So if staying more then two days instead of auto cleaning must request due to new Eco saving ruling.The air-cond is not that cooling Room 211 or due to weather too hot , not sure. Should check.

Angemessen für eine Nacht, gute Lage um am Abend nochmal raus zu gehen, Bett bequem und insgesamt saubere Zimmer. Länger wäre vor allem durch die Zimmergröße bedingt nicht gut gewesen. Sehr freundliches Personal! Bad: die Toilette ist so eng eingebaut, dass sie für größere Menschen wirklich schwer zu benutzen ist Laundry: alle Waschmaschinen waren geschlossen… Frühstück: ich habe lieber verzichtet, das sah nicht appetitlich und wirklich nicht sauber aus

Just a few walks away from Central Market and also very near the Pasar Seni MRT so getting around the city is easy. The room was a bit off, like not really quite maintained. It's clean but seems like it could be better. The bathroom as well was a bit cramped for us. But the hotel is budget so shouldn't really put too high of an expectation on it. Overall the stay is good.

- michael_chong_sg (8/5): Affordable but not fantastic - Very affordable and pleasant. Basic amenities so meet our needs. However this meant that we had to live with only 1 toilet roll and we had to manually ask for more. Making up room is not everyday so this meant you had to again manually ask for a cleanup if you need one urgently. I would have given 5 stars instead of 4 if these basic amenities were given without asking. I would come again because the location is fantastic. Next to the metro train and bus station but not first choice.

- Irena (7/5): - Hotel ima odlično lokacijo pri Central market in Pasar Seni ter Merdeka Square. Problem je čistoča, ker se smeti ne odnašajo vsak dan, kompletno čiščenje je vsak 5. Dan. Če si potreboval npr. Toaletni papir ali sveže brisače ali da ti odnesejo smeti, si moral to zaprositi. Nato so ti prijazno izvedli zahtevano. Zajtrk je zelo osnoven, ob 6.30 uri ni vedno pripravljen, ob 9.30 določena hrana že zmanjka in moraš zaprositi. Restavracija ni najbolj čista.

The breakfast should be upgraded. No change of food and few alternatives. Look to Travelodge Bangkok which is far better.
- Stephen (2/5): Will not risk staying with this brand again. - Saw a rat come out of the kitchen during breakfast, the serving staff noticed it as well and appeared not fussed. The AC in the room sounded like a jet taking off. Bathroom was i credibly narrow making the toilet almost un usable.
