• Emmy (8/5): The staff make the stay unforgettable! - Hotel staff were super attentive - probably the best service I’ve ever had in a hotel, when we asked to switch rooms due to noise it was sorted ASAP; nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and well decorated, felt really homely. Very easy to get around via Metro and only 20 mins by car from the airport. Some of the apartment could do with a lick of paint or freshen up (paint scuffs etc).

In the room, we were provided with a lot of treats: wines, champagne, sodas, snacks etc. The Isabella’s restaurant in the hotel is a fine Italian restaurant. The lift was a little old but worked fine.

Clairement le logement était très bien, mais je pense, comme c'est la coutume, il y a eu un gonflement des prix lié à la présence du GP Barcelone et de l'Hirox Barcelone... J'ai trouvé cher de payer 600 euros, taxes de tourisme comprises pour ce type de logement...

• Laura (10/5): - Isabella's House was a wonderful find. It was charming and although not in the center of things, was convenient to public translation. The apartment itself was warm and inviting, well equipped, quiet and suited is well. Although we didn't expect z Isabella's House to be located as far away as it was, we were able to see more of the surrounding neighborhoods by taking a nearby bus.

• Marianne (9/5): - Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises en arrivant le matin afin de visiter la ville les mains libres. Tous les matins, du thé, café et fruits sont disponibles dans le lobby. Les lits sont très confortables et le quartier est calme. La salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et une meilleure conception : l'ouverture du robinet du lavabo est gêné par la glace, et manque d'aération. Il ne faut pas oublier d'apporter des torchons si l'on fait à manger, car si le produit vaisselle et l'éponge sont fournis il n'y a rien pour essuyer

• Fani (10/5): Toll geeignet für einen Städteurlaub! - Wir waren im obersten Stockwerk und hatten eine Veranda mit Blick über die Stadt. Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit zwei vollwertigen Zimmern und einer kleinen Küche. Zwei Bäder, so dass es keinen Engpass gab! Für vier Personen ideal!
• Mafalda (8/5): Estadia curta - Isolamento sonoro é muito bom (vidros duplos) e também tem AC nas principais divisões, o que apesar de não termos ido numa altura particularmente quente é perceptível que o alojamento é quente. Cuidado de deixarem pack de boas vindas de PA, café disponível no lounge todos os dias e rebuçados/doces para os hóspedes. Também sinalizaram o Sant Jordi deixando um rosa no alojamento, no geral gostamos muito. O aspeto menos positivo, a água quente ser por cilindro o que exigia uma melhor gestão da água, em particular num alojamento com 4 adultos, mas fazível.

• Maria (9/5): Το κατάλυμα έχει έναν πολύ όμορφο vintage χαρακτήρα και αυτό που μας άρεσε περισσότερο ήταν ότι είναι διχωρο και πολύ άν - Ο πολύ άνετος, διχωρος χώρος (σαλόνι, κουζίνα, μπάνιο και ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο), που το έκανε ιδανικό για χαλαρή διαμονή. Επίσης, το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό — πολύ ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι και άμεσα εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Λόγω του vintage στυλ και των παλαιότερων επίπλων, υπήρχαν κάποια σημάδια χρήσης (π.χ. λεκέδες στους καναπέδες και λίγη σκόνη), κάτι που επηρεάζει ελαφρώς την αίσθηση καθαριότητας.

• helene (7/5): Great location and lovely staff! - I noticed fresh fruit and good coffee in the cozy lobby area, but not breakfast. We did have a lovely Italian dinner at the main restaurant though. Spoke with reception about the poor wifi and the hotel is aware of it. It has to be improved to allow for Zoom conferences and the like.

Se nota que se ha querido aprovechar elementos de la decoración anterior e integrarla con la nueva. Lo han hecho con mucha gracia. La ubicación perfecta. Los miniapartamentos están equipados con cocina totalmente equipadas (que no use). El tamaño era perfecto para 1-2 personas. La ubicación y la zona muy buenos.

• Carlos Alves Braga (9/5): Muy buena experiencia en una zona tranquila de Barcelona - El servicio fue uno de los puntos más destacados: el personal es muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual realmente marca la diferencia. También me gustó mucho el detalle de la recepción, donde siempre hay tés disponibles para los huéspedes, creando un ambiente acogedor desde la llegada. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de Turó Park, en una zona tranquila y segura, ideal tanto para descansar como para moverse por la ciudad con facilidad. Eché en falta la opción de desayuno. Aunque el hotel cuenta con restaurante, sería muy conveniente que ofrecieran esta opción a los huéspedes, ya sea incluida o como servicio adicional. Otro aspecto a considerar es la decoración de las habitaciones. En las fotos parece atractiva, pero en la práctica, los colores muy oscuros (en mi caso, una habitación roja) pueden resultar algo cansados después de varios días. Puede generar fatiga visual y cierta sensación de incomodidad en estancias más largas.
• Felix (9/5): Dieses Hotel hat einen außergewöhnlichen Stil und ist ein toller Ort, um Barcelona zu entdecken. - Das Hotel liegt in einem eher ruhigen und gehobenen Wohnviertel Barcelonas. Von hier kommt man mit der U‑Bahn schnell zu Barcelonas Sehenswürdigkeiten. Von der Carrer de Ganduxer ist es auch nicht weit zum benachbarten Viertel Gràcia. Ein toller Ort, um diese schöne und spannende Stadt zu entdecken.
• Vincenzo (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - La camera in realtà era un mini appartamento molto ben arredato con una zona soggiorno con tv grande, tavolo con 4 sedie e divano, due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli, un bagno con vasca/doccia e una cucina con tutto l'indispensabile. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, volendo era possibile far pulire l'appartamento ogni giorno e farsi cambiare gli asciugamani. Non so dare un giudizio sulla posizione e sulla vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la vicinanza ad un posto specifico di nostro interesse, quindi abbiamo girato davvero poco la città e quel poco tramite taxi, quindi rimando ad altre recensioni per quanto riguarda la posizione. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa e non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante che si trova al piano terra con tavolini anche all'esterno. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni mini market e un panificio dove la mattina prendevamo cornetti e cappuccini. Complessivamente l'esperienza è stata molto positiva e in linea con le nostre aspettative. L'illuminazione era davvero molto scarsa, per migliorarla basterebbe mettere delle luci bianche anzichè quelle che ci sono perchè illuminano davvero molto poco e fanno sembrare l'alloggio più piccolo di quello che è.

• Rapuano (8/5): un’esperienza davvero molto positiva. - Ho soggiornato per 4 notti presso Isabella's House e nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero molto positiva. La struttura è composta da appartamenti e il nostro bilocale era molto carino, curato nell’arredamento e ben organizzato negli spazi, il che lo ha reso particolarmente confortevole durante tutto il soggiorno. Uno degli aspetti che ci ha colpito di più è stata sicuramente la posizione: il quartiere è bellissimo, tranquillo e frequentato da persone di un certo livello. Inoltre, è ben collegato al centro città: con l’autobus si arriva in circa 15 minuti, anche se noi abbiamo spesso scelto di muoverci a piedi per goderci al meglio ogni angolo di Barcellona. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo aspetto migliorabile, riguarda la pulizia: in generale buona, ma non impeccabile. In particolare, la cucina risultava meno curata rispetto alle altre stanze e la piastra a induzione presentava qualche problema di funzionamento. Anche le tende, in velluto rosso, erano leggermente impolverate. Nel complesso, però, siamo state davvero molto bene e torneremmo sicuramente. Con un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia, sarebbe davvero perfetto. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo aspetto migliorabile, riguarda la pulizia: in generale buona, ma non impeccabile. In particolare, la cucina risultava meno curata rispetto alle altre stanze e la piastra a induzione presentava qualche problema di funzionamento. • Yushan (9/5): - The location is about 15-20 minutes from the city center， it's a very quiet and comfortable area. The apartment was also very beautiful and fully equipped, an ideal choice for group trip. The water tank supply was insufficient, which could lead to a shortage of hot water if most people took turns showering. The bathroom light bulb also broke down one day… but customer service responded promptly and offered a solution eventually.

A few small things: bathroom mirror is so low that it stops the tap from fully functioning. The door of the safe is in a awkard position, lights are not bright in the living room for reading.

• elvina (8/5): Très bon spot dans un quartier local mais proche du centre en métro ! - La proximité du centre ! 20mn de tout avec l’arrêt de métro La bonanova à 5mn à pied. Et être au coeur d’un quartier très locale c’est super Les plaques de la cuisine. On a eu du mal à les faire fonctionner correctement on ne voyait plus les chiffres et elle s’arrêtait. Le bruit des voisins c’est pas beaucoup insonorisé entre étages et côté mur salle de bain
