• John (8/5): - Nice apartment. Reception could provide a buggy to room from reception to help with hilly climb.
• David (8/5): Pleasant experience, with wonderful sea views. - Ground floor and layout with excellent walk in shower. Sea view . Very, very stressful accessing the apartment in the dark, although the office explained their instructions the next day! Unknown to me was the key fob for access through the security gate, as it didn’t look like an access fob. This should have been explained more clearly! I could not have gained access without someone who fortunately had knowledge of staying here before. Sadly too many steps for me. Kitchen equipment quite limited for anything other than an omelette or a sandwich.

• Zbigniew (3/5): Pobyt był udany, apartament - wielkie rozczarowanie. - Apartament był przestronny, dobra lokalizacja, wyposażenie kuchni ok. Apartament zupełnie nie odpowiadał zdjęciom ani standardowi, którego się spodziewaliśmy. Gdybyśmy wiedzieli, jak faktycznie wygląda, nigdy byśmy go nie wynajęli. Kanapa była brudna, cały wystrój przestarzały, a wentylatory w pokojach nie działały poprawnie (jeden w ogóle, a drugi kręcił się tak, że wyglądał jakby miał zaraz spaść). Hasło do WiFi nie działało – zgłosiliśmy problem, ale nie otrzymaliśmy realnej pomocy. Zamiast tego poinformowano nas, że jeśli problem okaże się „z naszej winy”, to my poniesiemy koszty ekipy technicznej. Co więcej, wiadomości o WiFi przychodziły do nas nawet po wyjeździe. Dwukrotnie prosiliśmy o zmianę apartamentu, ale pani w recepcji stwierdziła, że nie ma takiej możliwości. Pokazaliśmy jej zdjęcia apartamentu, który zarezerwowaliśmy, i tego, w którym nas ulokowano – przyznała nam rację, że faktycznie wygląda to słabo. Nawet kwiaty na balkonie były zaniedbane, a u sąsiada, w tym samym resorcie, zadbane i w dobrym stanie. Stan czystości również był fatalny: kratka wentylacyjna w łazience była bardzo zabrudzona, deska do prasowania dziurawa i w takim stanie, że bez podkładania ręcznika nie dało się jej używać. Na zasłonach był kurz. Ogólnie miejsce nie spełniało standardów przedstawionych w ofercie.

• Junior (10/5): All the must haves with lots of extras. Very good resort. - Very good apartment and super equipped. If you like to cook it’s perfect. The decoration also very beautiful. Very comfortable apartment with air conditioning in all areas. Check in and check out ours.

Los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien y son silenciosos El sofá un poco incómodo, me imagino que al ser sofá-cama la comodidad no es su fuerte

• Aniek (8/5): Erg genoten! - Het was een ruim appartement, erg schoon, met een ontzettend groot balkon met heel mooi uitzicht. Het enige nadeel was dat er snel een rioollucht ontstond in de badkamer en dat de airco unit op het balkon heel veel lawaai maakt als de airco aanstaat.

• Denise Dax (8/5): Dejlig lejlighed i hyggelig by :-) - Stor lejlighed med dejlig altan og vi var heldige at få havudsigt. Der manglede blæser i alle rum når det er højsæson og der ikke er aircondition. Det var virkelig varmt :-)

Cuidado porque una semana después me hacen un cargo en mi tarjeta por supuestos desperfectos realizados por mi, totalmente incierto, lo dicho el apartamento necesita una reforma

• bannon (7/5): Miraflores Resort - Lovely area depends on where you are in miraflores could be a bit hilly and might need a car. A bit hilly and reception closes at 6.if you are getting a taxi to reception tell taxi to wait for you while you collect keys or you could have a long walk

• Sophie (7/5): Was location & nice property, just a shame about the construction going on next door. - The view from balcony was lovely and the space was a good size with a small kitchen. The TV had English channels on which was handy to have. The location was perfect for where I needed to stay. The property came with only a half used toilet roll it would have been nice to just have a full roll or a spare. Baring in mind the time of year is still not summer there was no duvet or thicker blanket for the bed meaning at night it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep. The neighbours next door were having construction works the whole time I was there & were banging and making drilling noises from 9am onwards meaning I never got to sleep in or relax and work from the balcony as the noise was unbearable. I did complain to reception and they said they would inform the community. For that reason I had to stay out all day of the apartment & I didn’t use the pool.

• Debbie (8/5): heerlijk verblijf in een net en lux appartement - aanwijzingen en plattegrond om het apartement te vinden als je na sluiting van de receptie de sleutels uit in kluisje haalt kunnen beter. voor ons was plattegrond onduidelijk waardoor we het in eerste niet konden vinden. aanwijzingen vwb uitzetten alarm was niet duidelijk voor ons waardoor alarm diverse keren afging toen we eenmaal binnen waren. na kwartiertje kwam gelukkig iemand van de security.

• Annabelle (9/5): super !! on reviendra - propreté idéalement placé très bien équipé il manque juste un lave vaisselle mais ce n est pas gênant la salle de bain est très fonctionnel nombreux rangements dans l appartement très belle décoration appartement très propre le manque d insonorisation on entendait le voisin ronflait !!!
