- Cornelis (7/5): Wie niet tegen traplopen kan moet hier niet een kamer boeken. - Dit hotel heeft geen liften en een groot deel van de kamers is alleen te bereiken via een wenteltrap. De kamerhoogte is ruim zeven meter wat de klim aanzienlijk langer maakt dan een gewone trap naar de eerste, tweede of derde verdieping. Wie slecht ter been, hartklachten of anderszins niet in orde is, kan hier beter wegblijven. Kamers zijn keurig verzorgd met goede bedden en heel rustig gelegen wat in Rome een groot voordeel is. Buurt is superleuk en ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Bij inchecken bleek airco veel lawaai te maken. Ik heb uiteindelijk in drie verschillende kamers geslapen voor drie nachten omdat het hotel telkens bijna volgeboekt was. Is netjes opgelost na wat heen en weer gepraat.

Rooms - first room was noisy due to located on street side and near the main staircase of hotel. Toilet did not flush completely. Room was extremely dusty & strong smell of mold which is not good for allergies. AC didn’t work well. We were able to switch rooms after the 1st night and it was an improvement quieter, nicer bathroom & better AC.

- Jenn.jennijenn (3/5): A éviter - L'accueil. L'emplacement est parfait et je vous conseille le petit restaurant à côté de l'hôtel typique de l'italie. L'hôtel a aucune isolation. Nous entendions nos voisins de chambre comme ci ils étaient avec nous. De plus l'homme de ménage a mis la musique a 7h du matin et tire les meubles. Impossible de ce reposer dans cet hôtel. Nous avons du réclamer du gel douche car il ne nous le remplace pas. Il y a seulement 3 prises électriques dans la chambre, 2 pour les lampes de chevet et une au bureau, c'est compliqué pour recharger les téléphones quand nous sommes 2 dans la chambre.

Le petit déjeuner est servi sur un plateau et il n’y a qu’une seule chaise pour s’asseoir. Prendre le petit déjeuner dans un café car ce qui est servi n’est pas très bon.

Chambre avec petit balcon terrasse très apprécié, lit confortable Le gros manque d'insonorisation. Au 1er étage on entendait tout dans le couloir et surtout la canalisation d'eau (toilettes et douches) des chambres du dessus passe dans cette chambre. Petit déjeuner très sommaire...pour une chambre Deluxe pas top. Je conseille de demander les chambres les plus élevées

- Veerle (10/5): Het was een fantastisch verblijf - Zeer vriendelijk personeel Locatie zeer goed en rustig Trappen moet je zeker rekening mee houden , zeker na een hele dag stappen kan dit zwaar zijn . Je weet natuurlijk op voorhand dat er geen lift is dus je bent gewaarschuwd.

- Hudynne Helena (9/5): - A localização é maravilhosa! Muitos bares, restaurantes e docerias ao redor, funcionando até tarde e com bastante gente na rua. Também tem comércio próximo que atende muito bem. A localização funciona muito bem para qualquer passeio em Roma, lembrando que a cidade exige muitas rotas a pé pois muitos carros não entram nas vias antigas (além de sair muito caro andar de uber ou táxi). Se precisar de táxi, tem um ponto próximo que sempre tem muitos motoristas - o táxi no geral é mais barato que o Uber porque a Uber só funciona na modalidade black lá. Se você procura uma localização com agitação, segurança e apoio ao turista, o local é ótimo. Não só é fácil para chegar aos pontos do centro como também é fácil para ir ao Vaticano ou o Trastevere. Não tem uma área/ambiente de café da manhã no prédio. O café e é servido diretamente no quarto, todos os dias, de acordo com o que as pessoas pedem. Pode parecer ruim para algumas pessoas mas na verdade isso é bem confortável e prático. Eles entregam o café todos os dias exatamente na hora que você combinou e acaba sendo uma comodidade para tomar o café no quarto enquanto se arruma para o dia de passeio. O hotel é simples, não tem recepção 24horas nem instalações gerais de apoio, mas os funcionários são extremamente gentis e solícitos. Eles deram recomendações, ajudaram em todos os momentos que precisamos e tiveram muita paciência conosco quando não sabíamos falar algo em italiano ou inglês. Limpeza impecável também. É um prédio antigo mas muito bem conservado, não tem elevadores mas para nossa sorte nós ficamos no térreo (talvez algumas pessoas não gostassem disso).

- Michelle (3/5): I would NOT recommend staying here. - The location is very good Our room had no hot water and when we asked the attendant to fix it, she said we can 'shower in the morning' after a technician came. This wasn't good enough so we asked to move rooms but she had us shower only in another room - then she finally allowed us to move to a new room - we had to move all our stuff with soaking wet hair and I almost slipped in the hallway. The walls and ceiling were paper thin and the room next to us had an amourous and VERY loud couple next door - we heard everything, and then the room upstairs had loud people (not obnoxious, but it kept us awake).

- Babs711 (9/5): Entzückendes Haus inmitten eines lebendigen Quartiers - Entzückende Unterkunft in mitten eines lebendigen Quartiers mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum schlendern und essen und verweilen. Das Hotel selber überzeugt durch seine besondere Bauweise, ein altes römisches Stadthaus. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber für eine Städtereise ausreichend. Der Balkon ist ein kleines Highlight. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wird zur gewünschten Zeit aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Dica: o restaurante La Zozzone (que está ao lado) é frequentado por locais e é maravilhoso! Tamanho do box - muito pequeno (mas chuveiro quente) A falta de armários prejudica ter que abrir malas todos os dias. Nós que ficamos mais de uma semana sentimos falta pra organizar melhor. (Não precisamos de ar condicionado, mas quem precisar é pago à parte!)
- Evelyn (9/5): Heel leuk adresje - Zeer goede ligging, op 50 meter van het piazza Navona. Al het personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt werd op de kamer geserveerd, je kon de dag voordien aanduiden wat je graag wilde eten, deze opties waren redelijk basic, maar voldoende. Wij zouden het hotel zeker aanbevelen. Er is geen lift, als je veel baggage hebt dan kan dit wel tegenvallen.

Minutes from Piazza Navona. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was a typical old building, big stone circular staircase; bed was comfortable, room tidied daily. Shower/bath very basic. Room was basic. Breakfast delivered to room so no central meeting point/lounge area. However, breakfast choice was good and it was quite nice to have in the room. Not a hotel to stay in if there’s a group of you.

- Anaïs (2/5): Inadapté, aucun réajustement de la part de l’hôtel - Réservation faites en octobre 2025. Je reçois un mail le 11 mars soit 1 semaine avant notre arrivée pour me dire que la chambre est en travaux, et que nous logerons dans un appartement privé de 55m2 à proximité de l’hôtel. Nous voilà donc à nous traîner les valises pour aller sur un autre lieu. Nous apprenons qu’il n’y aura donc pas de petit déjeuner, et qu’on nous fait donc la fleur de nous offrir la taxe de séjour d’une journée à savoir 10€. Appartement privé : 0 chauffage dans tout l’appartement (4 degrés la nuit), évidemment pas de chauffage non plus dans la salle de bain. Pas d’eau chaude à la douche. En plus du désagrément de devoir se déplacer (car nous avions ensuite un séjour au même hôtel pour 3 nuits), nous avons passés une nuit congelés, sans eau chaude. Après explications des problèmes à l’hôtel : on nous offre un jour supplémentaire de taxe de séjour à savoir 10€. Geste commercial inadaptée, personnel n’a pas du tout réagit au problème, très très décevant!!!!!!! Pas d’eau chaude, pas de chauffage!!! 4 degrés dehors la nuit!!!

- ANDREA (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome ❤️ - Very nice wellcome at reception, nice room and really excellent breakfast- you can choose whatever you wish and the breakfast is served into your room at agreed time. I was leaving in early morning and it was possible to get breakfast in the evening prior to check-out- really unique service ❤️The room was quiet and good for sleep. Nice quite spacious bathroom.

- Nathalie (9/5): Très bon séjour. Hotel bien situé, propre, ch. spacieuse, personnel au top /organisation et accueil - Emplacement dans le vieux Rome donc à quelques mètres de la Piazza Navona. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Immeuble ancien mais sain. Escalier monumental 🥰. Chambre spacieuse. Accueil agréable et de grande aide. Bon petit déjeuner, produits frais et servi chaud. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une jolie petite salle de restauration pour le petit déjeuner.

- Julianne (8/5): Conviene location and decent for what you pay. - Great location and very quiet. Cool old staircase. Romes are simple but have that old Roman look and are nice. I didn’t like that I thought there was a breakfast area. In the photos online it seemed like you could eat on a terrace but that isn’t so unless you have a room with a terrace. The only option is to eat breakfast in our room which would not be a pleasant experience. I live eating breakfast at my hotel so this was very disappointing. Probably my fault for not reading and only looking at the pictures.

- Carlo (9/5): Ottima posizione! - La struttura è in una posizione perfetta, a due passi da Piazza Navona, per raggiungere sia a piedi che con i mezzi qualsiasi punto d’interesse. Anche il parcheggio dei taxi è molto vicino. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile in tutto. La camera pulita, anche se con il bagno molto datato. La location è un poco monacale, sembrava la cella di un monastero. Tutto austero in legno massiccio e molto piccola, ma sufficiente per un breve soggiorno. La colazione viene servita direttamente in camera all’ora richiesta. Le scale per accedere alle stanze sono a chiocciola e molto lunghe e senza ascensore, e sono un problema se, come me che ho una certa età e senza molta forza fisica, viaggia con un bagaglio pesante perché Roma è solo una tappa di passaggio. A salire è stato un dramma a scendere ho dovuto chiedere aiuto.

E' sempre ok. Non ho nulla da criticare. Segnalo che non è adatto se si ha problema di mobilità: non c'è ascensore. Per il resto è ok!
