Je prends le soin de savoir a lavance si la piscine sera chauffée durant mon sejour on me dit que oui mais pendant mes 9 jours pas une seule fois la piscine était chauffée ! Je demande un lit double on me donne 2 lits simples ! Un des réceptionnistes est horrible, ne répond pas au bonjour, ne daigne meme pas vous regarder, tire la tronche a chaque fois ! Le menage loool la femme de ménage fait juste le lit et encore meme la cest pas top ! Isolation deguelasse ! On entend tout de chez le voisin meme quand il branche son chargeur ! Dernier jour a 3h du mat une famille qui est rentré du reveillon qui a fait un carnage et m'a réveiller quand jai taper sur le mur ils ont retapé plus fort en rigolant ! Ils mont mis au 6eme etage, au dessus cest le dernier etage des cuisines petir dejeuner a 7h on entend les tables et les chaises qui frottent le sol des 6h30, obliger de m'endormir avec mes écouteurs pour ne pas être réveillé ! Les mouettes qui clc de bon matin aussi ! Meme pas de terrasse pour profiter ! Ah Horrible Horrible le pire séjour de ma vie !
• Stamen (6/5): - We have stayed at this hotel several times through booking. We haven't had any problems. The last time I was in Istanbul, I needed an extra night and decided to go straight to the reception in the morning. both receptions were middle aged men and not friendly. They asked us for more money than usual. One gentleman didn't even bother to look that I was handing him the money and continued looking at his phone. Then I booked in hotels.com. The other receptionis - was elderly made gentleman us wait after 2pm. even though the hotel was half empty. He didn't stop talking on the phone and dropped us the room keys. The bathroom was not cleaned well. II've been visiting Istanbul for 30 years, but I've never been treated like this by the staff

• Christian (10/5): - Nettigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Das Zimmermädchen absolut nett. Die größte der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Der Blick auf den Hinterhof ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Dusche ist ziemlich klein. Die Umgebung ist ein wenig naja. Bei top Hotel

• Verified traveler (2/5): No spa, no manners,no way - This hotel markets itself as having a spa with sauna and Turkish bath. Not true. During our two days first it was closed because it was Monday, then just because... only the cold and miniscule pool was open. When i raised this with the manager he repeatedly called me a bad person and said that because I am so rich (??) I should not complain. The rooms are stuffy, with wall-to-wall carpets that have not been cleaned for ages and the check-in confusing with us being herded back and forth between their different buildings. The location is great but there are many hotels in the area where you get what is marketed and won't be called names.
• Bushra (8/5): Fantastic Staff - Fantastic and helpful staff. Selim and everyone else who worked there were very nice. The pool was cold and therefore many people did not use it.

• BEATRICE ANNE (8/5): - Accueil sympathique par le réceptionniste qui a toujours répondu à nos questions avec sourire et dévouement. Hôtel propre mais un peu bruyant... Situé à quelques minutes de l'arrêt de tram way et à 2 pas des taxis.
• Murat (10/5): Jackie Murat - Ich habe 3 Nächte in diese Hotel Übernachten, Standort vom Hotel ist wunderbar. Mann kann jede Richtung mit S Bahn , U Bahn , Buss in jede Richtung fahren. Service bestens, die Mitarbeiter von Hotel sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Besonders sind Emfang Caner und Ahmet sehr nett. Frühstück Bereich Ezgi.. Ich danke an allen für die nette Gäste und Freundlichkeit. The Showmaster Jackie Murat..
• Bradley (4/5): - Micro rooms, rooms are old and super small! Breakfast are terrible with tasteless food, mattresses are rock solid and small, pillows are horrible also. I don’t recommend and won’t stay there again. Pool are super cold as well. Staff overprice taxi when order with them, don’t ask them to order a taxi!!!

However the room was much smaller than advertised and the room that we got was not like the pictures on the site. On the site I booked 210 square feet room but it was almost 100 square feet room. There are two Grand Unal hotels side by side; 8 and 7 stories. We were admitted to the 8 story hotel and I think the room pictures are related to the 7 story hotel.

Wellness részlegben kipihenheti a turista a napi gyaloglás fáradalmait (szauna, torok fürdő, medence) Örülök hogy erre a hitelre esett a választásunk

• Tahar (8/5): - Clean hotel high recommend.. Everything is good all stuff are nice and polite. Actually there is no gym only 1 treadmill weak a bit.. Leak of materials is not as like mentioned there is gym. Otherwise everything is fine.
• edwige (2/5): Inadmissible - C'est la première fois que nous nous retrouvons dans cette situation. Nous avons réservé cet hotel du 2 au 4 aout. Notre avion arrivant à 3h du matin le 3, nous avons prévenu par mail que nous arriverions dans la nuit. Ils n ont pas lu le mail et nous ont annulé la reservation pour les 2 nuits. A l accueil la personne d abord pas aimable nous dit que l hotel est complet. Puis quand elle voit le ma nous dit gentillement d attendre le manager Il est 5h30. On attend il arrive, la personne le met au courant mais il ne vient pas nous voir. A 7h45 on va le voir, on apprend que c est lui le manager. Il nous dit que la reservation a été annulée car nous n avions pas payé avant alors que c etait noté paiement à l etablissement. Il a été odieux, agressif, menteur... la chance c est que nous avons changer de CB et qu il n a pas pu prelever la 1ere nuit, sinon nous aurions tout perdu alors qu ils ont commis une grosse erreur. Nous ne RECOMMANDONS PAS

• awees (10/5): - Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt!! Vielen Dank für alles besonders Osman,Ahmed und Destan waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt, in der Nähe von Shops, Restaurante und öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Zimmer war bequem, sauber.

• Marya (8/5): Overall ok. - The overall stay was good. The manager at the breakfast room was so unprofessional and used to treat children very meanly. No kettle in the rooms and when asked for one the said because of covid they cannot provide one. In my opinion providing kettle in the room has nothing to do with covid. The hotel is not child friendly at all so if you have young children I would say try to find something else. The swimming pool was closed on Saturday and Sunday due to cleaning, I would assume they are supposed to clean it during the nights.

• Mustafa (6/5): Dommage - Parking et services annoncés inexistants. Piscine minuscule digne d'un jardin. Équipé très accueillante malgré tous. Pas de SPA comme prévu. Obligé d'aller à l'hôtel à côté. Chambre ne correspond pas aux photos.
• Karin (6/5): - Locatie is goed. Leuke buurt. Inchecken was makelijk en snel. Ontbijt eentonig. Personeel spreekt geen engels. Alleen sommige beneden bij receptie. Zwembad klein en ijskoud. Kinderen raken onderkoelt. Sauna werkt niet altijd. Bedden worden opgemaakt maar niet verschoond. Veel van de handoeken worden gewoon weer opnieuw in de badkamer gehangen in plaats van het te vervangen. Mijn zoon had bloedneus en kwam wat bloed aan zijn handdoek. Deze handdoek is gewoon weer opgehangen in de badkamer. Alleen daardoor kwam ik er achter. Dus let goed op. Wij waren met ons vieren en achter elkaar zijn wij ziek geworden. Wij dachten dat dat door het zwembadwater kwam. Maar de laatste 2 dagen stonk het water dat uit de wastafelkraan en de douche kwam naar rioolwater. Het was viezer om te douchen dan niet te douchen ondanks de hitte buiten. Ik denk dan ook dat wij door het douche water van het hotel ziek zijn geworden. Ik was zelfs zo erg ziek dat ik veel moest braken en daarbij flauw viel. Mijn kinderen zijn in paniek hulp gaan vragen aan een medewerker. Die zij wij gaan iemand halen. Maar de hulp is nooit meer gekomen. Gelukkig kwam ik weer goed bij na een paar minuten en waren de kids weer opgelucht. Maar niemand verder die er nog naar vroeg of wat dan ook.

• Becca (8/5): In guter Lage, Anschluss zur Subway in der Nähe - War ein reiner Städtetrip. Sightseeing, Shoppen, gutes Essen, Familie treffen. Wir waren auf der europäischen Seite in der Altstadt. Istanbul ist eine offene Stadt. An jeder Ecke findet man ein Cafe oder Restaurant oder einen Shop in der Altstadt. Mit Menschen kommt man leicht ins Gespräch, wenn man türkisch oder Arabisch kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Man braucht Zeit, um die Stadt auf sich wirken zu lassen.
