Adrian (9/5): Great location for our Istanbul trip - Hotel is well positioned, within 20-30 min walking distance of Great Bazaar or Hagia Sophia. Very close as well to T1 tram line or metro station. Room was spacious and the beds very confortable. Breakfast was also good. Room and bathroom had small imperfections for the furniture but it was purely esthetic.

На 5ом этаже терраса-зал для завтрака очень светлая и было приятно там завтракать по утрам. Расположение отеля просто супер. Рядом и метро и трамвай, и пешком можно пройтись до достопримечательностей. Соответствует по соотношению цена-качество. Советую 👍🏻

Very nice personal. Hotel reception ordered for me taxi for better price than available via Bitaksi or Uber. Breakfast is same every day .
Tomas (6/5): 5/10 - This hotel has great location. And out housekeeper was very sweet and kind. The hotel has great potential, but it urgently needs a renovation to reach its full standard. The worn-out furniture and outdated equipment currently lower the overall quality of the stay. As for breakfast, I’d suggest adding more fresh fruit and perhaps reducing the number of daily options by 2 or 3 to allow for more variety during days. When staying longer, eating the same thing every day gets repetitive.

Kainat (1/5): Never again! - Nothing!! The hotel room was in an unacceptable condition: it was not cleaned, the bedding had blood stains, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Additionally, there were cracks in the ceiling with water dripping through, and the explanation given by staff was unprofessional and inadequate. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

Tout était impeccable : la propreté des chambres, assurée par une femme de ménage très professionnelle et attentive, ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de très bonne qualité, ce qui a rendu chaque matin encore plus agréable. Les activités proposées par l’hôtel étaient également très intéressantes et bien organisées, ce qui a vraiment enrichi mon séjour et permis de profiter pleinement de chaque moment. Enfin, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, très pratique et bien situé, ce qui a facilité tous mes déplacements. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour. La chambre est un peu petite, mais comfortable

Schiessl (5/5): Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aber noch einmal würde ich dieses Hotel nicht besuchen. - Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, ungefähr 5-10 Minuten zum Grand Bazar und 20 Minuten bis zur Sultanahmet Moschee und Ayasofya Moschee. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Metro Station. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider werden die Bäder und das WC kaum geputzt, auch die Zimmer werden nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Direkt bei unserer Ankunft waren bereits Flecken an Kissen- oder Bettbezügen oder auch fremdes Haar zu finden, dass sollte in einer Unterkunft nicht vorkommen! Des Weiteren sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und ma kaum in den Schlaf finden, wenn im Nebenzimmer noch der Fernseher läuft.
