- Beatrix (8/5): Buena - Entorno, tranquilidad, desayuno, comodidad. Que las sábanas tenían pelos y manchas, eso me resulta muy desagradable y pasa en muchos hoteles. Deberían decirle al personal que hace las camas que lleven cuidado con esas cosas y que no las hagan a mala gana, porque se nota que tiran los cojines por ahí etc, ya que tienen motas de polvo y pelos.

- Tawana (10/5): Perfeita, valeu cada euro pago !!! - Amei o LH , funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, acomodação estava perfeita, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é maravilhoso , com muitas opções de comida, ambiente muito tranquilo para tomar o café. O fato de ter estacionamento e onde carregar carros elétricos nos ajudou muito pois o carro saiu com 100% para nossa viagem de volta. Quando voltar em Andorra com certeza irei escolher o LH novamente pois vale muito a pena!!!

- Márcio (8/5): Very good - Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room is quite spacious, with a large, very comfortable bed and great pillows that made a difference for a good night’s sleep. The shower was easily the best I’ve ever experienced — very strong with excellent water pressure. The wardrobe is also quite big, which is very useful, especially in a ski area where you tend to bring more clothes. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay. Breakfast is simple but complete, with fresh orange juice, good coffee, and eggs made to order. Another highlight was the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. On the downside, the room showed some signs of wear and lack of maintenance, such as small cracks on the floor and a few stains in the bathroom. Nothing really impacted the stay, but it could definitely be improved. The TV is also quite old, very slow, and doesn’t support the internet, which is a bit limiting. Overall, it’s a very pleasant, cosy, and nice hotel — I would stay here again.

- Yolanda (9/5): Estancia perfecta - El hotel está muy bien, buena ubicación, el baño limpio y el agua muy caliente, las camas son cómodas, café, infusiones y agua en la habitación. Hacer mención especial al equipo de trabajo que sin duda es lo mejor que tiene el hotel, desde la camarera del restaurante de la noche, recepción, el cocinero, los camareros del desayuno, todos forman un equipo excelente. Gracias La falta de smart TV me parece un atraso a estas alturas, todo y que la chica de recepción nos dijo que lo estaban empezando a poner, espero que la próxima vez que vayamos ya este instalado.
- Sergi (10/5): Estancia muy agradable en Andorra. - Nos alojamos en el NH Collection Palomé y, en general, la experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba muy bien, cómoda y limpia, y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, ideal para moverse por la zona y disfrutar del entorno. El único punto mejorable sería el parking. Tiene un coste de 15 € por día y es descubierto; por ese precio, lo lógico sería que fuera cubierto. Si el parking es al aire libre, quizá no tendría tanto sentido cobrarlo, mientras que si fuera cubierto, sería totalmente razonable pagar esos 15 €. Por lo demás, todo muy bien y la estancia fue muy agradable.

- Vitor_92 (10/5): - Everything was above expectations, really good breakfast and dinner, big drying rooms free to use, hotel was quite and haven't hear any unwanted noises. Staff was nice and friendly, would definitely book again if ever want to go back skirting in Arinsal. I don't mind paying for a secure parking, but I think €15 per night a bit of a stretch, with that said, there's free parking outside, I just couldn't use it due to the accumulated snow.

- Oscar (1/5): Experiencia lamentable - El desayuno es recomendable así como su personal. La media pensión (cena) es una tomadura de pelo, la calidad no está a la altura de lo que pagas por ello. Las bebidas no están incluidas, ni siquiera una botella de agua. La limpieza de la habitación muy justa, minibar con moho en el interior, suciedad por todos los rincones, telarañas… Estuvimos más de cuatro horas sin agua caliente en el momento de la ducha por la tarde. El personal no comunicaba cuando iba a resolverse la incidencia no propuso ninguna opción alternativa. La única compensación que tuvimos por ello fueron dos botellas de agua… Cuando menos te lo esperas te cae un chorro de agua en la terraza que viene de arriba… Las habitaciones muy poco insonorizadas, se escuchan los pasos de los vecinos. Una experiencia para nada recomendable y nada esperable de un Hotel NH Collection.

- Rupert (10/5): Great hotel for relaxing with easy access to explore the local mountains/ terrain! - Nice balcony with mountain views and a relaxing vibe within the hotel, the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay (even organised a taxi for me at very short notice). There are various places to relax within the hotel and nearby. The bathroom could do with some work being done, particularly the shower screen and internal door, as there were some water issues.

- Tomás (10/5): - The hotel is not big but it has what we need to spend a week skiing: good breakfast with good service; big locker for ski/snowboard; nice living room; and rooms with amenities. The price of the parking lot is expensive considering that only guests can park on it ($15 per night) and it is not a valet.

- Aitor (5/5): - La mayoría del personal, fue muy amable y atento. El hotel, una auténtica pasada, habitaciones amplias con muchas comodities. Tuve un incidente grave con una persona de recepeción, que no se solucionó. Llegué de trabajar a las 21:00, y le pregunté a la persona de la recepción, un hombre llamado Abdul, cuando cerraba la cocina del restaurante. Me indicó que a las 22.30. Por lo tanto, fui al gimnasio a entrenar para aprovechar ese espacio de tiempo y cenar a las 22.00. Cuando me presento en el restaurante a las 22.01, me doy cuenta de que el mismo está cerrado. A las 22.03 estoy en la recepción con Abdul y le pregunté usando un tono absolutamente neutro: -Perdona, el restaurante está cerrado ¿Ha pasado algo? A lo que él respondió: -No, el chico se ha ido. Me quedé sorprendido, ya que él mismo hacía una hora me había indicado que el restaurante cerraba a las 22.30, insistí: -Ya, pero tú me has indicado que cerraba a las 22.30. Lejos de retractarse: -Ya, pero el chico se ha ido. en este punto, yo ya estaba muy molesto, y le pregunto: -Vale, ¿pero entonces qué hago? Aquí cerca no hay nada abierto. A lo que responde: -No lo sé. Debido a ello, pedí una hoja de reclamaciones, y cuando le pedí que la firmara en nombre del responsable del hotel, se rió y dijo "no soy el responsable". Durante todo el tiempo en el que rellenaba la hoja delante de él y el resto de la estancia, no me pidió perdón ni se retractó. No quise llevarlo más allá. Al día siguiente, el responsable de recepción, una persona muy amable que estuvo muy pendiente de mi todo el viaje, me pidió perdón en nombre del hotel, y el personal del restaurante tuvo un detalle conmigo y me pidió perdón por lo sucedido. Pero su compañero Abdul no tuvo la misma consideración: a partir de ese momento me retiró el saludo, no llegó a pedir perdón ni a retractarse nunca. Es triste que tras una experiencia muy positiva por parte de todo el resto de cosas que rodearon mi estancia, esto empañe todo. Mi valoración para el resto es un 10/10. Pero debido a Abdul y su comportamiento, lo dejaremos en un 5/10.
- Guest (10/5): Repetiremos al volver! - El trato recibido fue excelente, el desayuno muy bueno y la atención de los camareros muy buena también. Nuestra habitación daba a una parte del jardín y muy contenta con las vistas y la nieve que teníamos desde ahí. .

- Juliana (6/5): Experiência desagradável e funcionários pouco resolutivos - A cama é confortável, quarto bonito, bem equipado, grande. Inicialmente nós colocaram em um quarto que não foi o que reservei, não tinha a vista prometida nas fotos do quarto que reservei, aliás não tinha absolutamente nada a ver com o que reservei e esperava que fosse. O quarto da minha reserva tinha uma janela de vidro do teto ao chão com vistas para o rio, além de 2 sacadas também com vistas para o rio e montanha. O quarto que nos colocaram tinha 2 sacadas com vista do telhado e do estacionamento e uma janela pequena com vista da montanha, mas sem vista panorâmica.

- David (9/5): Encantadora - Es un hotel moderno, las habitaciones son super chulas, estuvimos en la suite junior, que es enorme, tiene vistas al río y salida directa al jardín, la cama super amplia y cómoda, dos baños, uno con ducha y otro con bañera, muy completa. La zona del hotel super tranquila, alejada del centro, se respira tranquilidad. No cogimos el parking porque era de pago y por la zona es zona blanca y gratis de aparcamiento y siempre había sitios en la misma calle. El desayuno muy bien, tiene un poco de todo y hay varias personas pendientes de reponer para que en todo momento haya, así como los camareros, especialmente un chico portugués que nos recomendó varias rutas e ir al Lago d'Engolasters, y fuimos y super guay. También mención al chico argentino de recepción, y al chico negrito, ambos super amables y agradables. Nada, todo super bien.

- J&M (9/5): Escapada romantica en la naturaleza y con estilo - Fuimos para celebrar un fin de semana de cumpleaños y nos ha encantado el lugar. Está cerca de la naturaleza y nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación como sorpresa. Estuvimos en una habitación/suite preciosa con vistas al río y a la montaña. El restaurante muy bonito y la comida muy buena para la cena. Teníamos la media pensión, así que cada noche teníamos un menú distinto donde elegir los platos. Desayuno completo con mucha variedad y alimentos frescos. Personal muy amable y profesional. ¡Volveremos! No me surge nada ahora mismo de que no fuese bien. Tuvimos problemas en conectar la tele para ver una película por la noche, pero nada imprescindible. También que el parking fuera de pago (€15 por día), no lo vi muy bien, o por lo menos muy caro, sobre todo porque tienen el espacio justo delante para que los coches se puedan dejar allí.
