Excellent location, close to ferries, airport buses, and also not so far from the metro station. There are many bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. The property is quite outdated and clearly needs renovation. The bathroom and toilet especially require repairs and modernization, which affects overall comfort.

Много кафе, где можно вкусно перекусить. Тихий переулок. Кровати удобные, не холодно, комнаты светлые. Запах табака не почувствовали, есть номера для некурящих. Отель требует ремонта, плохо простираны полотенца. В душевой даже не стали мыться, не очень комфортные условия.

• MANG CHING (5/5): You get what you pay for - The location was fantastic. Very near to havabus line to both airport and laso metro M4 to airport. Lots of restaurants with good food. Pier for boats ride also near. Everything is 3 to 10 minutes on foot. The staff was nice. They let us checkout late without charging extra. Thank you for that. Hotel really need a good refurbishment. Everything is falling apart and need to scrub down for cleanliness.

• koorosh (2/5): not a great choice - only the location ! everything was dirty including the sheets and towels there existed marks on them indicating that they were not washed. the shower was unstable both pressure wise and most importantly temperature wise. the room was always cold , they never turned on the radiator so the temperature was low all the time. wifi : they provide you wifi but the speed is horrible (doesn't even allow you to have a stable phone call over internet). it might get cut completely at any moment for any duration and they dont care supposing its not their responsibility.

Есл - Очень удобное расположение в Кадыкёе: близко к причалу, метро, основным улицам, кафе, банкам и магазинам. Пешком можно дойти до набережной Моды. Номер был большой, светлый, с высокими потолками и балконом, из которого даже видно море. Для меня было важно наличие окна и естественного света - с этим всё отлично. В комнате было тепло: центральное отопление + кондиционер на обогрев. Горячая вода была всегда. Хорошие матрасы, удобная кровать, достаточное количество розеток. Есть чайник, стол, стулья, тумба с зеркалом и ящиками -удобно разложиться. Лифт работает исправно. В отеле тихо, соседей практически не слышно. Уборка и смена полотенец/постельного белья - по запросу. Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Отель и номера требуют ремонта. Мебель, сантехника и интерьер заметно устаревшие, создают ощущение «отеля из прошлого». Сантехника старая, без современного обновления, хотя всё исправно работает.

Прекрасное расположение, рядом причал паромов, рынок, улица баров, все крупные магазины, станция метро до аэропорта - все в 5-10 минутах ходьбы. Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. В комнате хорошее наполнение за такую цену: фен, тапочки одноразовые, тапочки для ванной, чайник. Благодарю персонал отеля за мое комфортное проживание

• Ernesto (1/5): Horrible apa - Lo único bueno de este alojamiento es su ubicación Cuando llegamos nos tocó hospedarnos es una segunda planta, el ascensor no funcionaba y no tenía pinta de ser arreglado próximamente. Todos los espacios estaban muy sucios y descuidados, concretamente nuestra habitación. Olía muchísimo a tabaco, tuvimos que dejar abierta la ventana durante todo el día pero aun así seguía oliendo. Las toallas que nos entregaron tenían manchas, pedí cambiarlas, aún así las nuevas no estaban mucho mejor. Las sábanas y el nórdico olían también olían a tabaco, no daban sensación de estar limpias. El colchón era muy incómodo, estaba hundido por el centro. Pero lo peor de todo, con diferencia, fue el baño. Estaba muy sucio, las parades manchadas, las juntas negras, la taza del WC no estaba limpia...horrible Sin duda es un lugar al que no volvería y no lo recomendaría a nadie. Mi experiencia aquí ha sido muy desagradable

• ant (3/5): Luckily I only used it to sleep - Location is near Kadikoy port and easy walking distance to everything Room is very basic and shoddy and needs upgrading to fit into 2025 bathroom is tiny you open the door and it hits the toilet , it is a £20 a night room at best .No water, no tea or coffee or cups provided even though there is a kettle. I tried the kettle which didn't work anyway.. The guy on reception was helpful and it had an elevator..location is good. Even €90 for 2 nights isn't worth the price

В шаговой доступности от пристани Кадыкёй, но на тихой цепочке. Соотношение цена качество отличное. Понравилось. Рекомендую. При включении кондиционера прошёл запах табака. Не сильный, но есть. Мне всё равно, но кому-то может быть важно.

• Dylan (5/5): - Good location in Kadikoy. Comfortable bed. Cheap and you get what you pay for. Shower was dirty, this is easily fixed with some bicarb and bleach. Unfortunate smell of cigarette smoke permeated the room throughout the night.
