Walk to sites. - FEYZA APARTMENT is great value for its accommodation and location to Blue Mosque and many sites along a restaurant and retail store road with 15 minute stroll. Can walk to Grand Bazaar, Cistern, Topaki palace, Haghia Sofia very easily in minutes. Tram 1 will take you all the way to Dolmabahce Palace . On a small hill from the main road going to Blue Mosque no more than 1/2 block. Taxis can access in front of apartment. Taxi stand right there at bottom of hill as well. No elevator but desk staff carried luggage. Apartment was nice size. Daily service to remove trash and add toilet paper. Ask if you need more cleaning./towels. Enough dishware for cooking. Wash machine in apartment. Market very near as well as convenience store. I found it a very comfortable stay for a week alone.

- Pasi (8/5): Istanbulista edullinen majoitus - Siisti, hyvällä paikalla. Tilavat huoneet. Edullinen. Läheltä löytyi hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin, jolla sai omat aamukahvit tehtyä. Jos olisi oltu pidempään niin pesukone wc/suihkuhuoneessa on hyvä. Huonojalkaiselle hissittömyys saattaa olla ongelma. Tosin alueen mäkisyys tuo saman ongelman.

El ruido no sé de donde procedía, era como si arrastrasen muebles y golpeasen paredes o suelo. Ni una silla, solo una mesita muy pequeña de salón. El radiador para secar la ropa tenía fuga de agua y el agua caliente de la ducha tenía poca presión y a veces se cortaba por un momento. El mando de la tele no funcionaba. La cama me pareció cómoda. Tercer piso sin ascensor. El personal amable.

- HIROMI (10/5): would like to stay in again. - I booked a one-bedroom apartment. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable with plenty of windows. The view from the rooftop terrace was also nice. Since I was staying for several nights, I was running low on toilet paper, and when I asked, they delivered it immediately. They also brought extra towels and took away my trash. I appreciated their thoughtfulness. If you don't have heavy luggage, the apartment is in a very convenient location, within walking distance or by tramvay (tram). As this was my first visit to Turkey, I was reassured that they responded quickly to all my questions before my stay.

Иногда были проблемы с интернетом

- Alexander A. (10/5): В центре исторической сказки. - Уютно. Рядом все достопримечательности. В апартаментах есть все, чтобы сделать свое нахождение в Стамбуле комфортным. Рядом и магазины , и кафе, рестораны в шаговой доступности. Проснулся и ты уже в историческом городе. Посуда, плита, микроволновка, холодильник, интернет wi-fi все есть . Трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт обеспечили на комфортном минибасе. Есть терраса на крыше с видом на море. И те кто пишут про крутые подъемы, как недостаток апартаментов, не правы в корне- не забывайте, что вы в Стамбуле- это горы, холмы, крутые подъемы и спуски! это его стихия и она прекрасна! Готовьтесь физически ! только движение дает жизнь и радость! Маленькое замечание к унитазу. Вода долго наполняла бачок. Но это никак не помешало нашему комфортному пребыванию. Все остальное отлично.

- Laura (9/5): - L’appartamento si trova in una buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi sia il Gran Bazar sia il quartiere di Sultanahmet sia la fermata del tram T1. Corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, era ben riscaldato e confortevole. Tutto lo staff accogliente e disponibile. Lo consiglio! Sia nella camera matrimoniale sia nel salotto (dove c’è il divano letto) c’è solo una lampada a soffitto, magari delle luci vicino al letto per leggere la sera farebbero comodo (noi per fortuna ci eravamo portati delle lampade frontali).

- Alvaro MV (9/5): Muy buena opción para visitar Estambul - La posición es muy buena, muy cerca del centro y a 4 minutos de la parada de tranvía qué te conecta con todo. La habitación era grande y amplia con calentador de agua y vasos para café. Los dueños eran muy simpáticos y nos ayudaron mucho. La habitación para 4 personas era una cama doble y 2 sofá cama de 1.20. los sofas-cama no son muy cómodos pero bien para un par de noches. La unica pega, es que solo hay escaleras para subir. Y hay 3 posibles plantas.
- Natalia (9/5): - Отдыхала в этом отеле в конце ноября. Погода была хорошая, поэтому кондиционером не пользовалась, в номере было тепло, чисто, каждый день убирали мусор. На мини кухне был необходимый минимум посуды, турка для варки кофе, моющее средство , в ванной шампуни и мыло, тапочки и полотенца, все самое необходимое для проживание есть в наличии. Когда пошел дождь, нам в отели выдали зонты, по необходимости дают утюг. Бытовые условия понравились. Недалеко от отеля есть три супермаркета и конечно же много кафе и ресторанов, так что с едой проблем нет. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, к трамваю нужно подняться в горку, но для меня это не проблема. Отдыхала с мамой 75 лет, и даже она нормально поднималась и спускалась каждый день к отелю . В день приезда меня ждали на ресепшене , все рассказали и показали . Очень хорошие впечатления остались от проживания в этом отеле, спасибо администрации и персоналу, рекомендую Таких нет

Cada mañaña limpiaban y ponía en orden el piso y cada dos días cambiaban las toallas. Cerca del alojamiento hay muchos restaurantes Nuestro piso se econtraba en la tercera planta sin ascensor. Echamos en falta una tostadora, un estropajo para la cocina y algunos productos básicos como azúcar, aceite, servilletas. En la página web de Booking salen un mix de fotos de los 7 pisos presentes en la finca. En nuestro piso (el número 6) el agua de la ducha no tenía mucha presión.

Но купить воду неподалеку не было проблемой. Вверх и вниз по улице много хороших ресторанов. Персонал отеля очень заботливый. До дворца Топкапы идти минут 10. В общем, все хорошо. Пакетики с чаем в номере есть, а воды нет.

- Lara (9/5): Апартаменты в центре по адекватной цене - Снимали 2 апартаментов на троих, на 2 этаже. Из плюсов: близко к центру, до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, рядом местные кафе, 2 супермаркета и мелкие магазинчики. В арартаментах есть кухня, стиральная машина, кондиционер (в делюксе 1, в люксе 2), в делюксе обеденный стол и 4 стула, в люксе только журнальный. Вообще люкс выглядит как полноценная квартира с коридорчиком, просторным санузлом со стиралкой и шкафчиком, есть спальня и кухня-столовая, этот вариант идеально подойдёт для пары. В делюксе кухня отдельная, за дверью, поэтому можно спокойно спать на раскладном диване в столовой и на кровати в спальне (без кондиционера). Управляющий отелем всегда на связи и быстро решал наши проблемы. Мусор выносили каждый день, а вот про смену полотенец надо напоминать. Утюга в номере нет, но его можно найти на верхней террасе. На окнах хорошие затемняющие шторы. Мне не хватило дополнительного освещения, какого-нибудь торшера для темного времени суток (на 2-3 ночи это было бы некритично, а на неделю уже напрягает). Спать приходилось в берушах, потому что шум с улицы слышен очень хорошо утром и вечером. В санузле делюкса хорошо бы добавить полочку для косметики и вешалку.

- Elisabetta (7/5): - Posizione centrale, ma scomoda da raggiungere per la pendenza delle strade. Il mezzo di trasporto pubblico più vicino è il Tram T1. Appartamento silenzioso, possibilità di utilizzare la terrazza comune per i pasti. Aria condizionata efficiente. Poca attenzione ai dettagli (tappeto macchiato, tavoletta del water e porte box doccia fissati male, assenza dei comodini in camera da letto). Nonostante una permanenza di sei notti non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani, è previsto solo lo svuotamento dei cestini.

- Jette Hussmann (7/5): - Central beliggenhed i forhold til at besøge mange seværdigheder. Lejligheden vi boede i var ren og lys (3.sal). Roligt område med næsten ingen støj om aftenen og natten. Virkelig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Du skal være forberedt på at gå ret meget op op/ned ad stejl vej for at komme hertil.

- Łukasz (10/5): Polecam! - Gospodarz bardzo miły i gościnny. Bardzo chętny do pomocy i zawsze odpowiadał na nasze pytania/prośby. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane. Okolica bardzo spokojna. Mieliśmy zapewnione bezpieczne miejsce parkingowe dla naszego auta ( za dodatkową opłatą zgodnie z ustaleniami w ofercie ). Niedaleko są sklepy i restauracje. W pobliżu są miejsca godne zwiedzania ( Błękitny Meczet, Hipodrom, Hagia Sophia, Kryty Bazar, Topkapi itd ). Można wybrać się na rejs statkiem po Cieśninie Bosfor. Pobyt był udany i będziemy mieć miłe wspomnienia. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy serdecznie:)

- MEHERAJ (10/5): Fantastic location, great little apartment - Centrally located, air conditioned, well equipped, good hot running water with, nice water pressure: a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, all walking distance . I went with my young family, found a park within 3 minutes walking, very useful for families with young children. It didn’t have an iron, but I lived and managed. It wasn’t the end of the world. It’s a nice to have. Steep walk up hill to get to the tram, but good early morning exercise!!

- Estefanía (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. A 10 minutos andando del hipódromo, en un barrio tranquilo sin ruido. Tienes cerca supermercado y un montón de restaurantes. El apartamento estaba limpio, la cocina está equipada, las camas eran cómodas. Todo bien.

- Lisa (8/5): Feyza is great value for money in a convenient location for sightseeing - The location was very convenient for walking to most major sightseeing activities plus there were plenty of restaurants/cafes within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood felt safe, even at night. There was a washing machine in the apartment which was a bonus when travelling. The manager was always available by WhatsApp to answer questions or if there was a problem. Perhaps they could add some hooks/rails for hanging in bathroom & bedroom & add small bedside tables. Kitchen is not well-stocked if you're planning to cook meals. More basic utensils are needed & it would be really helpful if basic condiments were provided like salt & pepper & cooking oil (they did provide salt).

Location is great for visiting tourist attractions but still in a residential area.

The apartment is clean and they will clean it every day if you want. The location is excellent! Everything is very close and the whole neighborhood is cute. The furniture is a bit old but it is clean and usable.

Recommended - Good location, quiet for Istanbul , Nice Host , great we could leave our bags as had a late flight . Room we had booked had some issue with guest not leaving , so had to have not yet renovated one. Apartment a bit tired and on third floor( Host carried our bags up which was great ) but very comfortable . New Furniture was nice . Good shower , hot water .Given a 12 percent discount . Near lots of restaurants and small supermarkets . Good view from top of building . Very good value for money . Stairs to third floor , noisy Frig ,door not closing properly

- Mayada (10/5): Very nice experience - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was equipped in every way and we didn't lack anything. They came to clean every day and changed the sheets and towels. The hotel is very close to the most popular tourist attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and Eminonu. You don't need to ride anything to get to these places, you can walk for 10 minutes. But the hotel is located on a slope so it was a bit difficult to walk towards the main streets. The only negative thing was the way the airport taxi driver was. First of all, he only speaks Turkish so it was very difficult to communicate with him. He was very rude unfortunately and when we arrived at the airport he started swearing in Turkish because I didn't say thank you (my sister understands a little Turkish so I understood what he said).
- Giles (9/5): Comfortable, clean and quiet in an excellent location - An excellent location (bearing in mind steep hills), about ten minutes' walk from all the main sites, in a quiet and non-tourist, unpretentious neighbourhood. Close to normal supermarkets and shops. Comfortable and clean: bins emptied daily and towels changed frequently. Good heating and hot water in cold weather, good bathroom, washing machine and adequate kitchen facilities. Perfect size and good value for two people for a longish stay. Very little to cause any problem. The apartment is a good size for two people, but would probably seem small for a larger group. The lighting is rather dim at night and would be improved by having a desk or reading light in the living room. Two of the plug sockets need repair. Kitchen was adequate, but a little basic (hob, kettle and microwave) and there could have been more kitchen implements, glassware, plates and cutlery etc.
