- Joseph (8/5): I’d stay there again. - Very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff, very convenient location. It seems to be this way in all UK hotels so I can’t blame the property-no top sheet only a duvet which gets hot and bed kinda small for 2 adults.

Stanza senza finestra ma di dimensioni piccole, pochissimo spazio tra letto e muro, bagno piccolissimo. Tv con telecomando non funzionante. Abbiamo soggiornato da venerdì sera a lunedì mattina e la camera non è mai stata pulita, ne cambio asciugamani o sistemato le lenzuola. Politica dell'hotel riportato scritto su un cartoncino che viene pulita ogni 4 giorni. Colazione discreta, non molta scelta. Abbiamo scelto l'opzione paga in struttura ma hanno prelevato i soldi sulla carta ancora prima di arrivare in hotel.

Had to open the window and it was obviously noisy. Room was also TINY for £157. Its definitely the location your paying for. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay again. The room was extremely small for the price, bed so close to the wall it’s only accessible from one side. Not a fan of having to use the same towel for my entire stay. Paid extra €50 to have breakfast included and all they offer is pastries and fruit which in my opinion wouldn’t fill anyone, also paid extra to have a window in the room and got charged extra to store our bags as we arrived earlier £3 per bag, first time I’ve ever been charged to hold my bag for a few hours. We arrived at 10am and were told our room would be ready at 12- 3 hours before intended check in but still got charged £15 to check in early even though the room was ready. Just all seemed like a money grab. Staff weren’t overly helpful either. It was okay for 2 night stay however for the price you could definitely stay somewhere with better facilities.

- ALLA (9/5): - L' hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 min a pied de kings cross. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. La literie est vraiment confortable. J' avais demandé une chambre calme et effectivement notre chambre était très calme. Elle donnait sur l'arrière des bâtiments mais malgré une circulation assez dense nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit extérieur. Il y a des prises UCB / C pour le téléphone, c'est top. Cela évite d'avoir plusieurs adaptateurs. Globalement tout était très bien. Mais il faut savoir que la bagagerie est payante ( c'est écrit sur leur site) , il n' y a qu'une seule serviette par personne et très peu de place pour ranger ses affaires. On a dû garder nos affaires dans la valise.

- Debjani (7/5): Excellent location and staff, but disappointing room facilities and maintenance. - The location was great -- very close to Kings Cross and St,Pancras Street, also there was a bustop nearby which was very convinient for us, the staff were very friendly, approachable and available 24X7.. The size of the room was weird and oddly proportioned, the handsoaps and other toiletries given by the Hotel smelled fishy (literal fishy smell)...No complimentary water, tea, coffee, or even a single glass or cup was provided in the room. Additionally the rooms were to be cleaned only on the end of 4th day and we stayed there only for 3 nights so didn't make sense for anyone to be cleaning that day...The air conditioning was inconsistent, making the room either too hot or too cold. The bathroom geyser also malfunctioned, alternating between extremely hot and freezing cold water, which was highly inconvenient.

La camera a noi assegnata veramente molto piccola, il bagno minuscolo, quasi si faceva fatica a spostarsi senza colpire i vari arredi. La pecca più grande è il cuscino, formato da materiale sintetico, simil cotone, che esce dall’apertura della federa. Anche il letto molto piccolo, ma gli standard inglesi sono quelli.

J'avais réservé une chambre sans fenêtre pour une question de budget mais je n'ai pas du tout apprécié de ne pas voir le jour. Le professionnalisme du personnel et l'emplacement a 6 minutes de la gare à pieds
