• Gabor (8/5): - Nyugodt csendes környezet, jó elhelyezkedés, kedves személyzet. Van minden ami téli, síelős utazáshoz kell, sítároló, síkölcsönző. Közelben két sípálya is van, egy kisebb a 3laendereck illetve a nagyobbik Gerlitzen. Mindkettő kb. 20perc autózásra van, de síbusz is közlekedik közvetlenül a szállástól mindkét helyre. Szinte minden nap volt a főtéren valami kinti hangulatos esemény, tábortűz mellett, császármorzsa sütés vagy forraltbotrozás. Kevesebb a parkoló mint amennyire szükség van. Szerencsére minden nap sikerült lerakni az autót, de mindig úgy érkeztünk a szálláshoz, hogy kérdéses volt, hogy hol fogunk tudni parkolni. A wellness részleg nem túl nagy a helyhez képest. A kinti medence sajnos nem meleg, így az télen nem használható, a benti "medence" elég kicsi, inkább csak gyerek-pancsoló.

• Martin (4/5): - Alle Ausflugsziele in Kärnten gut erreichbar. Schöner Blick auf Burg Finkenstein. Schöner Wanderweg vom Hotel weg. Haustiere erlaubt war bekannt. Allerdings war Hundekot vor dem Haus und penetranter Hundegeruch im Zimmer. Generell mangelnde Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Teilweise zu wenig Parkplätze. Am Ankunftstag leider auch völlig überteuertes Grillbuffet im hauseigenen Restaurant.

Non funzionano alcune prese, ad esempio in cucina o sì usava il piano cottura o il frigo, mancavano le capsule per la macchina del caffè, sacchetti per la spazzatura, non c'è il forno ne fornetto, non c'è una cappa e mancano di indicazioni per i vari punti da raggiungere all'interno del villaggio

• Stephanie (10/5): Hat alles gepasst - Wir haben uns im Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt – besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die herzliche und menschliche Geste des Teams: Da wir wegen eines traurigen Ereignisses am Donnerstag nicht anreisen konnten, wurde uns völlig unkompliziert eine Nacht nach hinten verlängert – ohne Aufpreis. Diese Menschlichkeit hat uns sehr berührt. Vielen Dank dafür! ❤️ Haben nichts zum aussetzen.

• Lea (5/5): Aufgrund der Lage in Ordnung, aber wirklich keine Weiterempfehlung weil man sich doch ein bisschen getäuscht fühlt - Schöne Lage oberhalb des Sees, die Tiere haben unseren Kindern gut gefallen und die prinzipielle Idee der Anlage ist schön, die Häuser sehen hübsch aus von außen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Der hohe Preis suggeriert eine komfortable Unterkunft, was wir so nicht bestätigen können. Die Ferienwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer ist winzig und entspricht nicht der auf den Bildern dargestellten. Wir hatten für vier Personen gebucht und bei Ankunft war weder das bestellte Babybett da (es wurde nach unserer Beschwerde einfach zusammengeklappt vor unsere Tür gestellt) noch ein weiteres Bett vorbereitet. Das Bett soll man sich dann abends selbst beziehen damit man bis dahin das Sofa noch nutzen kann, so die Idee. Auch das für den Preis seltsam. Um gemeinsam draußen zu sitzen gibt es lediglich extrem ungemütliche, wackelige, kleine Bänke an Tischen, an denen kleinere Kinder unmöglich sitzen können. Diese stehen zudem in hohem Gras. Die Pool Anlage ist in Ordnung, auch hier aber eine irreführende Darstellung auf den offensichtlich stark bearbeiteten Bildern online. Das haben wir bei Check out auch angemerkt und gemerkt, dass man das bestimmt nicht zum ersten Mal hört.

• Laszlo (7/5): Holiday village on the hillside away from everything - The best thing is the sauna and spa area, which is in a separate house, was sparse and the service was of a high standard. The apartments were clean, basic kitchen equipment was provided. The location of the houses is quite far from everything. The ski slopes, the lake and the nearby shops are inaccessible without a car. The apartments are not very big, and the facilities are not up to a home's standard. But the prices are quite high, and I had to pay 30 euros a day plus one person to stay there. I would have liked to stay 2 hours longer/check out later, but this was not possible even though many apartments were empty. The staff were not very nice about this.

• Eva (8/5): - Het is een hele leuke accommodatie en is fijn gelegen. Voor kinderen is er genoeg te doen, ze staan echt vooraan op dat park en tijdens het diner is er een speciale kaart voor hun. Het klimpark op de plattegrond is echter niet meer intact, met de hitte was het ook erg warm in de huisjes. Maar wij hebben echt enorm genoten en vonden de tijd veel te snel gaan!

• Černá (9/5): Superb - Location was fantastic, with the nice view on the mountains. We obtained even bigger room than chosen which was fantastic. Also the equipment in the area (swimming pool, childrens playgrounds) was excelent.

Looking at the offers of the hotel, there is surely a lot for all guests to enjoy: plans for families and individuals to truly fill one's holiday wishes. We were disappointed by the overall quality of the accomodation. The pictures visible on booking.com show a significantly better picture than reality. The accomodation was sub-standard for the price we paid. Looking at various accomodation options in the area, we were convinced we were booking an above-average solution, were very underwhelmed by what we received. The bathroom in particular was old and run-down. The entire apartment was poorly illuminated. The kitchen was not well-equipped. The pictures do not show an honest overview of the accomodation.

Green, awesome oldschool houses refurbished as apartments. Comfortable beds, quality linens, well equipped. Very good onsite restaurant (for a la carte meals, didn't have the half board), cool self service onsite shop. Swimming pools, small playground, no cars onsite, quite, really a kids' paradise. Plus the staff were always quick and lovely. the rooms were smaller than what they seemed in the pictures. Also the bathrooms are a bit outdated and the rooms were not super clean (I had to mop the floor upon arrival - not ideal for a 4* facility). The playground is quite small for such a big complex so it was crazy crowded during dinner time.

• Karry (8/5): - What a hidden gem in a beautiful location! We were a bit shocked when we drove up and realized how adorable this place is in person. Our weekend was a bit crowded with a wedding and what appeared to be some company retreat so the common area played loud music and had lots of dancing and laughter until late at night. Building #3 is near the common area so if you’re looking for quiet evenings you may want something further from there. We were in an upstairs apartment with no AC that we could find, it was hot at bedtime, but the night cooled off well. Reception keeps certain hours and after that it’s a calling service. I asked about doing laundry and told where it was but didn’t know I needed a token from reception to use the washer, make sure you ask for a token!! The laundry machines weren’t perfect and I had a hard time getting the dryer to work. Breakfast was really good the evening dinner buffet was AMAZING! Our room had everything in the kitchen you would need to make your own snacks while visiting. A nice feature were towels and a towel bag as well as a bag to carry for a hike. Overall, we would love to come back to this hotel and spend more time. Next time, I would plan on packing my own fan, spending more than one night, and not using it as my laundry stop so I can enjoy a bit more. It felt so safe for our family with kids running and playing.

Molto carino e confortevole l'appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort e con un bel panorama. Presso la spa, posizionata al centro del resort, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo usufruito della piscina, piccolina ma graziosa e con cromoterapia, della sauna finnica e aromatica e dell'ottimo servizio massaggi. Il babyclub ha impegnato i nostri bambini in diverse attività divertenti; è arrivato in visita anche Santa Klaus, con piccoli doni. Per il cenone di Natale, il ristorante ha proposto deliziosi piatti tipici, estremamente curati nella presentazione e un secondo menù adatto ai più piccoli. E' una sistemazione che senz'altro mi sento di consigliare per le famiglie con bambini.

• Silja (8/5): Tolles Familienhotel/feriendorf - Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen dort verbracht. Sehr nettes Personal,tolle ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung. Ein Paradies für Familie n. Nur zwei Sachen stören. 1.Keine Spülmaschine in den Wohnungen 2.Kein W-LAN in den Wohnungen, auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sollte bei dem Preis (4Sterne) selbstverständlich sein!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Der Aufenthalt hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen (Sommer, Hauptsaison). Obwohl die Häuser sehr dicht beieinander liegen, hatten wir ausreichend Ruhe. Dies mag anders sein, wenn man eine Unterkunft neben dem "Dorfplatz" (gute Küche, gute Portionen, sehr nette Terasse) oder dem Schwimmbad erwischt. Sehr erfreulich war, dass man Handtücher für das App. und den Pool/See gratis an der Rezeption tauschen konnte. Auch war unser App. sehr sauber (einschl. der Küchenutensilien). Es gibt auch Kinderbetreuung und Jugendprogramm, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben und daher nicht beurteilen können.
