• Alan (9/5): Great little hotel near the central railway station. - The staff were so friendly. The hotel was on the second floor. Loved my room which had a giant fan on the ceiling plus I had air/con. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from. On my checking out early they put a breakfast in my room the night before in cling film and drinks and yogurts in my little mini bar fridge. Bed wax comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The gentleman on reception help me in suggesting all the lovely sights of Rome to visit during my two days stay. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the main central railway station and there are lots of great restaurants all around the hotel. Everything was great

• Theresia (3/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war sauber, ( im Zimmer), doch im Badezimmer war keine gute Luft ( Abfluss). Der Internet Auftritt (Fotos) entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit. Der Eingang gehört zum Hotel im unteren Stock. Vorhänge im Zimmer kaputt. Steckdosen im Zimmer defekt. Fenster waren schmutzig. Ein Zimmer sehr klein. Frühstücksraum ohne Tageslicht, eine bessere Besenkammer. Frühstück nicht übersichtlich, überall etwas. Personal unzuverläsig, Reception war am Morgen beim Abreisetag nicht besetzt.

• palmino (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Durante il soggiorno lo staff é stato cordiale e disponibile. La stanza molto pulita e rifornita con tutto il necessario. Ottima anche la colazione. La stanza un po' piccola ma comunque adeguata a tutte le nostre esigenze.

Petit dejeuner ouvrant seulement à 7h30 : un peu juste pour visite démarant tôt. Il faut compter une bonne dizaine de minutes pour acceder à la gare. Chambre un peu sombre. Seche cheveux un peu vieillot.

• Nicolas (7/5): Séjour à Rome - L'accueil est très agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé à 12 mn à pied de la gare Termini et à proximité de restaurants. La chambre n'est pas très grande, juste suffisante et la décoration vieillissante. Le petit-déjeuner est passable et la salle bien petite en fonction de l'affluence.

Das Zimmer gehört repariert, die Kleiderstange hängt nur mehr auf einer Befestigung sowie der Toilettenpapierhalter drohte jederzeit aus der Wand zu springen. Das Bad war für mich als kleiner Mensch super klein frage mich wie hier größere duschen wollen. Sowie waren im Bad noch Make-up Flecken an den Wänden. Das Bett durch gelegen und nicht sauber sowie das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt. Frühstück wurden wir auch nicht gefragt.

Quartos desconfortaveis, pessimo isolamento acústico e pequeno almoço péssimo, com pouquíssimas opções e sem reposição, ou seja, as 9h já nao havia praticamente nada e perante o pedido de reposição respondiam que já não havia.

• Emma (10/5): Well located, lovely hotel - The location was great! Within walking distance to so many big sights including the Gallery Borghese, Spanish Stairs, Piazza del Popollo, etc. In a lovely restaurant district too so well placed for meals. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.
• christine (9/5): Très agréable séjour dans un hotel familial, propre et bien situé. - L'accueil et le personnel de ce petit hôtel situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble est très sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, c'était une chambre double avec 2 lits. Les lits étaient faits chaque jour, les serviettes changées une fois sur un séjour de 4 nuit, toujours du papier hygiénique de disponible. Le petit déjeuner très bien et tout à fait suffisant, café, thé, céréales, croissants, gâteaux, jambon; fromages, œufs durs, yaourts fruits ... on mange moins chez soi. Il est possible de tout faire à pieds à partir de cet hôtel, mais prévoir de bonnes chaussures car on marche beaucoup à Rome et ça grimpe. Dans la rue Flavia, il y a plusieurs restaurants ou pizzeria , à 2 pas de l’hôtel, ceux que nous avons testé étaient très bien. Il faut bien sur garder en tête le rapport qualité prix et je valide complètement et si je reviens à Rome , je reviendrai probablement là. La rue peut être un peu bruyante, il n'y a pas de double vitrage, mais ça va . La salle du petit déjeuner est petite mais le personnel de service est tellement désolé si vous devez attendre que du coup, on supporte aisément d'attendre quelques instants. Dans ce cas d'attente, je crois que le petit déjeuner peut être servi en chambre.

• Chantelle (8/5): Very good and perfect for what we needed - Very clean and neat and the staff were lovely! Good location for what we needed to do. The road noise and neighbourhood noise was pretty loud. Could hear the rubbish trucks collecting from the restaurants at very late/early hours.

O staff da receção diz que por ser inverno não podem fazer nada que devíamos deixar a porta e janela aberta para refrescar o quarto. Inadmissível. Não dormimos 4 noites e o staff nem tentou resolver, não sugeriu troca de quarto não sugeriu nada para ajudar.

Busanbindung und U Bahn in der Nähe. - Die gute Lage und das Zimmer dass die Rezeption kaum besetzt war , die Eingangstüre in das Haus in dem das Hotel war war bis Mitternacht offen bzw angelehnt - ins Hotel gelangte man noch mit einer extra Karte / also da konnte niemand hotelfremder rein aber als Alleinreisende wäre es mir lieber gewesen wenn nicht jeder von draußen ungehindert in das Hotelgeschoß gelangen hätte können.
