- Barbara (8/5): Themenhotel mitten im Casinoviertel von Macao - Zentrale Lage in Casinoviertel von Macao, riesige Hotelanlage, Themenhotel (London), Fassade und im Inneren viele Dinge, die an London erinnern (Big Ben, Telefonzelle, U-Bahn-Wagon, Bären etc.), großes Casino, viele exklusive und teure Markenshops, wenig Restaurants und Bars, auf Grund der Größe ist das Hotel sehr unübersichtlich und unpersönlich. Transfer vom/zum Flughafen und in die Altstadt wird angeboten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt ein Erlebnis, daher haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a-la-Carte-Gerichte zum Frühstück, nur 1 Getränkt pro Person zum Frühstück, was wir sehr kleinlich gefunden haben.

- 俞方 (10/5): 住倫敦人名匯，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺 - 準備入住酒店時遇見禮賓部的馮先生，很親切的向我們介紹澳門的各個景點，還安排飯店的車送我們去景點及送了我們巴黎鐵塔的門票。最後一天回國時，馮先生知道我們要回國的事情還主動幫我們安排了機場接送，讓我們有可以搭著飯店寬敞的車子去搭飛機。這趟旅程真的非常慶幸訂了倫敦人名匯酒店還遇見了馮先生，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺！

There was a bit of confusion between Londoner Grand, Londoner Court and Londoner Macau. Perhaps more distinction between the three would be helpful to first time visitors.

- Paul (5/5): Doesn’t meet up to the standard. - Good location. Chelsea Garden Restaurant is good for breakfast Bathroom door was misaligned can’t close. Poorly designed. We requested for memory pillow but is in travel size, very poor standard for a grand hotel. Staff was abused by an another customer at the time we were checking in. No one comes to her aid nor security was presented. On the other hand my sister tried to get some tourist information from another staff while we check in, she was told to go and to ask another staff. Apparently she was very unfriendly.

We’ve stayed all over Hong Kong and Singapore over the past month and this was by far the best hotel by a mile. From the welcome from Joy at the reception to the quality in the rooms and the friendly colleagues. It far exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

- Damien (10/5): Fantastic stay at the Londoner - The Londoner was such a good surprise! It was a last minute booking as I wasn't supposed to stay there but had an issue with the first hotel so I chose this one. I'm glad I did! The hotel was so much more than what I was expecting. It's very recent and new, everything is modern and clean. It's also quite luxurious. The room was better than the pictures. It is spacious, simple but well decorated, felt really luxurious with some high end tea for example, great bathroom and a nice view over Studio City and the Eiffel Tower, free fruits to welcome you, ... The bed was comfortable and the pillows too. There was actually a pillow menu so you can choose a specific type depending on your needs. - Stuart (10/5): was not at all dissapointed. it actually went beyond our expectation for such a short visit - they had lovely large comfortable rooms elegant fittings and lovely things around the bathroom. the shampoos and body cleaning products were classy and smelt gorgeous. they leave plenty of free water in the room like 8 bottles and have free toothbrushes, and body loafers etc. the linen was beautiful and very classy nothing. the place was beyond spotless and clean and the staff are so smily and friendly

- 敏 (7/5): - 設施有符合五星級，免治馬桶，自動窗簾，床跟房間也非常大跟舒適。 不知道為什麼飯店滿高級的可是吹風機看起來有年代感以及非常重，不是很好用。 Check in的時候明明寫入住時間三點我們五點半到說房間還沒好，看了評論才發現很多組客人有這種狀況，不知道為什麼這麼大的飯店會一直重複出這種問題然後看起來也沒有要解決？所以不建議剛下飛機的客人選這間，因為有高機率會告知你房間還沒好喔！

- Simone (9/5): Peaceful - The Hotel has a very modern design, the room wasn't extremely large but it was very well decorated, with fine details. Bathroom is outstandingly comfortable. The whole corridor is dark blue based with abstract painting on walls, very harmonious design. I was on 18th floor, the room service staff was particularly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Lisa. I have been to my fair share of hotels to know when the service distinguish itself.

- Hotellobi (10/5): Greatness! - Please go to the Londenier Grand there service is just suburp. Starting with mister Sid, who contacted us before arrival. And gave us really the best personal serivce I've ever had in a hotel! Also other personal where so friendly and nice. Its just such a good hotel with a better staff! Nothing!
