- Anita (10/5): - Szuper 2 éjszakát töltöttünk ott. A személyzet nagyon kedves segítőkész volt mindenben. A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló helyen van, a metró 2 perc sétára volt. A szálloda étterme is kiváló volt, a kilátás a étterem teraszáról gyönyörű.

В остальном все хорошо) еще и бассейн хороший, единственное - раздевалку можно расширить) хамам хороший. Вернулась бы еще раз? Думаю да)

We stayed there for 4 nights and we couldn't sleep at all because of this . Full of scamming tourist people in may ways.

You can hardly communicate in english with reception. They have a mini bar with a clear door and a bright bulb, i had to unplug the minibar to be able to sleep, reception didnt help

De kom kun for at redde sengene der var der eneste og en af dagene blev der ikke engang gjort rent. Sengene var også meget hårde og ubehagelige. Hele familien blev syge efter denne istanbultur.

- Nawal (1/5): Horrible - La localisation Tout : le personnel un peu je m’en foutiste quand on se plaint de l’eau froide de la piscine. La salle de sport qui est tout sauf une salle de sport. Équipements rouillés et le personnel très raciste et désagréable. Équipements de gym très dégradé. Le ménage laisse à désirer et la chambre est vite fait nettoyée une fois sur trois et il a fallu le signaler à chaque fois. L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et l’attente était plus que longue. Les serviettes ne sont jamais fournies après le passage de la femme de ménage. L’eau et le café/thé non plus. Bref, je déconseille pour ceux et celles qui voudraient un séjour de qualité.

- michelle_k (9/5): Nice rooms, great location, good value for money. We will come back to this hotel for sure again. - The location is great, very close to the tram station and city centre. Also the room was spacious and clean and the furniture was new. Bathroom was very nice and clean. We really liked the wellness and spa and we used it every day of our stay. The hotel is good value for money. Also, the staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, they did everything they could to meet our requirements. The breakfast could be more diverse and the hotel should provide at least small bottle of water for each guest in the room as the water from tap is not drinkable.

- Mohamad (3/5): - بس تنظيف الغرف الموقع سئ مافيك تصف السيارة أبدا كل يوم الصبح لازم تقيمها قبل الساعة 10 الصبح وفيك تصفها 8 المساء لتأني يوم الصبح فقط كثير كان متعب النا للأسف
- mishal (1/5): I would never book this place again - The rooms were nice but the overall property is not good. The pool and spa area is horrendously disgusting. The pool was so dirty we had to wait three days for them to test and clean it so that we could even use it. The spa area is smelly and the steam room doesn’t even work. The breakfast options are not great and honestly not worth it.
