- one2port (6/5): Solid hotel in a great location - The hotel has undergone modernization, the rooms and public spaces are pleasant. The staff is correct and friendly, the room I had was sufficiently large and comfortable. Strangely, some disturbing plumbing or air conditioning noises. The breakfast hall is impressive but cold and not too cozy. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. Annoying and greedy is the extra charge for anything beyond black coffee, or a side of avocado (in a country where Palta is plentiful and cheap). The location is great, the small pool cute.

- josephdQ386AW (10/5): The best customer experience ever!!! - We just ended an eight night stay at the Grand Recoleta and we were so impressed with their staff!!! The door person, people in the restaurant, and front desk were all amazing.
It started with them accommodating for our early check in with a choice of rooms for us to pick, they even provided us a tour of the rooms to help us understand what would work for us and our two young kids. Throughout the trip they were the friendliest most hard working people that did everything you could imagine for us to make our stay the best.
Buenos Aires has many great neighborhoods to stay in, so for Americans it can be a little overwhelming but the service, property, and hotel location were without a doubt a major bonus for our trip.
- Jeff (9/5): Enjoyed it very much. - The staff was amazing. The bathroom design was very poor.
Crowded and with a slippery shower.
- Denise (9/5): Good location near the shopping and restaurants. - My room was on one of the upper floors. Easy to access and quiet corner unit. Breakfast not included.
- Vitor (8/5): -
- Compass36591151818 (10/5): Room looked & felt new - We enjoyed our stay in this modern, well-located hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Our room seemed newly renovated. Fair size room for a large city. Large walk-in shower and really nice towels. We appreciated the bathroom night light but did not appreciate the auto light that lighted up the entire room prior to the bathroom. Very generous breakfast buffet with everything you could want both hot & cold. Cooked to order also offered. Recoleta is the best neighborhood with many sites, shopping and restaurants within a half mile. Next time in Buenos Aires we know what hotel we'll be choosing!
- Love2travel1960 (10/5): Beautiful hotel and great value! - We stayed at this hotel prior to our Antarctica cruise. Great location, staff is super friendly and helpful! Public area has a lovely atmosphere. Rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was beautiful and clean. Only complaint is the bathroom was very dark and difficult to prep make-up & hair. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Recoleta Cemetery is a short walk. There is a pharmacy and small market around the corner. Highly recommend!
- MBNYC123 (10/5): Great hotel in the heart of Recoleta - We really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is well located in the lovely and safe Recoleta neighborhood. The staff was all friendly and helpful with all requests. Our junior suite was spacious and clean and very peaceful. We didn’t hear any street noise or other guests. Breakfast is a nice buffet with many options. The 12th floor pool is small but peaceful and nice place to unwind. The gym is not great - very small and warm - but they are working on that and larger gym and spa is coming soon.

- Michael (10/5): Hotel is located in a safe area and in close walking distance to the famous cemetery. - Everything Nothing
- Charlie59_11 (10/5): Fantastic hotel, great service! - We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Recoleta Grand during our first trip to South America. Lovely hotel in a great location in the city. Excellent service from check in to check out from all the team - friendly, helpful & good local restaurant recommendations. Really nice, comfortable & quiet room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

- The_Budges (8/5): Great Location & Outstanding Service – Solid 4-Star Stay - We stayed at the Recoleta Grand Hotel for three nights prior to our cruise and had a very positive overall experience.
Upon arrival, the lobby immediately makes a strong impression — it’s beautiful and welcoming. Service, however, is what truly stood out. The bellman quickly assisted with our luggage and brought everything into the lobby on trolleys, and the front desk staff were attentive and efficient. Both my sister and I were checked in smoothly and in our rooms in record time.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and adequately sized. The view was nothing particularly special, but the space worked well for our stay. Housekeeping maintained everything nicely.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not disturb us at all during our visit.
The pool area, however, could use some improvement. The space is quite small, the pool itself could benefit from repainting, and the water was extremely cold — even in February (Argentina’s summer). That said, we were still grateful to have access to it.
One small inconvenience was the lobby bar hours. It closed relatively early (around 8:30 p.m.), which felt limiting. We later discovered drinks could also be ordered from the restaurant bar, which was helpful. The restaurant space itself is attractive, and we did enjoy breakfast there one morning.
The hotel’s location in Recoleta is excellent — walkable, safe, and central to many highlights of the neighbourhood.
Overall, the staff were top-tier professionals who made us feel genuinely welcomed. Once renovations are complete and the pool area receives some attention, this property has the potential to be an exceptional option in Buenos Aires.
A strong four star stay.
- Appledene (10/5): - Clean, beautiful, renovated

- LAMarciaB (4/5): NOT RETURNING - THE HOTEL is very poorly run. The rooms are dark and the lighting is so avant guard, you can’t get enough light to see anything in the room. Two of the lamps take up the whole bedside table, and the most important light where the coffee is, is a tiny little spotlight. There is a steep learning curve in light switch usage. Tried taking a shower and no hot water and when checking out, they just said sorry. No offer of recompense. Try to get something to play on the television and you might as well go to school to be a technician. The food in restaurant was good but the service was sub par and the servers were crabby. They don’t seem to love their work.
Among other things, had to get salt myself after asking two waiters. It’s not cheap to stay there but they are chintzy with the coffee. In the room, one coffee pod per person per day. And I should mention an odor in the lobby of sewage. The rooms can be cooled down but the rest of the hotel is hot and humid. On the brighter side, The location is good and the concierge tried to be helpful by getting a car to take us to and from the airport. All in all this is the second disappointing experience at Marriott (stay away from the behemoth hotel in L.A.) and too bad for this chain, we had just gotten off the Seabourn cruise where the service is impeccable. My advice to Marriot is that management takes a lesson from them on how to run a service industry business.
- rbrucepsu (6/5): Nice Hotel, Just Not “Grand” - We were excited about a fancy stay and the Recoleta Grand delivered nice — but not quite what we’d call truly grand. With lots of Marriott stays in the U.S. and abroad, we had high hopes, and while the basics were solid, a few little things felt off for the price.
The welcome was pleasant but not extravagant, and we found the policy about charging a corkage fee if you opened wine anywhere other than your room a bit odd. Social spaces were limited too — outside of a seat in the restaurant or bar, there wasn’t much room to hang out.
Overall it was a good stay with comfortable rooms and a decent location, just not the big, memorable experience we were expecting from the name.
- Daniel (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Tolle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen.
Sauber, gute Küche und perfekte Lage Nichts
- Paula (9/5): -
- mmlipe (10/5): I’d stay again and again! - Had a wonderful stay. Excellent staff, in all areas of the hotel. Very walkable location, went to good restaurants, gelato and shopping. Water feature in cafe is beautiful, wish I had a photo to share, two plus story wall of water. Tasteful and clean room, especially liked the auto on nightlight in the bathroom.
- leorl23 (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. - Great place to stay, I would definitely look to stay here again if I come back to Buenos Aires. I'm really glad that they're part of the Marriott family (for my loyaly points haha). The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and some of the drawers even still have that new furniture smell. Plenty of light in the rooms and the AC works well (which is necessary when it gets over 90 / 32 degrees C). They have robes and slippers which is always nice, and a nespresso pod coffee machine in room. They give free water daily and replenish well. They also do an evening turn down service where they draw the blackout curtains around the room (I had a corner room which had a lot of windows and light) to make it comfy for night time.
They have plenty of USB C and regular USB ports for charging, which is great because my EU adapter didn't fit (sometimes they do in Argentina, and I forgot my other adapters) . They even have a floor outlet for people to work by the window chairs.
There isn't a large selection of food in the restaurant, but the food is good (even the veggie burger since I had too much meat on this trip), and the servers are attentive. Most of the staff and front desk speak English. There are plenty of good restaurants around, and landmarks like the recoleta cemetary and the yellow tourist hop on hop off stop are within a 10 minute or less walking distance.
Unfortunately, their gym was not open (renovation) and I didn't visit the pool, but you'll get plenty of walking in anyway.
- kkoturf (10/5): Lovely hotel in a terrific neighborhood. Staff was the best! - Great hotel, loved the location, quiet and peaceful. Very accommodating staff and fantastic breakfast. The bar and breakfast room is so beautiful - it looks like a historic building within a modern building.
The staff was so wonderful. We asked for some small bills and the front desk person took out his own wallet and made change for us. Wow! What service! We found the temperature of the room to be a little difficult to maintain - got kind of warm at night - but nothing we couldn’t live with.
I’d stay there again.

- 57Horses (10/5): A wonderful experience. - I have been a Marriott customer for 40 years, and like many road warriors have received the coveted lifetime Platinum card. The Recoleta Grande exceeded my best expectations for location, room comfort, and most important the very helpful and caring employees who work there. From start to finish, it was a perfect experience. Special thanks to Amanda and Belen Dubra, and all of the staff at the front desk, for making my visit so comfortable. See you next time!
- Annemarie (10/5): Great stay - Staff and location great Didn’t know in advance there was no pool or gym. Your website listed them but they haven’t been built yet
- Diletta (8/5): -
- Andres (10/5): -
- jcwbesq (8/5): Overnight in Buenos Aires - Nice hotel, in a wonderful neighborhood. While not exceptional, worth the value. The room is adequate; the bed is firm with good pillows; bathroom dual sinks is very nice, and with bidet; shower small, yet great water pressure and hot, clean water. Star is very kind and attentive. Breakfast is very nice, we enjoyed Christmas morning. Layout is confusing for first timers and the pool is not as pictured in the photo. Enjoy!
- BPKBroiler (10/5): Excellent 4 nights at Recoleta Grand - We had a great 4-night stay at the Recoleta Grand in early December. The location was perfect in Recoleta and walking distance from the cemetery and the major museums. With Marriott status, we were upgraded to connecting studio rooms facing away from the street. The rooms were newly renovated and quiet and th commons spaces were beautiful, particularly the restaurant atrium. The rain shower had amazing pressure and the linens and towel were new and plush. The staff were very accommodating and the food was excellent. The only negative was the cost of breakfast at over $30 USD per person. That was inconsistent with our other accommodations where breakfast was either included or at half the cost. As a result, we chose to explore the many local cafes for breakfast nearby. Would definitely stay here again, particularly now that Marriott points are accepted for reward reservations.
- santiagogaleros (10/5): EXCELLENT OPTION IN BUENOS AIRES - The Recoleta Grand is an excellent boutique hotel. Located in a very nice area of Buenos Aires, the rooms are beautiful, well-designed, and modern. The service is excellent; I wish I could have stayed longer and I definitely hope to return.
- bobp474 (10/5): Stayed Many Times in BA: This is The Best! - From a wonderful breakfast in the morning to a great happy hour and finally a good quiet room for a well-deserved sleep, this is the place to stay. That doesn’t include the great location in a safe neighborhood and a lap pool in the middle of BA!! We can’t say enough good things about this place. We particularly call out Thiago and Lucila, bartenders who provide wonderful conversation with guests from around the world.
We have stayed at a dozen hotels in BA. There’s nothing like this.
- Luciana (9/5): -

- Danilo (10/5): -

- CLAUDIO (6/5): Precisam rever a política de preços. Me senti roubado/enganado.
- Macarena (8/5): -
- patpsmith (10/5): Great hotel - New hotel that was very accommodating Wonderful breakfast, comfortable room. Excellent accommodation.. Great location.
- Angela (10/5): Perfekt - Tolles Frühstück, super freundlicher Service. Viel Atmosphäre! Gemütliche, stylische Zimmer Atmosphäre Nichts
- raybro25 (8/5): Great hotel stay - I hit the wrong button. It should have been five out of five. This is a great hotel in the heart of.Recoleta. Great staff, very attentive, beautiful breakfast buffet. Can’t say enough positive about this place. Strongly recommend it.
- Virgilio (9/5): -
- Maximo (8/5): - Breakfast: I would like to have the opportunity to take a coffee without paying $ 35.00 for full buffet breakfast.
- Robert2205 (10/5): Amazing hotel experience in Bueno Aires. Managed by Marriott. - Possibly one of the best stay ever in a hotel. Smaller rooms but all equipped. Friendliest staff ever seen, from front desk, concierge, food manager to staff in dining room. Very luxurious hotel in BA Argentina. Piano setting in bar is fabulous. Would go there over many other hotels in BA
- Zac (10/5): - This is an exceptional hotel, I highly recommend the Recoleta Grand and would book again if I was to come back to BA!
It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city.
The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions.
The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions.
Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend.
- smartconsumer1 (10/5): Five-Star Service and Location - The Recoleta Grand was exactly what we hoped it would be: First off, the location was ideal. We set out each day for 20,000 steps, and Recoleta is the "hub of the wheel" in Buenos Aires.
A doorman smiled and greeted us each time we left of came back. I appreciated this level of security at the front entrance. The front desk staff always smiled and waved as we walked by--sometimes even asking how our day was. They seemed genuinely interested in what we did each day!
Luis is the very kind and able general manager, Alexis is one of the bellboys we connected with the most--and Florencia is the hostess in the breakfast restaurant who was so professional and set a five-star tone. I hate to list names because there were several others, including a Team Leader, who were also very kind to us.
We have stayed in many five-star resorts--and this was just as good, if not better. Real nice surprise!
- nikitaconwi (10/5): Thank you, Hugo! - The hotel is beautifully renovated and designed. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hugo the bellman was perfect — always smiling and helpful. The rest of the team was also very nice.
- Anthony (10/5): - The breakfast food was very good but US$39 per person was too high. We only ate once in the hotel.
- CMEWALK (10/5): Great room and location - First - very appreciative to all the staff! They were on top of everything and really appreciated the late checkout with our late flights! From check in to check out- the front desks response staff, concierge and bell staff kept us from getting lost, recommended food places and greeted us with a mailed and our names every time!
The location is great for exploring the cemetery, but if you have time, visit the bookstore about 10 minutes away-it is incredible! Great use of space for the rooms and a comfortable night sleep.
Love that it is a Mariott property where I could use my points.
- dianebH8174LZ (10/5): Perfect Start to Our Anniversary Trip - We had an amazing stay at the Recoleta Grand! I contacted the hotel ahead of time to let them know we’d be landing in the morning and hoped to drop off our luggage. While I didn’t expect our room to be ready, we were pleasantly surprised to check in right away. Such a thoughtful start to our trip!
The hotel is newly remodeled and in a fantastic location—within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond by leaving a sweet note and a bottle of bubbles in our room.
Every employee we encountered was warm, courteous, and helpful with any questions we had. This hotel truly set the tone for a wonderful trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
- R5894BOlesliep (10/5): Delightful stay - The very best staff and service -- some of the best I have ever experienced. Proactive and friendly. A quiet location but close to everything in Recoleta.
- Joshua (10/5): - We stayed seven nights at this centrally-located Buenos Aries hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, with an excellent bed, great shower, and well-stocked with amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, accomodating, and warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great five star hotel in Ricoleta, Buenos Aries!
- Jeanette (10/5): - Excellent hotel!
The staff is amazing.
The location is great
Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.
- Tatiana (10/5): - Amazing property and great staff! Best service I have experienced in a long time!
- F9591TBtatianam (10/5): A gem in recoleta! - An amazing experience! Great service, impeccable facilities and the perfect neighborhood! Strongly recommend. The staff is superb!
- Itzhak (10/5): - Excellent.
Renewed.
- Harrisson (10/5): - No gym or pool working
- Maria Salome (8/5): - The Recoleta Grand is undergoing renovations. It had a few hiccups. But they were resolved immediately by a friendly and efficient staff. It will end up looking beautiful. And the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be staying there in our next visit to Buenos Aires!
- Jason (10/5): - Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff great location.
- Sathish Narayanappa (10/5): - I didn't like the ridiculous price for the minibar snacks, some were kept outside making you believe its complimentary, room service ladies replace daily snacks which is outside, despite not using anything from the fridge the minibar, the pack of nuts mix kept outside drawn huge ridiculous bill for 5 days, which I did not like, leading us to believe it is complimentary and then slapping you with hefty bill, they should have been more upfront.
- 15dogman (10/5): A Buenos Aires surprise - This unpretentious looking hotel from the outside has very nicely appointed rooms and a truly friendly and helpful staff. It is well located for sightseeing in the city. The buffet breakfast is very decent, if not outstanding. This is a solid 4* hotel with very affordable pricing. It is, in fact, a real bargain.
- ALMA (10/5): Best stay in Buenos Aires - Beautiful property and the staff was the best super friendly staff and excellent service super recomended
- JeffRube (8/5): Recoleta Grand is Grand - A short 3 night stay when visiting Buenos Aires. Hotel is easy to get to and right in the heart of the city in the Recoleta Area. Easy walking distance to many shops, food, craft market on the weekend, the famous Recoleta Cemetery is just down the road as well. We had an odd room and we asked to move which they did no problem and that room was spacious, bright and comfortable. We found it easy to get around and if you needed a taxi or Uber the staff was quite helpful in grabbing you one. The breakfast was tasty and the bar was good but not very busy. The hotel has an odd layout that you have to get used to but all in all not an issue. We would recommend.
- LairdStevenD (10/5): A comfortable stay with an exceptional staff in the heart of Buenos Aires - We were incredibly well looked-after at the Recoleta Grand Hotel. Luis and his staff were amazing and the location was perfect for an evening in Buenos Aires.
This trip, we only had one overnight in Buenos Aires so we wanted to make the most of it. The hotel is located in the Recoleta neighborhood (as the name implies) and was easy walking distance to many of the sites in the city center. The hotel itself is modern and they are in the final stages of renovation of the mansion next door, built around 1913. The main area of the mansion itself is perfect for large social gatherings, as we witnessed while we were there.
We were tired when we arrived but Luis and his team provided excellent suggestions of places to see and eat during our short time in BA. I found the neighborhood to be quite friendly and very walkable with a family-friendly park about two blocks away.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was perfect for our needs. We needed an extra outlet plug adapter and they had one we could borrow.
We could not have had a better experience there and, next time we are in BA, the Recoleta Grand Hotel is where we will look to stay.
- UE_DC64 (8/5): Great location, nice staff, and comfy room - Reloceta is a nice neighborhood so the location of the hotel is very good. The staff in the lobby were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Very nice breakfast buffet. Still, the hotel seems to still be under renovation so the elevator situation was awkward and impractical; the gym not very good.
- Hosain (10/5): - Very nice hotel with excellent staff.
- trishad673 (10/5): Welcoming friendly hotel - Great location, close to many attractions. All the staff were extremely helpful in many ways, in particular Luca who always had a welcoming smile when we returned each day.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and sufficient for anyone.
We had a very early departure on our last day and were given a surprise breakfast box when we checked out. A nice touch
- Aziza (10/5): - Nice hotel, nice staff, let us check in early for no additional fee, everyone very friendly.
Breakfast can be better, very limited choices, scrambled egg not eatable.
- WT6856 (10/5): Very nice experience at this hotel. - Excellent value. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms that were well stocked with supplies. Good breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires. My only recommendation is to add a little paper and a pen, which is handy for travelers.
- F9205YAritas (10/5): Fabulous location and great staff - This is a fabulous hotel. The staff are great and the restaurant food excellent. Also an excellent location. Any questions we had were answered without any hesitation. We never seemed to be a bother. Would highly recommend this hotel.
- Dave48838 (10/5): Wonderful Stay - This hotel is in the middle of Recolata district. It is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. When we arrived, we were greeted by a door man and the hotel staff was very pleasant. We remarking on the good service, especially by a young man named Nico. Our bags were promplty delivered and we settled down to a relaxing night. The bathroom is well supplied with a wonderful shower and great towels. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows and good linens. There was a room darkening shade and plenty of electrical outlets.
We also ate in the dining room. The included breakfast had many cold and fresh options. On two occasions we also dined in for lunch. The menu had many options, the service was impeccable, and the prices were very reasonable. We all enjoyed our food and thought the portions were very large.
I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this part of BA.
- jeanobrown (10/5): Excellent service which gave us comfort amidst some challenging travel - Our overall travels to South America were met with many challenges. Our nights at The Recoleta were our oasis. We had excellent service, including complimentary luggage storage and the staff made phone calls for us to help try to solve some of our logistical issues. The calm here was much appreciated!!
- MARTHA (10/5): - The staff was very friendly
- Eduardo (10/5): Muy buen hotel - Muy buen hotel. Bien ubicado y con personal muy amable. Los tragos de autor del bar excelentes.

- Nicoff4 (10/5): Staff, location, hotel = fabulous. - Beautiful hotel. The staff made the difference - offers of help were not only words. On arrival and every time we entered the hotel the staff were helpful.
The day we checked out we were walking past later in the day and one of the team from bar/breakfast greeted us with a hello. I had to double take as she was out of uniform and we’d had limited contact with her. Very impressive customer service.
- 384linderd (8/5): Great hotel in Buenos Aires! - Great hotel. Centrally located to shops and restaurants. Rooms were big, comfortable bed and pillows. Elevators work and are fast. Lots of plugs to charge your devices in the room. Bathroom was well equipped with shampoo and conditions, etc. Staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant at the hotel was terrific. Lots of choices for breakfast and great food at lunch and dinner. I'd go back and recommend this place to anyone.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A little disappointing - You can’t beat the location of this hotel . It is walking distance to all the main attractions of Recoleta . But this hotel has seen better days . For whatever reason there was a weird stench in the bathroom so much so that we had to come down to complain . Since we were there for just 1 night and most of the time out in the city we didn’t bother to change the room . The carpet was dinghy and stained . I was expecting much better cleanliness . However the staff is very nice and gave us very good information about the locality .
- carinaa722 (10/5): Excellent ! - Everything excellent!!! Very confortable rooms with all the amenities , people who work at the hotel are very kind, always eager to help , the location is very convenient . I highly recommend this hotel .
- jfobear (10/5): Excellent boutique hotel - We very much enjoyed our stay at the Recoleta Grand in Buenos Aires. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very efficient. They scheduled all our transportation needs while we were in Buenos Aires and introduced us to places of interest within easy walking distance.
- Allsun (8/5): - Nice room in a good area for pre-cruise stay. I booked tours through Expedia with hotel pick-up, everything went great. Nice lobby, efficient checkin, and door staff. Impressed with the room size and amenities.
I explored the area a bit during the day and felt safe. Walked to the cemetery and back with no issues - solo traveller.
- Lynn (10/5): Recoleta Grande - Staff was excellent and so helpful with answering all our questions. Great location. Super clean.
- James J (10/5): Short stay made easy - Great place to stay in the heart of Buenos Aires. Friendly and helpful staff.
- lks82 (6/5): Great location, great staff, but..... - The hotel is in a really walkable neighborhood, with plenty of options for dining nearby. The staff was also really helpful and professional. Maria at reception was great, as well as some of the restaurant staff that was there daily. The 'but ' is that the hotel has not been all that well maintained. The upholstered furniture and the carpet in our room were stained/spotted, and so was some in the common areas. The daily housekeeping in our room was very good, so not sure why the neglect of the obviously tired and dirty furniture and carpets. The other negative was the shower in our room. It was in need of a refresh. The caulking was moldy, and the floor and doors were in need of replacement, too. Again, it was clean, but just past time for replacement. We got over it, because they didn't have any other suites the first 2 nights of our stay, and by then, it just wasn't worth moving. I would still recommend the hotel though, based on the great location and staff. Just be aware that the facility itself may not be great.
- Helen (4/5): - After11h of flight we came around 6am, no room was available till 2pm. Check out late privileges was not available. They let me stay till 6pm and pay for that time.
- Edwin (10/5): Delightful hotel - Recoleta Grand is NOT a traditional "Grand" hotel! In fact it is an under-stated modern medium sized establishment in a pleasant quiet street in the heart of the Recoleta district which is excellent for walking around.
From the warm welcome onwards the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. It instantly became our home-from-home during our short stay.
