• Debbskyle (10/5): Yummy food and great service. - Wee hidden gem. The staff are so helpful and kind. The food was delicious and catered for our Scottish needs too. We ordered pizza with garlic and cheese burger and chips. All was delicious and you get a good size bottle of water for €4 and the IPA Beer was great too. Great wee restaurant for lunch and not overpriced either.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I rated this B&B one star because I can't rate it 0. The B&B is owned by the same people as the cafe. I booked the room and then decided to eat at the cafe before checking in. When we were finished eating (at about 19:30), we tried explaining that we had booked a night with the B&B but they kept saying they were fully booked and had no rooms. They wouldn't even ask our name or check their reservations. We ended up having to book another hotel last-minute. The hotel staff then said we attempted to check-in at 01:00 which is after hotel check-in and had marked us as a no-show, so they charged our card. Meanwhile, at 01:00, we were asleep at our other hotel and now we're stuck disputing the charge.
• FERNANDINO MESQUITA (10/5): Good room and bathroom - had to ask around to find the place. Once I found it, people were so nice and polite and so receptive. The room is cozy and everything works. Perfect for my wife and myself that didn't want to spend much and not to stay in a hostel. The room was really all we wanted. Clean, cozy, tv, nice bathroom.

• Emma (6/5): A mixed bag - The rooms are above a cafe/restaurant so if you are on the first floor (like we were) all you hear from early in the morning and till late at night are chairs moving across the floor. The room it’s self was clean and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water, breakfast was ok but is basically “help yourself to anything from the pastry counter” which as we were only there for 2 nights was adequate. The staff were helpful

• Caroline (4/5): En ofrivilligt sömnlös natt - För att komma till rummet behöver du ta dig igenom en låst kärvande gallergrind, vilket ger en osäker känsla om det skulle bli brand. Riktigt nergången känsla på rummet. Rent, men ändå ofräscht. Konstig doft. Hårda sängar. Fönster och väggar som släppte igenom allt ljud från gatan och grannarna. Stället omges av barer där det festas fram till morgontimmarna, vilket är trevligt, men inte för den som vill sova. Kaffe, juice och bakverk till frukost. Trevliga gästvänliga ägare. Baren rekommenderas, men verkligen inte övernattning. Det går att få mycket bättre boende för pengen.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - La ubicación de las habitaciones es buena por estar cerca del metro y estación central, sin embargo el domingo no hay servicio de habitación, la limpieza escasa, y aunque las habitaciones están reformadas, el acceso o portal deja bastante que desear. El cheking se hace desde el bar de abajo, no existe recepción y el desayuno es un cafe, bollería del bar y zumo....El trato es correcto, los camareros amables. Calidad precio caro, yo creo que se puede encontrar mejor calidad por ese dinero.
• Anwar (8/5): - Hotel cercano a la estación, personal muy amable, cuidan el equipaje después del check out, el desayuno es muy rico... todo muy bien. En la habitación faltó vaso desechable para beber agua si se desea y hacia algunos cabellos de mujer entre las sábanas. Fuera de eso, muy bien todo lo demás.

• erika_913 (10/5): Restaurant - Really good cheese platter for two persons and a very tasty and good chocolate suffle. The staff was very service minded. We will definitely be back for more good food.... We was on the way back home to the hotel when we just stumble upon this little gem.
• Jeffrey (4/5): Unpredictable service - The room was very austere, but it was clean and it had hot water. Our accommodation included breakfast, which turned out to be just coffee and bread/pastries, no boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, it was a little disappointing. However, the bread and pastries were delicious. The service was very unpredictable. They told us that as guests of the B&B we would receive a 20% discount at the restaurant. We had dinner there and two out of three orders were the menus "deal of the day," we also ordered a couple Belgium beers. When they brought the bill, the waitress had forgotten to give us the discount, so we asked for it. She did not like that, then she came back with the bill and said that they did not give a discount on the meal of the day or drinks. The next morning the staff was very polite and helpful during the "breakfast buffet", we could get more than one coffee and more pastries if we ask for them. However, on the second morning, was there a different waiter and he was not happy to serve us. He did not allow to get seconds on pastries and he was grumpy and gave me a frown when I asked for more. The last night we had dinner and drinks again and they did give us a discount on everything to include the "deal of the Day." The cooks did a good job the food was good, and we were all happy with our meals.
• RSAYS (4/5): Taking tourists for a ride - This was possibly the worst dining experience we’ve had in Italy. Firstly three items on the main course menu were no longer available. When at last my choice of mixed deep fried seafood was available what i got was one prawn, four squid rings and a plate of fried vegetables and the privilege of forking out 20 euros. I also made three choices of wine before one was actually available. Stay wellaway from this one folks. The only saving grace was the strawberry tiramisu.
• SERGUN (2/5): Kabus gibi! Korkunçtu! - Daha kötüsü olamaz. Hotelscom dan birdaha rez için otel seçmeyeceğim. Otelle ilgili %90 söylenen yazılan yalan çıktı. Tam bir kabus. Sakın ola buradan rez yapmayın ve bu oteli seçmeyin. Rezalet, korkunç, kabus!
• André (6/5): Hotel que eu nao ficaria novamente. - O hotel diz que tem ar condicionado porém não nos foi oferecido. Na verdade tem um circulador de ar que nao melhora em nada o clima do ambiente. A noite estava muito quente e nao conseguimos dormir. O café da manhã foi contado, nos serviram um croissant salgado e um doce. Não teve nenhuma fruta!!

• Verified traveler (6/5): small but clean room but lacking personal touch - We chose this b&b because it was close to the train station. The b&b is above a bar also owned by the same company. The focus of the staff was more on the bar than its guests, it was very impersonal and we didn't feel particularly welcome. The room was accessed through a side corridor which wasn't always clean then at the top of a flight of stairs was a locked metal gate giving the impression of a jail, at least it made the room more secure. The room itself was fairly small but very clean. There was a fridge but only managed to keep things cool rather than cold. The breakfast was fine and the guys serving it were cheerful enough.
• Traveler (6/5): Close to centrale - It's okay except the hot water which was either boiling or cold. Nothing in between. This was in their separate apartment which is not exactly on the property. It's pretty nice
• Verified traveler (8/5): God beliggenhed og italiensk steming - gode værelser og det inkluderede morgenmad er typisk italiensk: caffe med en croissant e.l. for os ideel! men for de meste nok lige underkanten af hvad der kan forventes. Vores værelse havde en lille altan, hvor og meget lys, så man kunne fornemme at være i Milano, selvom man var på sit værelse. Det var fint. Indretningen af værelset var moderne og levede fuldstændig op til billederne og beskrivelsen.
• Sérgio (6/5): Relação custo/benefício prejudicada - A localização é excelente e o pessoal do bar que administra e oferece o café da manhã são simpáticos. O quarto é pequeno e está localizado logo acima deste bar, não há elevador, a escada é pouco confortável e difícil para subir com malas. O valor da diária é extremamente cara para o padrão que oferecem. Não há qualquer isolamento acústico entre os quartos, portanto se escuta todo o ruído do quarto ao lado.

• SUSYB66 (8/5): Tutto quello che serve in posizione ottima. - Il B&B è situato a due passi dalla Stazione centrale e quindi comodissimo per spostarsi in città. Le camere sono un po' piccole e datate ma pulite e dotate di tutto quel che serve. La colazione (cappuccino, brioche e succo) sono serviti al bar sotto il B&B. Si può anche cenare e il cibo è buono. Unico neo: doveva esserci anche il Wi-Fi ma la rete indicata non si recepiva. Nell'insieme comunque molto buono.
• Darksmoke6 (8/5): Good comfy stay - Good comfy stay in a spacious room(stayed in delicate) on the corner overlooking the cafe and the side entrance. Fresh towels and linen daily and floors cleaned each day. Dropped a star on the basis it extremely noisy with the downstairs cafe playing music and dinner guests drinking til 12-1am. Another downside is the breakfast is light only one croissant and a small coffee. It did the job each morning but if you were expecting a more substantial breakfast then you will need to pay. Other critic was the staff member who checked us in - spoke no English was trying to communicate with us and took our passports of which made us a bit nervous. Waiting around 10minutes and paying the balance of the stay in the cafe without seeing a key or anything formal to indicate we were in the right place (being served near a smokes counter) we eventually assisted by another staff member speaking English who gave us a receipt and keys. Thankfully the room was as per the photos and we were comfortable. We would visit again. Ciao!

• Paulo (6/5): - WOhnung ist genug grösse, schön eingerichtet Doppel Bett ist gut aber Sofa ist schlecht. Internet Super funktioniert gut. Heizung auch gut. Frühstuck muss man bestellen beschränkt das habe ich nicht so gerne.. Nachbaren sind extrem Laut im Haus, draussen war plus minus I.O nicht extrem Lärm.
• ninap337 (2/5): Horrible experience, unhelpful staff - We booked this place for the last night of our trip just as a place to stay before the airport. We weren't expecting much, but got even less than we were hoping for. To start, the room was exactly half the size that was listed on our booking. We physically measured, even including the shower. When we expressed this concern to the owner, he told us we were lying and that it was fine. Next, to get in and out, you are given a key to a barred door that remains locked. This is an extreme fire hazard!!! When we were heading out, it took two people and multiple tries to get it open! This was seriously concerning. Finally, the place itself is loud and smelly. We opened the window for some fresh air and the smell of cigarettes immediately filled the room. Plus, I was awoken at 5am by some seriously loud noises from above. Overall, this was the worst place I stayed in my two week travels, and unfortunately, it was how I ended the trip. Do not stay here, not worth your money.
• johs81 (6/5): Ok for B&B å være - Det var litt vanskelig å finne fram, helt til vi forstod at baren også hadde ansvar for B&B-en. Rommet var ok - veldig harde senger og litt mye støy utenfor (noe man må regne med når man bor sentralt kanskje). Frokosten var litt stusslig, men ok. Betjeningen var hjelpsom, men ikke alle snakker engelsk.

• PavelMaira (8/5): Great rooms with perfect breakfast. - We stayed here for two nights and wouldn't mind staying here again. The rooms are situated near the central station and it's a walking distance to everything from here. The breakfast is great and you have quite a lot to choose from, I would recommend the croissant with cooked Italian ham. Delicious.

La camera che ci è stata data è in un condominio separato e all'interno non c'erano (per esempio) cuscini in più e di sera nessuno a cui chiederli. Il bagno è piccolo, ma non gli manca nulla.

It is above the cafe, a bit noisy at night, but it is good neighborhood, you can spend the morning or evening in the cafe downstairs. Very near to central station milano. Very recommended if you have tight budget travel.

Hotellin yhteydessä olevassa kahvilassa oli menoa ja meininkiä iltaan saakka. Live-musiikki kuului todella kovaa huoneeseemme. Musiikki loppui klo 23 aikaan. Aamupalalla sai kahvia, lasin appelsiinimehua ja niin monta croissanttia kuin halusi. Ne olivat pääasiassa makeita (suklaa-, kerma, hillotäyte...). Hyviä olivat, mutta ei ihan sitä mihin normaalisti on aamiaisella tottunut. :)
• thai (8/5): Reasonable - The room rate is reasonable. It is not a hotel. The restaurant owner manages an apartment as a family business. The place is safe and close to the train station.(5 minutes walk)
• 562SarahH562 (6/5): Nice Room but problems with check in - The Bed and breakfast in Milan was ok, it was very close and walkable to the train station and in a good area, a short metro ride from the Duomo. Check in was a little confusing and they gave away one of the rooms we had reserved, they did get us a second room at a hotel down the street at no extra charge for us. Check in was the only real problem and they were very apologetic. The room was small and clean and the breakfast was a cornetto and a cappuccino (also at no charge for our friends who were no longer staying with us). We ended our only night there with some gelato at the bar downstairs and a bottle of wine we brought from an outside source. Overall it was a decent experience and I would stay here again.

La camera è molto ampia, ben rifinita con bagno comodo. Molto pulito. Proprietari molto gentili: ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Colazione standard al loro bar.
• ajenkneja (6/5): Excellent room, good location, mediocre breakfast. - What we like the most is the room, it's more like of a modern minimalist hotel than a B&B, clean, comfy, with a spacious bathroom + toilet. Our room is Radiosity, it's in the corner, had a balcony and two side view. We had our own key (deposit 30 euro cash), so coming in or out is not a problem. It's in the 1st floor and there's no elevator, the stairs are quite steep. Beware that the hot water is stored in the tank, so when it's emptied, you could end up with cold water in the middle of shower, took quite long for the hot water to be ready again. Cannot connect to their free wifi, despite the staff told us to register at the home site. A short walk from the train station and metro. The breakfast is at the cafe downstairs, consist of croissant (several different kind, you can take as many as you want but that's just it), a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice. You'll get 20% discount for eating in the cafe at other time, but it still pricey though. We ate one lunch there, ask one small container of hot water for the baby formula and being charged for two drinks, 5 euro! We understand if they don't want to give it for free (although other restaurant and hotel didn't charge hot water for baby), but that amount is ridiculous, and they didn't told us beforehand. At the end, we felt that what we got was not worth the price.
• Christel (2/5): oncomfortabele B&B met pover ontbijt - bij aankomst moesten we 30 euro waarborg geven voor de sleutel, bij vertrek heeft het ons een uur gekost om dit bedrag terug te krijgen. Het personeel spreekt geen engels of frans.Het ontbijt was zeer pover. De badkamer was vies en het bed was oncomfortabel. We hadden een kamer geboekt met 2 bedden, maar kregen een kamer met een dubbel bed.

• UrsulaO807 (10/5): Great Value - This is a great little B&B! Easy access and a nice little restaurant/cafe/bar downstairs. Our room "Radiosity" has a nice little balcony on one side and a window on the other. We had two twin beds, tv and a mini fridge. Bathroom and room were very clean. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the train station - easy 7 minute walk. We had dinner (pastas, wine and a take away pizza) and breakfast (croissant and cappuccino) in the cafe - good food and great staff. If there was any noise from the bar downstairs, we did not hear it! The access to the rooms is a door on the side street, but you get the keys from the staff in the restaurant. Three keys are needed to get to your room - main door, gate at top of stairs and the room key, so it is very secure. I would definitely stay here again!
• venicefish (10/5): Outstanding guys! - An exceptional B & B with some excellent facilities in the room. We had the " RADIOSITY" room which was on the corner above the bar and this had great views of the up market residential area! It was very clean and everything you would want in a room....the list is long and distinguished! The location is second to none as it is 10 minutes walk to Milan Central Station where you get metro/tram/bus to all parts of this wonderful city. The breakfast was ok being the traditional coffee/tea pastry and orange juice but being a seasoned traveller myself we would have wanted a tad more to start the day?( rolls etc) Overall a great place to stay but be mindful of the music in the bar below till around 10 45. Enjoy guys!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - Comfy room, but you have to carry your luggage up and down narrow spiral staircase. Included breakfast was only tea/coffee and a croissant. Close to railway station and great shops.
• tamaletown (8/5): Good value, clean place within walking distance to the central train station - This is a basic but clean place to base yourself for a few days in Milan. It is within walking distance of the central train station, which is definitely a good thing. The staff are friendly, and the price is right. Downstairs is a cafe where you get your breakfast in the morning (coffee, juice, croissant). You also get a 20% discount on food if you want to eat there at other times. It was fine for our purposes, as we were only there for two nights. The room we had was tiny. But functional. There was a bit of noise both outside and upstairs and the room beside us. So bringing a set of ear plugs would be recommended. There is a place to store your bags once you check out, which we found helpful. Overall a good place for a short stay, particularly if you need to get to or from the train station.
